Field tests in a region of the plateau were carried out to study the “poly device+emulsion explosives” in tunnel surface blasting and to achieve the feasibility of peripheral hole air spacing charge and poly device on the explosives detonation distance. A seamless steel tube was used to simulate the tunnel peripheral hole for two or more sections of “emulsion explosives+poly device” detonation. A martyrdom test was implemented with#2 rock emulsion explosives. The maximum stable detonation and martyrdom distance were obtained through several groups of experiments. The test results show that the maximum stable detonation and martyrdom distance 15 cm length of polymerized explosives and#2 rock emulsion explosives are respectively 230 cm and 115 cm in the seamless steel tube. The maximum stable detonation distance of multi-section polymerized explosives can reach 80 cm. Due to the radial constraints on the detonation wave of the polymerization device, the front end of the conical metal drug mask explosion formed by the polymerization of energy jets significantly increases the axial and upward shockwave energy, which makes it possible to increase the energy of the shockwave. The emulsion explosives in seamless steel pipe detonation distance increased significantly upward shock wave energy, which can be applied to the tunnel perimeter hole, replacing the detonating cord to achieve air spacing charge and enhance the effect of surface blasting, cost savings, and time savings.

为研究“聚能装置+乳化炸药”在隧道光面爆破中实现周边孔空气间隔装药的可行性以及聚能装置对炸药引爆距离的改良效果,在高原某地区开展了实地试验。采用无缝钢管模拟隧道周边孔进行两节及多节“乳化炸药+聚能装置”的引爆及2#岩石乳化炸药的殉爆试验研究,通过多组实验得出最大稳定引爆及殉爆距离。试验结果表明:在无缝钢管内,长度15 cm的聚能炸药和2#岩石乳化炸药的最大稳定引爆和殉爆距离分别为230 cm和115 cm,多节聚能炸药最大稳定引爆距离达到80 cm。由于聚能装置对爆轰波的径向约束作用,同时前端的圆锥形金属药型罩爆炸所形成的聚能射流大大增加了轴向上的冲击波能量,使得乳化炸药在无缝钢管中的引爆距离显著增加,应用于隧道周边孔可代替导爆索实现空气间隔装药,增强光面爆破效果,节约成本节省时间。

为研究“聚能装置+乳化炸药”在隧道光面爆破中实现周边孔空气间隔装药的可行性以及聚能装置对炸药引爆距离的改良效果,在高原某地区开展了实地试验。采用无缝钢管模拟隧道周边孔进行两节及多节“乳化炸药+聚能装置”的引爆及2#岩石乳化炸药的殉爆试验研究,通过多组实验得出最大稳定引爆及殉爆距离。试验结果表明:在无缝钢管内,长度15 cm的聚能炸药和2#岩石乳化炸药的最大稳定引爆和殉爆距离分别为230 cm和115 cm,多节聚能炸药最大稳定引爆距离达到80 cm。由于聚能装置对爆轰波的径向约束作用,同时前端的圆锥形金属药型罩爆炸所形成的聚能射流大大增加了轴向上的冲击波能量,使得乳化炸药在无缝钢管中的引爆距离显著增加,应用于隧道周边孔可代替导爆索实现空气间隔装药,增强光面爆破效果,节约成本节省时间。

Field tests in a region of the plateau were carried out to study the “poly device+emulsion explosives” in tunnel surface blasting and to achieve the feasibility of peripheral hole air spacing charge and poly device on the explosives detonation distance. A seamless steel tube was used to simulate the tunnel peripheral hole for two or more sections of “emulsion explosives+poly device” detonation. A martyrdom test was implemented with#2 rock emulsion explosives. The maximum stable detonation and martyrdom distance were obtained through several groups of experiments. The test results show that the maximum stable detonation and martyrdom distance 15 cm length of polymerized explosives and#2 rock emulsion explosives are respectively 230 cm and 115 cm in the seamless steel tube. The maximum stable detonation distance of multi-section polymerized explosives can reach 80 cm. Due to the radial constraints on the detonation wave of the polymerization device, the front end of the conical metal drug mask explosion formed by the polymerization of energy jets significantly increases the axial and upward shockwave energy, which makes it possible to increase the energy of the shockwave. The emulsion explosives in seamless steel pipe detonation distance increased significantly upward shock wave energy, which can be applied to the tunnel perimeter hole, replacing the detonating cord to achieve air spacing charge and enhance the effect of surface blasting, cost savings, and time savings.

