Aiming at the blasting demolition of the buildings embedded with a 43 m high steel structure boiler frame, the five boiler frames of No.2~No.6 boiler rooms were demolished by one-time directional blasting method and collapsed from north to south by span to east according to the order of No.2~No.6 boiler rooms. The reinforced concrete support columns were drilled and blasted, and the steel support columns were cut by a shaped energy cutter. Three cuts for the first-row of support columns of No.2 and No.3 boilers were set with a cut heigh of 6 m. Similarly, three 4m high cuts and two 3 m high cuts were set for the second-row and the third-row of support columns, respectively. The cut heights of the first-row and second-row of support columns of No.4~No.6 boilers were set as 6 m and 3.5 m, respectively. Additionally, the steel plates with a thickness less than 14 mm were cut by the SGPQ-15 (180 g/m) cutter, and the steel plates with a thickness of 16mm and 20 mm were cut by the SGPQ-19 (280 g/m) cutter. The total charge was 30.288 kg. During the explosion, the coal hopper room, boiler building roof and steel structure boiler frame overturned according to the designed direction. The frame of No.2 boiler sank at the moment of detonation, and the lower seat of No.5 column in the boiler room was placed after 0.25 seconds. Subsequently, the factory collapsed span by span from north to south and tilted towards the east with a detonation interval of 0.25 seconds. The collapse of the two stairwells were lagged significantly under the support of shear walls, and the stairwells toppled eastward under the impact of boiler overturning. The column between the upper and lower blasting cuts was compressed and collapsed during the tilting process of the column on the east side of the boiler room towards the east. The column was 16 m away from the chimney, and the upper part of the middle staircase, boiler, and shear wall were tilted forward. The main body was 14 m away from the chimney, and the closest distance of collapsed object to the chimney was 6 m. Both of the blasting flying stones and blasting vibration (0.28 cm/s) did not exceed the standard, and the blasting demolition did not cause any damage to surrounding buildings and facilities.

