The experimental signals collected in explosion experiments are always mixed with different degrees of noise interference. In order to accurately analyze the variation laws conveyed by these signals, four sets of explosion experiments were designed with different charge amounts and vacuum environments in the vacuum explosion vessel. Then, the collected impact load data were analyzed by applying both Fourier filtering algorithm and median-averaged filtering algorithm. By comparing the P-t curves processed by the two filtering algorithms with the original ones, it is found that the Fourier filtering algorithm is a global analysis of the signal, which can extract the frequency information of the function in the whole frequency domain, while the characteristics of the signal cannot be revealed in a local time range. Although the processing speed is faster, the error for the characteristic parameters is larger, and the effect of the filtering process directly applied to test signals of the blast impact is less satisfactory. The fit degree between the signals of explosion impact processed by the median-averaged filtering algorithm and the original ones is higher, and the varying details of the impact load with time in the blast container can be clearly reflected with a smaller error and a higher reliability.

爆炸试验采集的冲击载荷测试信号总是叠加不同程度的噪声干扰,为了精确分析这些试验测试数据传递的爆炸冲击载荷变化规律,在真空爆炸容器内针对不同装药量和不同真空环境设计了四组爆炸冲击载荷测试实验,并将采集到的冲击载荷数据同时应用傅里叶滤波算法和中位值平均滤波算法处理处理分析。通过将两种滤波算法处理的冲击载荷P-t曲线与原始冲击载荷P-t曲线对比发现:傅里叶滤波算法是对信号的一种全局分析,可提取函数在整个频率轴上的频率信息,却不能反映信号在局部时间范围内的特征,虽然处理速度较快,但对于特征参数的保留误差较大,直接应用于爆炸冲击载荷测试信号的滤波处理的效果不太理想。中位值平均滤波算法处理的爆炸冲击载荷信号与原始冲击载荷时程曲线的契合度更高,能清晰地反映出爆炸容器内的冲击载荷随时间的变化细节,且提取的特征参数误差较小,展现出对于爆炸冲击载荷信号的处理分析更高的可靠性,可以为爆炸试验的深入研究提供更直观的参考。

爆炸试验采集的冲击载荷测试信号总是叠加不同程度的噪声干扰,为了精确分析这些试验测试数据传递的爆炸冲击载荷变化规律,在真空爆炸容器内针对不同装药量和不同真空环境设计了四组爆炸冲击载荷测试实验,并将采集到的冲击载荷数据同时应用傅里叶滤波算法和中位值平均滤波算法处理处理分析。通过将两种滤波算法处理的冲击载荷P-t曲线与原始冲击载荷P-t曲线对比发现:傅里叶滤波算法是对信号的一种全局分析,可提取函数在整个频率轴上的频率信息,却不能反映信号在局部时间范围内的特征,虽然处理速度较快,但对于特征参数的保留误差较大,直接应用于爆炸冲击载荷测试信号的滤波处理的效果不太理想。中位值平均滤波算法处理的爆炸冲击载荷信号与原始冲击载荷时程曲线的契合度更高,能清晰地反映出爆炸容器内的冲击载荷随时间的变化细节,且提取的特征参数误差较小,展现出对于爆炸冲击载荷信号的处理分析更高的可靠性,可以为爆炸试验的深入研究提供更直观的参考。

The experimental signals collected in explosion experiments are always mixed with different degrees of noise interference. In order to accurately analyze the variation laws conveyed by these signals, four sets of explosion experiments were designed with different charge amounts and vacuum environments in the vacuum explosion vessel. Then, the collected impact load data were analyzed by applying both Fourier filtering algorithm and median-averaged filtering algorithm. By comparing the P-t curves processed by the two filtering algorithms with the original ones, it is found that the Fourier filtering algorithm is a global analysis of the signal, which can extract the frequency information of the function in the whole frequency domain, while the characteristics of the signal cannot be revealed in a local time range. Although the processing speed is faster, the error for the characteristic parameters is larger, and the effect of the filtering process directly applied to test signals of the blast impact is less satisfactory. The fit degree between the signals of explosion impact processed by the median-averaged filtering algorithm and the original ones is higher, and the varying details of the impact load with time in the blast container can be clearly reflected with a smaller error and a higher reliability.