随着高速铁路的快速发展,地下工程的建设也愈发庞大,在传统的隧道光面爆破作业中,装药方式大多采用孔底空气间隔装药方式[1-7],使用“导爆索+雷管”联合起爆技术[8-14],此种方式存在效率低、成本高、工序复杂、安全度低等缺点,故为优化施工工序节约材料成本,光面爆破装药结构提出了基于炸药殉爆的新型装药方式。然而现阶段隧道掌子面掘进为提高钻孔效率以及加大开挖的循环进尺,越来越多的隧道开始使用机械打孔即三臂凿岩台车代替人工打孔。炮孔深度的增大,使得周边孔装药方式中对炸药殉爆距离的要求也提高了。
针对炸药的殉爆及聚能射流引爆,国内外许多学者开展了大量的研究工作,并取得了丰硕成果。冯常顺等采用2号硝铵炸药做了不同约束条件下的殉爆试验[15],之后应用于石灰石矿山取得良好爆破效果。张福宏建立了炮孔中炸药殉爆的经验公式[16,17],之后应用于隧道光面爆破中,爆破效果达到预期;陈庆凯等研究了乳化炸药爆炸的约束条件对殉爆距离的影响[18];李启月等研究了炮孔约束下双槽聚能管对乳化炸药殉爆距离的影响[19];姜家明等研究了周边孔PVC间隔装药方式炸药的稳定殉爆距离[20]。王利侠等通过数值模拟与试验研究了聚能射流引爆B炸药的起爆机制[21];梁斌等通过数值模拟的方法研究了不同口径对聚能射流引爆带壳炸药的影响[22]
上述研究主要分析了炸药殉爆距离的影响因素及聚能射流引爆炸药的可行性,然而由于炸药殉爆距离较短从而不适合隧道长进尺爆破,并且多数聚能射流引爆炸药的研究只针对高爆速烈性炸药,对于隧道爆破用的低速乳化炸药的聚能射流引爆的研究很少。故本文提出了一种隧道周边孔“聚能装置+乳化炸药”新型装药方式,以高原某隧道实际应用为基础,为其他隧道工程爆破中周边孔间隔装药提供数据支持。
关于炸药的起爆,一方面是以热传导为主的爆炸燃烧作用,另一方面是以冲击波为主的冲击波压力作用。但两种传导方式最终都是依靠热点的形成与成长进行起爆,热点起爆过程可以划分为热点形成、热点发展、低速爆轰及高速爆轰4个阶段。对于乳化炸药由于其爆速低,冲击波压力较小,为了形成热点进行起爆,采用气泡敏化来增加炸药起爆感度,当微小的气泡受到冲击波压力迅速被压缩产生热点,从而进行起爆。
现阶段,国内外学者对于聚能射流引爆的研究主要集中在高爆速军用炸药聚能射流引爆反应装甲,对于低爆速工业炸药长距离聚能射流引爆裸装炸药的研究较少。根据以往的研究,聚能射流冲击起爆过程可以划分为点火阶段和爆轰增长阶段。然而被发药是否可以被射流引爆,主要和射流速度、射流直径、被发药量、冲击感度及材料等因素有关。高速的射流冲击到被发药表面时首先在炸药中产生一股冲击波,激发炸药产生局部爆轰,由于射流直径很小,炸药的临界直径很大,爆轰在传播过程中急速衰减,稳定传播距离较小。然而利用聚能装置头部的圆锥形金属药型罩能够对射流起到加速作用,同时金属在受到爆炸高温时熔化形成金属射流增大了射流直径,而且乳化炸药通过采用气泡敏化增加了起爆感度,决定了被发炸药能够在长距离情况下被射流引爆。
在实际工程应用中,乳化炸药主要被放置在隧道掌子面炮孔内,试验时将炸药放置在无缝钢管内,两者都为爆轰波提供了外界约束,使得主发药卷爆炸侧向扩散作用减小,爆轰波随时间与距离的增长导致能量的衰减速度减小,殉爆及射流引爆距离相应增加。由于在炮孔及钢管内都采用不耦合装药,不耦合系数较小,管道效应影响相应也较小,因此试验中可以不考虑管道效应对于殉爆及射流引爆距离的影响。
图1所示,聚能装置是由PVC材质的聚能管与金属药型罩组成,PVC聚能管为侧面开口的圆筒形,且PVC聚能管内壁两侧有两条聚能槽,金属药型罩为圆锥形,内置于PVC聚能管一端。整体长度为140 mm。