针对43 m高钢结构锅炉框架崁套建筑物的爆破拆除,对2~6号锅炉房5个锅炉框架采取一次性定向爆破的方法拆除,按2~6号锅炉房顺序由北到南逐跨向东倒塌。对钢筋混凝土支撑柱实施钻孔爆破;锅炉框架采用聚能切割器,对钢结构的支撑柱进行切割爆破。2号、3号锅炉第一排支撑柱切口高6 m,设置3个切口;第二排支撑柱切口高为4.0 m,设置3个切口;第三排支撑柱的切口高为3.0 m,设置2个切口。4~6号锅炉支撑框架第一排支撑柱切口6 m,第二排支撑柱切口3.5 m。使用SGPQ-15型(180 g/m)切割器切割14 mm厚度以下钢板,SGPQ-19型(280 g/m)切割器切割16 mm和20 mm厚度钢板,总装药量30.288 kg。爆破时,煤斗间、锅炉厂房屋顶、钢结构锅炉框架按设计方向倾覆。起爆瞬间2号锅炉框架下沉,0.25 s后锅炉房5号柱下座,随后按0.25 s的起爆间隔,厂房由北向南逐跨坍塌向东定向倾倒。两个楼梯间在剪力墙的支撑下明显坍塌滞后,在锅炉翻转的冲击下向东倾倒。锅炉房东侧立柱向东侧倾倒过程中,上下爆破切口间立柱被压缩坍塌,立柱距离烟囱16 m,中间楼梯、锅炉及剪力墙上部向前倾倒,主体距离烟囱14 m,塌散物距离烟囱最近6 m。爆破飞石和爆破振动(0.28 cm/s)均未超标,未对周边的建筑物和设施造成任何损坏。

针对43 m高钢结构锅炉框架崁套建筑物的爆破拆除,对2~6号锅炉房5个锅炉框架采取一次性定向爆破的方法拆除,按2~6号锅炉房顺序由北到南逐跨向东倒塌。对钢筋混凝土支撑柱实施钻孔爆破;锅炉框架采用聚能切割器,对钢结构的支撑柱进行切割爆破。2号、3号锅炉第一排支撑柱切口高6 m,设置3个切口;第二排支撑柱切口高为4.0 m,设置3个切口;第三排支撑柱的切口高为3.0 m,设置2个切口。4~6号锅炉支撑框架第一排支撑柱切口6 m,第二排支撑柱切口3.5 m。使用SGPQ-15型(180 g/m)切割器切割14 mm厚度以下钢板,SGPQ-19型(280 g/m)切割器切割16 mm和20 mm厚度钢板,总装药量30.288 kg。爆破时,煤斗间、锅炉厂房屋顶、钢结构锅炉框架按设计方向倾覆。起爆瞬间2号锅炉框架下沉,0.25 s后锅炉房5号柱下座,随后按0.25 s的起爆间隔,厂房由北向南逐跨坍塌向东定向倾倒。两个楼梯间在剪力墙的支撑下明显坍塌滞后,在锅炉翻转的冲击下向东倾倒。锅炉房东侧立柱向东侧倾倒过程中,上下爆破切口间立柱被压缩坍塌,立柱距离烟囱16 m,中间楼梯、锅炉及剪力墙上部向前倾倒,主体距离烟囱14 m,塌散物距离烟囱最近6 m。爆破飞石和爆破振动(0.28 cm/s)均未超标,未对周边的建筑物和设施造成任何损坏。

Aiming at the blasting demolition of the buildings embedded with a 43 m high steel structure boiler frame, the five boiler frames of No.2~No.6 boiler rooms were demolished by one-time directional blasting method and collapsed from north to south by span to east according to the order of No.2~No.6 boiler rooms. The reinforced concrete support columns were drilled and blasted, and the steel support columns were cut by a shaped energy cutter. Three cuts for the first-row of support columns of No.2 and No.3 boilers were set with a cut heigh of 6 m. Similarly, three 4m high cuts and two 3 m high cuts were set for the second-row and the third-row of support columns, respectively. The cut heights of the first-row and second-row of support columns of No.4~No.6 boilers were set as 6 m and 3.5 m, respectively. Additionally, the steel plates with a thickness less than 14 mm were cut by the SGPQ-15 (180 g/m) cutter, and the steel plates with a thickness of 16mm and 20 mm were cut by the SGPQ-19 (280 g/m) cutter. The total charge was 30.288 kg. During the explosion, the coal hopper room, boiler building roof and steel structure boiler frame overturned according to the designed direction. The frame of No.2 boiler sank at the moment of detonation, and the lower seat of No.5 column in the boiler room was placed after 0.25 seconds. Subsequently, the factory collapsed span by span from north to south and tilted towards the east with a detonation interval of 0.25 seconds. The