众所周知,爆炸冲击载荷测试信号具有作用时间短,数据采集频率高,峰值信号呈阶跃式增长等特点。在爆炸冲击载荷测试信号采集的过程中,受爆炸自身产生的瞬间噪声、破片冲击、各种杂电辐射和仪器电噪声等影响,所采集的冲击载荷信号整体会叠加上不同程度的随机杂波干扰,虽然在测试信号上能观察出冲击载荷的变化趋势,但很多特征参量却被干扰杂波掩盖,致使无法准确提取。考虑到爆炸冲击测试的复杂性,基于爆炸冲击信号与干扰信号的频率存在差异的特点,人们通常以傅里叶变换、小波分析和HHT方法为理论基础,对爆炸冲击信号作频域滤波处理和频谱分析。张衍芳利用一种基于傅里叶高低通滤波测试信号方法[1],处理并验证了其在爆炸试验中的可行性和有效性。Mallat S[2]、David Okaya和Mingsheng Zhao建立了小波变换与描述信号奇异性的Lipschitz指数之间的数学关系[3,4],并应用小波变换理论对地震信号能量谱进行分析,分析了以毫秒级爆破信号的时频特性。邱艳宇则通过“经验拟合”和“数字滤波”两种方法进行研究[5],肯定了传统经验拟合方法在爆炸冲击波信号处理中的适用性。费鸿禄、曾翔宇等采用小波包分析技术对爆破振动信号进行能量谱分析[6],得到爆破振动信号能量在各频带上的分布。薛劲梓、王海龙基于小波包理论[7,8],分别分析了爆震特征的频带以及爆破振动的传播。张春棋[9]、王博根据希尔伯特-黄变换理论[10],对信号进行时频分析,分别得到了IMF分量,瞬时能量和能量谱,直观地描述了冲击波载荷的能量分布及传播特征。起初这种HHT方法多应用于地震波载荷的处理分析[11],随着近年来爆破技术的不断发展,这种基于HHT方法的频域分析广泛应用在爆破振动信号的分析处理[12-17],并取得了不菲的成果。熊振宇[18]、童晓[19]、李祥龙使用EMD方法去除冲击波信号的趋势项[20],比较了各数字滤波器对冲击波信号的滤波效果,并通过FFT和小波包分解对冲击波的频率特性和能量分布进行分析。总结发现,傅里叶变换算法是对信号的一种全局分析,虽然在处理信号时速度较快,但对于随时间变换的非平稳信号,其处理结果并不太理想。
Yuan等提出了一种基于图形处理单元的自适应非局部均值滤波器来除噪声[21]。杨凯等,提出一种蒙特卡罗渲染画面多特征非局部均值降噪算法,解决低光线路径采样率下绘制的图像容易出现的噪声问题[22]。Fashing M[23]、Buades A[24]、Makoto S等均改进算术平均滤波算法应用于图片的降噪处理[25]。算数平均滤波算法最初被应用于处理图像在获取和传输过程中出现的噪声干扰,但是应用于对爆炸冲击载荷测试数据的时域滤波分析却不常见。借鉴应用算术平均滤波算法处理图像噪声的原理,将算术平均滤波算法与限幅滤波算法和中位值滤波算法相结合,用于对爆炸冲击载荷测试数据的时域降噪处理。同时将该方法处理的爆炸冲击载荷测试数据与傅里叶变换算法处理的数据对比分析,比较两组冲击载荷时程曲线的特征参量,验证算数平均滤波算法在爆炸冲击载荷测试数据降噪处理的普遍适用性和精确性。