PVC聚能管侧面开口可以方便装药,对炸药爆后能量分布无影响。金属药型罩为圆锥形,内置于PVC外壳一端。应用于隧道周边孔装药结构中,药型罩朝向炮孔开口处,聚能槽与开挖轮廓线重合。聚能装置的工作原理是利用炸药爆炸产生的爆轰产物将能量传递给药型罩,由于金属药型罩具有很小的可压缩性,所以能量几乎全部以动能的形式向前传递,同时圆锥形的药型罩使得能量在轴线处发生汇集碰撞,能量密度进一步增加,形成一股具有很高动能的金属射流,金属射流引爆下一节炸药。
试验用炸药为2#岩石乳化炸药,其规格参数如表1所示。雷管选用塑料导爆管雷管。试验分为乳化炸药间殉爆距离和“乳化炸药+聚能装置”的引爆距离试验两项,试验用乳化炸药药卷长度均取15cm。主发炸药和被发炸药传爆方向上的端部全部切平口,避免炸药端部形状及塑膜包装对炸药殉爆距离的影响。
装药结构如图2所示。图中Hi为主发炸药与管口的距离,Si为殉爆距离即主发炸药与被发炸药之间的长度,为使两者之间爆炸产生的冲击波在钢管内能够稳定传播,故主发炸药首端距离钢管管口的距离应不小于殉爆测试的距离,即HiSi;另外为了防止被发炸药因为冲击波被冲出钢管,将整个装置使用胶带固定在竹片上,同时控制被发炸药末端与钢管尾端间距D不小于30 cm。引爆主发炸药后,通过观察被发炸药装药段钢管断裂情况以及现场炸药的残留情况共同判断被发炸药是否发生殉爆。
由于试验场地处于山地无人区地带,试验器材运送不方便,故试验较为简易,如图3所示,具体是将无缝钢管放置在地面上,通过水平尺找平,确保主被发炸药轴线水平并重合,然后在主发炸药的塑膜包装内塞入聚能装置,将炸药与聚能装置组合体以及被发炸药按照需要测试的距离绑定在顺直的竹片上,竹片对装置起固定作用,同时有利于主被发炸药距离的控制,然后在主发炸药内插入塑料导爆管雷管,最后投送进无缝钢管内。试验管材规格参数见表2
前期通过查阅大量文献以及隧道内周边孔中进行的乳化炸药距离测试整理结果如表3所示,结合前期的调研试验结果,选取130 cm作为初始殉爆距离,并且每组试验之间取10 cm作为单次殉爆步距。
首次试验取110 cm作为初始殉爆距离,通过无缝钢管的断裂情况以及被发炸药的残留情况判断被发炸药是否被引爆,若被引爆,则增加10 cm间距,若连续增加三次10 cm距离依然能成功引爆则一次性增加20 cm,否则减小间距,通过多次试验确定出普通乳化炸药和带聚能装置乳化炸药在无缝钢管内殉爆及最大引爆距离的大致范围,其中最大引爆距离是指加聚能装置后炸药连续稳定传爆的距离,然后缩小步距到5 cm,一步步测试出普通乳化炸药和带聚能装置乳化炸药在无缝钢管中稳定殉爆的最大距离。最后根据测试出的在无缝钢管中最稳定的殉爆及最大引爆距离,结合隧道内周边孔实际孔深及所需药量计算出实际现场爆破所需的药卷数量及间隔距离,再做几组多节“聚能装置+乳化炸药”引爆试验。
无聚能装置条件下的长度为15 cm的乳化炸药在无缝钢管约束下殉爆距离的测试结果及有聚能装置条件下长度为15 cm的乳化炸药在无缝钢管约束下及模拟实际隧道内周边孔装药方式的传爆距离测试结果见表4。鉴于此试验存在一定的误差,并且为确保被发炸药完全被引爆,故试验时严格按照先以10 cm作为单次步距,当被发炸药没完全被引爆时减小步距至5 cm再次进行试验。通过多次试验结果可知在外径60 mm、壁厚4 mm的无缝钢管内,长度15 cm的乳化炸药在无聚能装置作用下稳定的殉爆距离为115 cm,在有聚能装置作用下稳定的最大引爆距离为230 cm,且模拟隧道周边孔实际装药方式4节炸药连续传爆的距离能够稳定在80 cm。
图4为现场试验被发炸药完全起爆的整体效果,被发炸药完全起爆时地面上存在两个明显的爆坑,且钢管分为3节。图5为4节炸药射流引爆完全起爆的整体效果,地面上存在4个明显的爆坑,钢管断裂为5节。图6为被发炸药未完全起爆的整体效果图,无缝钢管的被发炸药段未完全断裂。