collapse of the two stairwells were lagged significantly under the support of shear walls, and the stairwells toppled eastward under the impact of boiler overturning. The column between the upper and lower blasting cuts was compressed and collapsed during the tilting process of the column on the east side of the boiler room towards the east. The column was 16 m away from the chimney, and the upper part of the middle staircase, boiler, and shear wall were tilted forward. The main body was 14 m away from the chimney, and the closest distance of collapsed object to the chimney was 6 m. Both of the blasting flying stones and blasting vibration (0.28 cm/s) did not exceed the standard, and the blasting demolition did not cause any damage to surrounding buildings and facilities.

酒钢集团宏晟电热公司一分厂发电厂房和钢结构锅炉框架一次性爆破拆除具有结构最复杂、爆破环境最复杂、爆破技术运用最全面等特征。目前,国内外爆破拆除学术文章研究对象主要是单体建(构)筑物,关于崁套建(构)筑物爆破拆除的文章很难查到,可借鉴的经验少之又少。由于各建(构)筑物的定向倒塌存在相互影响,而爆破拆除可以在各建筑物倒塌时序上进行微差设计[1],所以爆破拆除是崁套建(构)筑物定向倾倒拆除的唯一方法。随着社会经济发展的进步,崁套建(构)筑物拆除会越来越多,研究崁套建(构)筑物爆破拆除技术具有现实意义。
此次崁套建筑物爆破设计的思路是:煤斗间、钢结构锅炉框架、锅炉房桁架屋顶均向同一方向定向倾倒(向东),爆破前预切割锅炉房屋顶固定在除氧间高立柱桁架座螺栓,固定在煤斗间高立柱桁架座螺栓不切割,让锅炉房桁架屋顶与煤斗间保持固定联系,先爆破钢筋混凝土框架结构的煤斗间,煤斗间下坐、翻转,带动锅炉房桁架屋顶绕除氧间高立柱固定座转动,靠煤斗间端的桁架某处先掉落在钢结构锅炉框架顶上,在杠杆力作用下,固定在除氧间高立柱桁架座脱出螺栓根部,随后爆破钢结构锅炉框架,钢结构锅炉框架发生翻转,带动锅炉房桁架屋顶可靠偏离除氧间高立柱,确保锅炉房桁架屋顶在垮塌过程中不会损坏除氧间高立柱和墙。
锅炉房为钢筋混凝土排架结构,分二期建设,一期为1~3号锅炉房,屋顶为钢筋混凝土桁架,屋顶高度43 m,1号锅炉房需要保留。二期为4~6号锅炉房,屋顶为钢结构桁架,屋顶高度49 m。锅炉房东侧相连的是磨煤机室,为东西2排支撑柱框架结构,西侧与锅炉房东侧支撑柱共用。一期立柱编号由北向南0~10号,断面尺寸90 cm×50 cm。二期立柱编号11~22号,断面尺寸110 cm×50 cm、150 cm×50 cm;北侧有一座电梯井,电梯井有四个立柱支撑,立柱断面尺寸50 cm×50 cm;南侧墙有四根支撑柱,断面尺寸为80 cm×40 cm。锅炉房西侧是要保留的除氧间,锅炉房西侧立柱也是除氧间的支撑柱。2~6号锅炉房及锅炉平面示意图如图1所示。
需拆除的锅炉为5个独立的钢结构框架支撑高耸构筑物,高度40 m。2~3号锅炉每个由10根立柱组成框架支撑,支撑柱由东向西四排,按一至四排顺序编号,由北向南3根支撑柱,按A~C顺序编号。支撑柱有两种规格,槽钢和钢板焊接成375 mm×332 mm方形柱,工字钢和钢板焊接成500 mm×392mm方形柱,钢板厚度16 mm,槽钢板厚度7 mm,工字钢厚度10 mm。方柱内由下至上1~1.5 m间隔不等焊接一块横隔钢板。
4~6号锅炉每个锅炉支撑钢架有14根支撑柱,由东向西有三排支撑柱,按一至三排顺序编号,由北向南有5根支撑柱,按A~E顺序编号。支撑柱有三种规格,四块同规格的钢板焊接成400 mm×400 mm、420 mm×420 mm方形柱,工字钢和钢板焊接成450 mm×300 mm方形柱。钢板厚度14、16、20 mm,工字钢厚度11.5 mm,方柱内由下至上每1.75 m焊接一块横隔钢板。
待拆除厂房位于酒钢厂区的西侧区域,周边环境如图2所示。东侧距架空煤气管道75 m、101 m,距离135 m高烟囱25.4 m,距离100 m高烟囱26 m;南侧20 m处有一道平行厂房的围墙,23~50 m范围内有多条架空管道,其中最近的蒸汽管道23 m;西侧为保留的除氧间及汽轮机室,除氧间和锅炉房共用锅炉房的西侧支撑柱,该立柱要保留,除氧间的底层为母线室,该室内有在运行的电气设备,母线室与锅炉房西侧墙共用,75 m处为升压站;北侧为保留的输煤栈道、锅炉房1~3跨厂房及1号锅炉,105 m为两台在运行的风机,高炉距离待拆除锅炉房最近处175m[2,3]
1)对2~6号锅炉房5个锅炉框架采取一次性定向爆破的方法拆除,按2~6号锅炉房顺序由北到南逐跨向东倒塌[4-10]
2)对钢筋混凝土支撑柱实施钻孔爆破;锅炉框架采用聚能切割器,对钢结构的支撑柱进行切割爆破[11-13]。