为获得典型的爆炸冲击信号,采用如图1所示的系统进行爆炸试验和信号采集。爆炸实验在内径800 mm的圆柱形爆炸容器进行,采用20 g和30 g粉状硝铵炸药球形装药,固定在容器圆心的砂土表面。压力传感器固定在容器上顶板的中部,为PCB压电式传感器,采样使用Blast-Pro型双通道爆炸冲击载荷测试仪和计算机系统。当容器中炸药爆炸时,强烈压缩周围的空气形成冲击波,冲击波前沿到达传感器时,传感器内部压电元件产生电压,触发采集电平,测试仪采集冲击载荷信号,并保存到计算机中。
试验的采样率为4(106 Sps,采样时长0.5 s,根据不同药量、不同真空度环境分组进行试验,采集了四组(20 g-1 atm、30 g-1 atm、30 g-0.5 atm和30 g-0.12 atm)爆炸冲击波数据,图2截取前5 ms爆炸冲击载荷数据对比分析。由于爆炸过程的不稳定,冲击载荷原始数据中整体叠加了很多干扰信号,导致原始测试数据呈现密集的毛刺震荡现象,虽然能体现冲击载荷随时间的变化趋势,但无法通过原始试验数据提取有效的特征参量。此时,监测位置的原始数值与有效数值之间差距较大,可能由于传感器在爆炸冲击作用下导致连接位置松动,使其在间隙内来回震荡产生采集异常;也可能由于爆炸激起的砂石或者分散的包药破片碰撞传感器导致的采样异常。只有先将原始测试数据经过滤波和平滑处理,获得更为直观的冲击载荷时程曲线,才能精确地对爆炸冲击载荷测试数据进行更精确地讨论分析。
分析图2中四组原始爆炸冲击载荷测试数据时发现,当装药30 g,真空度为1 atm时,冲击载荷的峰值为1.2 MPa,远高于毛刺震荡区间,毛刺震荡干扰的影响最弱;当装药20 g,真空度1 atm时,冲击载荷的峰值为0.38 MPa,毛刺震荡干扰较为明显。这说明当冲击载荷峰值远高于载荷信号震荡区间时,冲击载荷时程曲线受干扰的影响更低。这种毛刺震荡干扰仅对2.5 ms内的信号干扰较大,尤其对于1.5 ms内的信号干扰比较严重,对于2.5 ms之后的信号干扰可以忽略。随着真空度的降低,爆炸试验的不稳定性在冲击载荷时程曲线中表现的更加明显,如图2所示,30 g-0.5 atm、30 g-0.12 atm两组试验出现多次采集异常,使数据远高于或低于期望载荷值。其中,30 g-0.12 atm冲击载荷时程曲线由于前0.7 ms信号严重失真,可忽略不计,由于该处冲击载荷的主要冲击位置在1.026~1.407 ms区间内,因此只需截取该区间冲击载荷信号重点分析。
傅里叶算法是以傅里叶级数正交函数展开问题为基础,通过傅里叶正变换,建立原始信号的频谱函数,通过频域分析,对各种频率成分进行有选择地抑制。再通过傅里叶逆变换将抑制后的频谱函数转换为时域信号,实现滤波[26]
试验测试信号为典型的离散时间信号,在某一时间点tm处的样本值为ftm),且记为fm),其中m=0,1,2,…,N-1。fm)的一个离散傅里叶变换可以表示为
Fk)为fm)的离散频谱,有选择地抑制高频干扰后再由Fk)通过傅里叶逆变换求fm),相应的变换公式为
基于傅里叶算法中的高低通滤波原理,先应用Matlab程序编写傅里叶变换程序,将本次试验的原始测试数据转换为频谱函数,再编辑低通滤波程序分别抑制高于50 kHz和500 kHz的高频干扰,最后将抑制后的频谱函数通过用傅里叶逆变换算法重新转换为冲击载荷的时程函数,从而获得更为清晰的爆炸冲击载荷测试数据图谱。如图3所示,为20 g和30 g ANFO粉末,在不同气压环境下引爆产生的冲击波作用在容器封盖中心位置的冲击载荷测试信号通过傅里叶算法滤波后的时程曲线。
