In order to carry out the controlled blasting of two 200 m reinforced concrete bridges (an old continuous beam bridge and a new arched bridge) under complex environment, the piers of the two bridges, the webs of the continuous beam and the double-curved arch foot of the arch bridge were selected as the blasting locations, and the main bearing parts of the bridges were destroyed. Furthermore, deep hole blasting method and shallow hole blasting method were adopted for the pier and main beam respectively to improve the construction safety and efficiency. Specifically, large-diameter vertical holes facing the pier from the bridge were adopted for the blasting of the pier to overcome the influence of pier arc face on the calculation of minimum resistance line and reduce the drilling workload. Additionally, the two bridges were detonated span by span in the same direction from south to north, with an equal delay interval between two adjacent spans. At the same time, the detonation time of the new bridge is 50 ms later than that of the old bridge. To reduce the damage of blasting vibrations and ground touch vibrations, millisecond delay controlled blasting was adopted, and the direction of the minimum resistance line was deviated from the near shore protection object. Meanwhile, in order to control the flying stone, sandbags were piled on the abutment, and the blasting objects were bounded with wire meshes and covered with multilayer bamboo basketries. After detonation, the bridge collapsed span by span as expected, the vibrations and flying rocks were controlled well.

为在复杂环境下对两座200 m钢筋砼桥梁(连续梁老桥与拱形新桥)实施控制爆破,选择双桥桥墩、连续梁腹板及双曲拱桥拱脚为爆破部位,破坏桥梁的主要承重部位。采用深孔桥墩爆破和浅孔主梁爆破相结合的爆破方法,降低施工安全风险并提高施工效率。其中,深孔桥墩爆破采用由桥面向桥墩的大直径垂直炮孔,克服了桥墩圆弧面对最小抵抗线计算的影响,减少了钻孔工作量。设计起爆方式为梁桥同方向逐跨分段延期起爆,即:两桥由南向北同向逐跨起爆,每跨之间等间隔延时,同时两桥之间设计50 ms的延时间隔(新桥的起爆时间比老桥延后50 ms)。为减少爆破振动及塌落振动,采用毫秒延时控制爆破,最小抵抗线方向背离较近岸边保护对象。此外,为控制爆破飞石,采用了桥台堆沙袋,爆破体进行钢丝网捆扎并用多层竹笆覆盖的防护措施。起爆后,大桥逐跨坍塌,被爆桥体塌落解体较充分,塌落振动及飞石控制效果良好。

为在复杂环境下对两座200 m钢筋砼桥梁(连续梁老桥与拱形新桥)实施控制爆破,选择双桥桥墩、连续梁腹板及双曲拱桥拱脚为爆破部位,破坏桥梁的主要承重部位。采用深孔桥墩爆破和浅孔主梁爆破相结合的爆破方法,降低施工安全风险并提高施工效率。其中,深孔桥墩爆破采用由桥面向桥墩的大直径垂直炮孔,克服了桥墩圆弧面对最小抵抗线计算的影响,减少了钻孔工作量。设计起爆方式为梁桥同方向逐跨分段延期起爆,即:两桥由南向北同向逐跨起爆,每跨之间等间隔延时,同时两桥之间设计50 ms的延时间隔(新桥的起爆时间比老桥延后50 ms)。为减少爆破振动及塌落振动,采用毫秒延时控制爆破,最小抵抗线方向背离较近岸边保护对象。此外,为控制爆破飞石,采用了桥台堆沙袋,爆破体进行钢丝网捆扎并用多层竹笆覆盖的防护措施。起爆后,大桥逐跨坍塌,被爆桥体塌落解体较充分,塌落振动及飞石控制效果良好。

In order to carry out the controlled blasting of two 200 m reinforced concrete bridges (an old continuous beam bridge and a new arched bridge) under complex environment, the piers of the two bridges, the webs of the continuous beam and the double-curved arch foot of the arch bridge were selected as the blasting locations, and the main bearing parts of the bridges were destroyed. Furthermore, deep hole blasting method and shallow hole blasting method were adopted for the pier and main beam respectively to improve the construction safety and efficiency. Specifically, large-diameter vertical holes facing the pier from the bridge were adopted for the blasting of the pier to overcome the influence of pier arc face on the calculation of minimum resistance line and reduce the drilling workload. Additionally, the two bridges were detonated span by span in the same direction from south to north, with an equal delay interval between two adjacent spans. At the same time, the detonation time of the new bridge is 50 ms later than that of the old bridge. To reduce the damage of blasting vibrations and ground touch vibrations, millisecond delay controlled blasting was adopted, and the direction of the minimum resistance line was deviated from the near shore protection object. Meanwhile, in order to control the flying stone, sandbags were piled on the abutment, and the blasting objects were bounded with wire meshes and covered with multilayer bamboo basketries. After detonation, the bridge collapsed span by span as expected, the vibrations and flying rocks were controlled well.