3)锅炉房西侧保留的立柱及墙体与待拆除的锅炉房连接部分断开,屋顶横梁西侧端固定螺栓切断。
4)锅炉房待爆破支撑柱周边的墙体拆除,主要有楼梯间、电梯井等部位。
5)采用精细化的控制爆破技术,控制爆破振动、空气冲击波、爆破飞散物、构筑物塌落振动、粉尘、噪音等危害效应[4]
锅炉房东侧有两排支撑柱,排间距9 m,立柱最高为45 m,前方倒塌距离受限,采用高切口及折叠爆破技术。锅炉房各排立柱爆破高度如表1所示,4~6号锅炉房爆破切口示意图如图3所示[5]
通过在立柱切口上沿、下沿各设置聚能切割器,聚能切割缝宽度为10 mm左右,切断的钢立柱须可靠地从支撑部位分离形成一定高度的切口。锅炉框架爆破切口角度取22.5°,由东到西各排立柱形成爆破切口高度差,西侧后排立柱爆破前在0.5 m标高位置倾倒反向呈45°预先切割半个切口,形成转动铰链。2号、3号锅炉支撑框架第一排支撑柱的切口高为6 m,为可靠设置3个切口;第二排支撑柱的切口高为4.0 m,设置3个切口;第三排支撑柱的切口高为3.0 m,设置2个切口。4~6号锅炉支撑框架第一排支撑柱的切口6 m。第二排支撑柱的切口3.5 m,爆破切口示意图如图4所示[8]
锅炉房爆破参数如表2所示。
根据锅炉钢支撑柱的断面情况,依据聚能切割爆破拆除研究成果及成功经验[14,15],使用SGPQ-15型承担14 mm厚度以下钢板切割,SGPQ-19型承担16 mm和20 mm厚度钢板的切割[14]
切割器药型罩选用铅锑合金,炸药为聚黑-16,炸高取8~10 mm。切割器线装药密度为180 g/m(15型)和280 g/m(19型),单根切割器的长度为300 mm、350 mm、500 mm三种规格[6]
使用聚能切割器数量:15型:300 mm 36根、350 mm 12根、500 mm 48根;19型:300 mm108根、350 mm 42根、500 mm 72根。总装药量30.288 kg。
锅炉框架爆破切割位置使用聚能切割器将钢板爆破切割成断缝,使支撑柱在切缝位置脱离,切缝角度取45°[6]
将空心钢支撑柱倒向面预先人工平口切断,其它三面安放切割器进行切割爆破,切割器设置如图5所示[12]
采用电子雷管并联起爆网路[11],共使用电子雷管1100发。导爆索(装药量10 g/m)50 m,起爆聚能切割器,导爆索用电子雷管起爆。将电子雷管脚线卡入到连接线上,使用专用组网主起爆器,通过联网接口并联子起爆器的方式,确保可靠起爆[8]
为了减轻建筑物一次倒地冲击振动质量,同时使构筑物各排柱之间的梁、柱在爆破过程中有足够的时间变形、解体,锅炉房爆破采用孔内延时起爆,总体起爆顺序是由北向南,按5~22号立柱的顺序起爆,每排柱间延时250 ms,同编号立柱内侧柱比外侧柱延时250 ms,同柱不同层上炮孔装同一段雷管,29 m平台的装药比同柱其它部位的装药延时1000 ms起爆,整个起爆网路总时长4.5 s。
根据《爆破安全规程》(GB6722—2014)要求,工业厂房允许地面质点振动速度为3.5~4.5 cm/s(频率10~50 Hz)。根据中科院力学研究所提出的拆除爆破数据,对于立柱的拆除爆破K取32,α取1.54,最大一段单响爆破药量16.4 kg,经校核锅炉房爆破及塌落振动不会对母线室等建筑物产生有害影响[2]
在2~6号锅炉房倾倒方向5~10 m距离上铺垫高2 m的缓冲层,降低锅炉房倾倒时的触地振动。距烟囱筒壁1 m位置构筑与烟囱直径等长,宽2 m,高1.5 m防撞堤[7]
锅炉框架聚能切割装药为外部装药,必须考虑冲击波的影响。
SGPQ-15,SGPQ-19切割器,比传统的聚能切割器减少装药量70%以上,可有效减少冲击波、噪音、飞散物危害效应[16]
锅炉框架聚能切割器设置位置为便于防护材料的固定,装药前在立柱预先切口位置下20 cm的地方焊制托架,聚能切割器安装完毕后,在切割器外侧使用沙袋、废旧地毯、安全网等防护材料进行安全防护。根据实验及工程实践验证,此种防护方法可有效控制装药爆炸产生的破片,爆破冲击波(噪音)可减少50%。
对钢筋混凝土立柱爆破部位使用钢丝网、草帘、废旧地毯、安全网等防护材料进行防护,有效控制飞散物的飞散距离。
2011年9月19日16∶18爆破,煤斗间、锅炉厂房屋顶、钢结构锅炉框架按设计方向倾覆。起爆瞬间2号锅炉框架下沉,0.25 s后锅炉房5号柱下座,随后按0.25 s的起爆间隔,厂房由北向南逐跨坍塌向东定向倾倒。两个楼梯间在剪力墙的支撑下明显坍塌滞后,在锅炉翻转的冲击下向东倾倒。见图6
锅炉房西侧要保留的高立柱和墙体、北侧保留1号锅炉房均完好无损,母线室运行的电气设备没有出现跳闸现象,运行正常。南侧爆堆向南超出原墙体2 m左右,墙体的波纹钢板向南侧超出原墙体5~8 m,钢棚、管道未受影响。锅炉房东侧立柱向东侧倾倒过程中,上下爆破切口间立柱被压缩坍塌,立柱距离烟囱16 m,中间楼梯、锅炉及剪力墙上部向前倾倒,主体距离烟囱14 m,塌散物距离烟囱最近6 m。见图7
立柱炮孔底部方向飞散较小,在10~20 m范围内,向两侧飞散较远,在20~40 m范围。
南侧墙22号内柱14 m爆破位置因未防护,爆破飞散很远,在60 m之外,南侧墙外柱8 m平台爆破位置因装药量大,爆破飞散距离最大超过60 m。包裹的防护材料(4层密目网,中间两层毛毡)整体被推至28 m处。爆破飞石没有对周边的建筑物和设施造成任何损坏。
母线室与锅炉房共墙,距离最近的爆破切割钢柱为12 m,爆破时电气设备在正常运行,爆破时没有因振动而跳闸,爆破后检查电气设备完好。测振仪在东侧距离厂房62 m处的办公楼内安放,振动测值为:0.28 cm/s,理论计算值0.5 cm/s。
爆破完全达到设计效果,保护目标完好无损、人员安全,复合结构嵌套建(构)筑物一次性爆破拆除取得圆满成功。