通过对比图2图3发现,当抑制500 kHz以上干扰信号后,冲击载荷P-t曲线峰值被削弱明显,毛刺震荡现象并没有得到明显改善;但抑制50 kHz以上干扰信号后,虽然冲击载荷P-t曲线峰值同样被削弱明显,但是毛刺震荡现象得到显著改善。比较傅里叶算法处理前后的冲击载荷P-t曲线不难发现,其冲击载荷的特征参量基本未发生明显改变,只有徘徊在真实信号附近的周期性震荡干扰波被削弱,可见傅里叶滤波算法,对于周期性干扰信号的抑制具有极大的优势。然而,比较冲击载荷峰值滤波前后的变化发现,通过傅里叶滤波算法处理后的冲击载荷峰值被削弱近50%。
傅里叶滤波算法是以正弦波及其高次简谐波为标准基的,是对信号的一种全局分析,可提取函数在整个频率轴上的频率信息,却不能反映信号在局部时间范围内的特征。虽然在处理信号时速度较快,但对于随时间变换的非平稳信号,它无法区分频谱,只能获取某段信号总体上包含哪些频率成分,却无法确定各成分出现的时刻。爆炸冲击测试数据由于包含的频谱很宽,要从复杂的信号波形中提取数据,确定数据的取舍,必须根据实际的测量信号找到合适的处理方法。因此,将傅里叶滤波算法直接应用于爆炸冲击载荷测试信号的滤波处理效果不太理想。
均值滤波算法,即连续提取n个采样样本组成数组进行算数平均运算,再将该平均值赋值给数组中间样本,以此类推,逐步计算,其中赋值公式可表示为
式中:为数组中间样本,bi为第i个采样样本,m为连续采样的次数,n取奇数。在试验测试的过程中信号叠加的噪声干扰都具有一定的随机性,随机过程的理论描述可用随机余弦和表示[18]
式中:AiΩiΦi分别表示第i个分量的幅值、频率及相位的随机变量。由于这种噪声干扰是一种特殊的平稳过程,它的幅值遵从高斯分布,其均值为0。因此,均值滤波算法对这类随机干扰有良好的抑制作用。考虑到爆炸冲击试验中偶然出现的脉冲型干扰带来的失真,可以融合中值滤波和均值滤波算法(即中位值平均滤波算法)的优点来消除其带来的采样值随机偏差。即连续采样n个样本,排除其中的最大值和最小值,然后计算剩余n-2个数据的算术平均值,并赋值给数组中间样本,以此类推,逐步计算。赋值公式可表示为
式中:bim代表的参数与上式相同,bmaxbmin为连续n个采样值中的最大值和最小值,n取奇数。
此外,当通过中位值平均滤波算法处理的冲击载荷P-t曲线仍然存在偶然出现的脉冲干扰,可以截取局部数据(长度为k),采用限幅滤波算法,对该段数组进行二次处理,确定该段数组允许的最大偏差值(设为A),每次检测到新值时判断:如果本次值xi与上次值xi+1之差小于或等于A,则本次值有效;如果本次值xi与上次值xi-1之差大于A,则本次值无效,放弃本次值,用上次值代替本次值,算法公式可以表示为