待拆除的秀江双桥,位于在江西省宜春市袁州区城西的秀江河之上,长193 m,现状为双幅桥,由新桥和老桥两桥组成,新桥为钢筋混凝土7跨连续双曲拱桥,老桥为钢筋混凝土连续梁桥,现场实测为新桥(拱桥)宽12 m,老桥(连续梁桥)宽6.3 m,双桥均为7墩2台8跨,每跨长度26 m,其中北面桥头一跨长11 m,两桥之间间距约3.7 m。拱桥于2016年10月经检测属D级危桥,限重15 t。因改扩建需要将双桥爆破拆除。
经现场实地勘察,秀江双桥连接宜春南路和宜春北路,东西方向为秀江下游和上游,南北两侧为闹市区,其中,在宜春北路一侧最近处建筑物有:东面55 m处有培训楼,西面35 m方向为双龙超市,145 m处有一条支路;在宜春南路一侧最近处建筑物有:西面54 m处有职业学校、200 m处是第二附属医院医院,距东面170 m处是空地。大桥南北两端分别有袁河路和秀江西路下穿经过(净空高度3.8 m),路面下埋设有供水管线、雨污合流管线及电信管线;河道上游300 m处有一座钢便桥,河道下游800 m处有袁州大桥,此范围河道内均无保护目标。工程总体环境较为复杂,具体环境见图1
双桥爆破拆除总体方案为:选择双桥桥墩、连续梁腹板及双曲拱桥拱脚为本次桥梁爆破部位,对桥梁主要承重部位予以破坏,同时依靠桥梁倒塌过程实现结构二次解体;采用以桥墩深孔爆破和主梁浅孔爆破相结合的爆破方法,中深孔的直径选为90 ms,浅孔的直径选为40 ms,这样的选择可降低施工安全风险、提高工程施工效率;降低施工安全风险、提高工程施工效率;合理设计单孔药量和起爆顺序,搭设了安全有效的防护体系,采取了局部大孔径、大药包与小孔径装药相结合的方式,控制一次齐爆药量和总药量,控制爆破震动和爆破飞石,确保爆破安全。同时,根据桥梁的结构特点和周围环境情况,对桥梁两端桥台不进行爆破,后期采用机械拆除[1-10]
(1)爆破部位
确定了如图2所示的爆破部位示意图,即新桥的主拱圈拱脚、老桥的连续梁腹板和桥墩两个主要的爆破部位,图中红色标示部位为需要进行爆破拆除的部位。
(2)桥墩的爆破设计
考虑到爆破警戒对交通带来的压力,以及桥墩爆破施工的难度和风险,把桥墩以上及桥墩一次爆破完成拆除,从而大大减少爆破作业难度及缩短有效工期。
此桥墩属于重力式桥墩,桥墩尺寸相对较大,为达到理想的爆破效果,需要进行深孔爆破,对施工机械以及操作人员要求较高。人员桥面上对桥墩进行钻孔作业,钻孔完成后和其他爆破部位一起并入爆破网路,一次点火逐个起爆。同时,为准确掌握桥墩内部结构,钻孔前采用一定技术手段对桥墩结构进行探测。
爆破部位选择在桥墩(台)以及它们和拱圈的结合点。各部位的爆破参数见表1表2。各爆破部位装药结构见图3图4图5
根据以上,桥梁的药孔参数(爆破装药参数)设计计算值见表1,其中在桥墩底部位置炮孔的药量适当增加。
桥墩单孔采用不耦合装药结构,药包之间用导爆索连接,选用32 mm药卷绑扎在导爆索上(根据孔径和药卷直径之间的关系,以2~3个32 mm药卷绑扎在一起组成一个起爆药包),每根导爆索上设置8个药包,每个药包平均药量1 kg,其中最底部药包2 kg,装药总长度7.2 m。