由试验结果可知,长度15 cm的乳化炸药和乳化炸药+聚能装置在无缝钢管内的殉爆及最大引爆距离分别为115 cm和230 cm,聚能射流引爆的距离相较于殉爆距离提升了正好一倍,表明聚能装置对乳化炸药爆炸引爆距离有极大的提升。而且试验模拟隧道周边孔实际装药情况使用4节炸药连续引爆时,聚能射流能够实现连续稳定引爆且引爆距离达到80 cm,当距离大于80 cm炸药无法引爆时,通过现场试验分析是由于冲击波将炸药推出钢管,故在炸药能够固定的情况下聚能射流连续引爆的距离将更大。
文献[18]采用约束材料为外径50 mm、壁厚2 mm的低碳铁管,文献[19]采用约束材料为外径57 mm、壁厚4 mm的无缝钢管,本文采用约束材料为外径60 mm、壁厚4 mm的无缝钢管,殉爆距离测试结果对比如表5所示。本文测出试验炸药殉爆距离与两篇文献相比均较大,且加聚能装置后的引爆距离较加双槽聚能管的距离更大。通过普通乳化炸药的殉爆距离比较表明外界约束条件对炸药殉爆距离有一定影响,约束条件越好炸药殉爆距离越大,而聚能装置对于炸药爆炸引爆被发炸药距离的提升极大且能够实现远距离的多节炸药稳定传爆。
为研究“聚能装置+乳化炸药”光面爆破装药结构现场实际应用效果,选取某高原铁路隧道进口,高原隧道进口全长3500 m,断面尺寸为12.8 m×8.8 m,用于试验段的岩性主要为燕山期侵入花岗闪长岩,距断裂带较近,岩体较破碎围岩稳定性较差,平均抗压强度为95~120 MPa。方案设计周边孔采用“聚能装置+乳化炸药”间隔装药结构,周边孔孔数为51个,孔深3.8 m,孔径为45 mm,间距为50 cm,周边孔的外插角为2°,雷管采用数码电子雷管,段别设置为8段,不同孔起爆的微差间隔时间为50 ms。使用规格为ϕ 32 mm的乳化炸药,单孔装药量1.2 kg。周边孔采用聚能装置间隔装药方式,在装药之前首先进行聚能装置炸药组装,先将一整节乳化炸药的一端使用美工刀切平,将聚能装置按压插入乳化炸药的塑膜包装内,绑定在竹片底端,然后将三节半条乳化炸药使用美工刀将两端切平按同样方式将聚能装置插入塑膜包装内,绑定在竹片上,每节炸药间隔50 cm,且全部聚能装置的侧面开口处指向竹片。最后将一节不带聚能装置的整节乳化炸药绑在竹片上,炸药间隔50 cm,装药长度305 cm。将组合体运至需要爆破的掌子面,在底药插入数码电子雷管,然后慢放入周边孔内,最后将数码电子雷管进行组网起爆。
经过现场进行10次循环的“聚能装置+乳化炸药”应用分析,周边孔采用此间隔装药方式爆后循环进尺介于3.4~3.6 m之间,更加稳定。使用的数码电子雷管数量提高,平均一个循环使用220发,但不使用导爆索。与周边孔爆破效果评价相关的半孔率有9次超过80%,属于较好水平,仅有一次低于80%,属于一般水平。炮孔利用率仅第一次试验低于90%,后续试验全部高于90%,属于较好水平。每个循环的装药时间明显下降,平均用时1小时相关指标参数见表6。爆破后现场实际调研图7(a)中整体轮廓平顺度较好,半孔痕清晰。图7(b)中爆堆集中密集,大块率一般。
(1)普通乳化炸药和“聚能装置+乳化炸药”在无缝钢管中被发炸药发生殉爆和引爆的最大距离分别为115 cm和230 cm,表明聚能装置前端的圆锥形金属药型罩爆炸所形成的金属射流对乳化炸药引爆距离影响极大,增大了乳化炸药在无缝钢管中的引爆距离。
(2)使用“聚能装置+乳化炸药”的间隔装药方式能够实现多段炸药的长距离稳定传爆,在隧道光面爆破中具有极大的应用价值。
(3)通过现场应用,“聚能装置+乳化炸药”可实现炸药的全部引爆,爆破后效果较好,半孔留痕率、炮孔利用率较高,聚能装置能够代替导爆索,节约成本节省时间。