在本次爆炸冲击载荷测试数据中截取0~5 ms内20001个采样值,每个数组分别取步长5(即n取5),采用中位值平均滤波算法处理,得到滤波后的爆炸冲击载荷P-t曲线,如图4所示为四组爆炸冲击载荷测试信号与两种滤波算法处理后的信号对比。对比原始冲击载荷时程曲线不难发现,经过中位值平均滤波算法处理,冲击载荷测试信号的毛刺震荡现象改善明显,有效特征参量能够被精确地提取。虽然通过缩短数组步长和增加滤波次数可使冲击载荷时程曲线更加平滑,但这也导致了该曲线的特征参量与原始测试信号相比逐渐失真,因此选取合适的数组步长是提高中位值平均算法滤波精度的关键。此外,递推平均滤波算法是曲线光滑处理的有效方法,将中位值平均滤波算法处理的冲击载荷数据通过递推采样的方式再次作均值处理,可使处理后的冲击载荷时程曲线更加平滑,且能够保留原有的冲击载荷特征参量,为进一步讨论分析爆炸冲击载荷传播特性提供帮助。
对比发现,通过中位值平均滤波算法处理的爆炸冲击载荷信号和傅里叶滤波算法相比,前者与原始冲击载荷时程曲线的契合度更高。其中,图4(c)中中位值平均滤波算法处理的信号几乎与原始信号完全重合,曲线光滑流畅,清晰地反映了爆炸冲击载荷时程曲线的变化细节,为爆炸试验的深入研究提供更直观的参考。
在密闭容器内引爆炸药时,爆轰产物高速膨胀强烈压缩周围的空气形成冲击波,冲击波作用在容器封盖处产生冲击载荷,而表征这种冲击载荷特性的特征参量包括冲击载荷峰值PM、比冲量i、正压作用时间t+等,其物理意义如图5所示[27]。为了直观地展现中位值平均滤波算法在处理爆炸冲击载荷信号时的优势,本文通过比较各组冲击载荷信号的特征参量进行客观地对比,其中各组信号的特征参量见表1,这些特征参量的计算需要截取冲击载荷第二次冲击过程区间。
根据表2中各特征参量对比分析:
(1)对比密闭容器封盖中心处的冲击载荷峰值发现,经过这两种滤波算法处理的冲击载荷时程曲线峰值较原始信号相比均有削弱;经过中位值平均滤波算法处理的信号较傅里叶滤波算法误差较小。其中傅里叶滤波算法的误差最低为47.60%,中位值平均滤波算法的误差最低为5.88%。
(2)对比同组试验的三条冲击载荷时程曲线的正压作用时间发现,两种滤波算法处理过的信号正压作用时间较原始信号均有少许变化。观察图4中傅里叶滤波算法处理的信号,在0 ms位置四组冲击载荷曲线均向上偏移0.0124 MPa左右,导致该算法处理的信号正压作用时间较原始信号有所增加,且最小误差为13.43%,而中位值平均滤波算法处理的信号中正压作用时间的最小误差仅为1.30%。
(3)分别对比同组试验中三条冲击载荷时程曲线的比冲量发现,和载荷峰值类似,经过滤波处理的冲击载荷比冲量较原始信号相比均有所削弱,其中傅里叶滤波算法的最小误差为37.69%,中位值平均滤波算法为0.04%,可见后者更贴合原始信号。这充分体现了中位值平均滤波算法应用于爆炸冲击载荷测试信号的处理工作具有一定的可靠性。
(1)当冲击载荷峰值远高于载荷信号震荡区间时,信号受干扰的影响较低;且随着时间的推移,这种震荡干扰会随着冲击载荷的削弱而降低,甚至可以忽略。测试数据的不稳定性在真空环境下表现的更加明显,会出现个别数据远高于或低于冲击载荷的期望值。
(2)傅里叶滤波算法处理的冲击载荷信号曲线很平滑,但其冲击载荷峰值被明显削弱。然而,正压作用时间以及比冲量与原始冲击载荷时程曲线相比保存较好。因此,对爆炸冲击载荷测试信号进行傅里叶频域分析处理展现出一定的局限性。
(3)中位值平均滤波算法处理的冲击载荷信号更平滑,其冲击载荷峰值、比冲量以及正压作用时间等特征参量均保存较好,误差较傅里叶滤波算法处理的冲击载荷信号略小,充分体现了该算法应用在爆炸冲击载荷测试信号滤波处理时具有更高的可靠性和精确性。