为节省爆破作业时间,对八跨水中的桥墩进行一次性爆破拆除,同时充分考虑到施工区域环境复杂,为最大限度降低爆破震动、结构塌落对地面冲击、飞石和冲击波对周围环境的影响,设计起爆方式为梁桥同方向逐跨分段延期起爆,即:两桥由南向北同向逐跨起爆,每跨之间等间隔延时,同时两桥之间设计50 ms的延时间隔(新桥的起爆时间比老桥延后50 ms)。通过药量计算、起爆顺序设计和爆破部位的防护,把爆破振动、爆破飞石和冲击波的影响控制在安全范围内。
针对周围环境,为了避免杂散电流、射频电流和感应电流以及雷电等对爆破网路的影响,本次爆破采用导爆索、导爆管雷管和电子雷管相结合的复合型起爆网路,实现精确延时、可靠、准爆。
本次桥梁爆破孔内采用高段别导爆管雷管,孔外采用低段别数码雷管延时,孔外数码雷管延期时间设置为300 ms,桥墩孔内使用半秒3段导爆管雷管即1000 ms延时;同时两桥之间设置50 ms间隔时差,即新桥起爆50 ms之后老桥随之起爆。见图6
本次爆破振动重点保护对象为宜春北路的东面55 m处有培训楼,西面35 m方向为双龙超市,宜春南路的西面54 m处有职业学校、200 m处是第二附属医院医院,爆破必须确保周边建构筑物的安全。爆破地震波振动速度可根据《爆破安全规程》(GB6722—2014)给出的质点垂直振速公式进行计算,考虑到此次爆破为内部装药多点分布的控制爆破,不同距离R处允许的最大一段(次)起爆药量Qmax计算式为
式中:Qmax为最大一段(次)起爆的炸药量,kg;Vc为爆破产生的质点振动速度,cm/s;R为爆点中心至被保护目标的距离,m;K为与爆破地质有关的介质修正系数;α为地震波衰减指数;据长期在结构物爆破工程和爆破实验中总结的经验,K值取=7.06,α取1.8。具体Kα值必要时可通过试验测得。
根据《爆破安全规程》,现按民用建筑物Vc=2.5 cm/s,最大一次起爆药量为3243.49 kg。依据本方案的设计可知此次桥梁爆破最大单段起爆药量121 kg,从计算结果可以看出,本次爆破单响起爆药量爆破振动远低于爆破安全规程标准。见表3
本次爆破在进行理论计算的基础上,为了进一步降低爆破振动对周边建构筑物的影响,采取如下减振措施:(1)严格执行爆破方案的设计;(2)把整个结构物划分成若干个爆破单元,即爆破段,使每次塌落的建筑物重量变小,通过延期爆破实现多个单元逐次失稳塌落,从而降低塌落振动;(3)桥南、北两侧开挖宽2 m深5 m的减震沟;(4)加强爆破振动检测,确保爆破安全。
塌落震动主要是根据下落物的质量、速度和被撞击介质的松软程度来控制地震动的质点震动速度。
根据量纲分析方法,集中质量(冲击或塌落)作用于地面造成的塌落振动速度可用下式确定
式中:Vt为塌落振动速度,cm/s;Kt为衰减系数,Kt=3.37;σ为地面介质的破坏强度,一般取σ=100 MPa;β为衰减指数,β=1.66;R为观测点至撞击中心的距离,m;M为下落构件的质量,t;H为构件重心高度,m。
本次桥梁爆破拆除中,桥墩爆破后其上部结构将塌落至水面,进而再到河床产生触地震动。上部结构每段全重约1100 t,净空高度约8.5 m,水深约2.5 m,计算产生的得到塌落震动速度为0.13 cm/s,再加上结构物解体后,爆渣先接触水面再落向河床,河床也是沙石地面,对震动有较大的减弱作用,塌落震动就比较小。
在无覆盖条件下,飞石与单位炸药量之间的关系可用以下公式计算
式中:S为无覆盖条件下飞石最远距离,m;q为炸药单耗,本工程炸药单耗:主梁爆破最大取1.66;桥墩取0.7。经计算得:主梁S=92 m、桥墩S=58 m。对于城市控制爆破,最小抵抗线较小,爆破块度不大,产生的飞石质量一般很小,只要采取防护措施,对于爆破飞石将采用以下措施加以控制:(1)采用合理布孔、适量装药、多段延时、间隔起爆。(2)用双层防护材料(麻袋和钢丝网)对桥墩等爆破部位进行防护,外侧再加设一层竹笆,在桥面上铺设一层竹笆,再上压一层沙袋,可确保将爆破碎块飞散控制在安全范围之内,以确保安全。桥梁外侧周围也采取双层麻袋加铁丝网的防护方法。(3)根据需要,用沙袋对附近的设备或建筑进行覆盖。(4)双桥爆破飞石遮挡防护,在老桥的东侧挂竹笆,新桥的西侧挂竹笆进行遮挡防护。见图7图8
由于采用接力式起爆方法,只有网路连接的雷管裸露在外,起爆药包均在孔内且药量很小,严格控制最大段别装药量,故空气冲击波不会产生危害。
整个大桥的爆破拆除施工共用5 d时间完成,爆破部位都按设计目标破碎解体,飞石仅落在沿河流方向10 m范围内。大桥西南方向距离大桥仅2 m的自来水管和周边房屋都完好无损。爆破噪声明显小。被爆桥体塌落解体较充分,完全达到了预期效果。效果见图9
几点心得:
(1)在墩柱最下部缺口位置采用双排炮孔,克服了圆柱形构筑物圆弧曲面对最小抵抗线计算的影响,确保了桥墩失稳;合理范围内确定较大炸高可充分解体,便于后续清理工作。
(2)防护工作很关键,桥台两侧多有民房商店等保护对象,既要考虑爆破振动的影响,也要加强爆破飞石的防护。钻孔时应合理布孔,最小抵抗线方向设置背离较近岸边保护对象对爆破飞石的防护起到了良好效果。两侧桥台处桥面采用机械预处理开缝与原路面断开,文昌侧桥台处桥面坍塌部位堆置沙袋,对减弱塌落振动起到了良好效果。
(3)复杂环境拆除爆破应注意扰民与民扰问题,爆破前做好施工公告、爆破公告、房屋等保护对象的照片搜集、宣传等工作、爆破时应进行爆破振动监测,防止纠纷。
