In order to study the deformation and damage of tunnel surrounding rocks under the coupling action of static and dynamic stresses, a tunnel model under the coupling action of ground stresses and blasting loads is established. Firstly, the JH2 constitutive parameters of surrounding rock are deduced based on the on-site monitoring data of Wenbishan tunnel and the wave velocity of the rock mass. According to the surrounding rock grade, combined with the known parameters and wave equation, a simple method to determine the JH2 constitutive parameters is given, and the damage model of the surrounding rock is established by embedding a subprogram into ABAQUS. In order to make the simulation model closer to the reality, this research first balances the ground stress, takes the soil state at this time as the initial stress state of the blasting simulation, then using the equivalent blasting load method to simulate the tunnel blasting, so as to realize the blasting simulation for large-scale geotechnical engineering under the coupling of static and dynamic stresses on a macro level. The simulation model not only considers the blasting effect on the working face, but also focuses on the impact of blasting on the surrounding rock of the tunnel. The results show that the initial ground stress plays a significant role in the damage and deformation of the surrounding rock during tunnel excavation. The existence of the initial ground stress induces damage propagation. The greater the ground stress is, the greater the damage is. The maximum damage depth of the arch bottom in vertical direction is 2.2 m. At the same footage, the smaller the ground stress is, the greater the deformation is. The maximum deformation of 11.7mm is produced at the arch crown near the excavation face. The horizontal convergence deformation of the surrounding rock is different. The upper part is away from the tunnel, and the lower part points to the tunnel. In addition, the surrounding rock at the boundary between the upper and lower benches is subject to shear load. The damage and deformation of the surrounding rock are closely related to the actual project.

为了研究隧道围岩在静动应力耦合作用下的变形和损伤情况,建立地应力与爆破荷载耦合作用的隧道模型。首先依据文笔山隧道现场监测数据和岩体波速反推围岩的JH2本构参数。根据围岩等级,结合已知参数和波动方程,给出简易的JH2本构参数确定方法,并通过子程序嵌入ABAQUS中建立围岩的损伤模型;为了使仿真模型更接近现实情况,先进行地应力平衡,将此时的土体状态作为爆破模拟的初始应力状态,再采用等效爆破荷载法模拟隧道爆破,以此在宏观上实现大型岩土工程在静动应力耦合作用下的爆破仿真。仿真模型不仅考虑爆破面的爆破效果,还着重研究爆破对隧道围岩的影响情况。研究结果表明:初始地应力在隧道爆破中对围岩的损伤和变形都有不可忽视的作用。初始地应力的存在诱导损伤扩展,地应力越大,损伤越大,拱底在竖向发生2.2 m最大损伤深度;在相同进尺,地应力越小变形越大,拱顶在靠近开挖面处产生11.7 mm最大变形。围岩上下的水平收敛变形不同:上部背离隧道,下部指向隧道,围岩上下台阶分界处受剪切荷载。围岩的损伤与变形贴合实际工程,研究结果丰富隧道爆破模拟,对隧道爆破施工有现实指导意义。

为了研究隧道围岩在静动应力耦合作用下的变形和损伤情况,建立地应力与爆破荷载耦合作用的隧道模型。首先依据文笔山隧道现场监测数据和岩体波速反推围岩的JH2本构参数。根据围岩等级,结合已知参数和波动方程,给出简易的JH2本构参数确定方法,并通过子程序嵌入ABAQUS中建立围岩的损伤模型;为了使仿真模型更接近现实情况,先进行地应力平衡,将此时的土体状态作为爆破模拟的初始应力状态,再采用等效爆破荷载法模拟隧道爆破,以此在宏观上实现大型岩土工程在静动应力耦合作用下的爆破仿真。仿真模型不仅考虑爆破面的爆破效果,还着重研究爆破对隧道围岩的影响情况。研究结果表明:初始地应力在隧道爆破中对围岩的损伤和变形都有不可忽视的作用。初始地应力的存在诱导损伤扩展,地应力越大,损伤越大,拱底在竖向发生2.2 m最大损伤深度;在相同进尺,地应力越小变形越大,拱顶在靠近开挖面处产生11.7 mm最大变形。围岩上下的水平收敛变形不同:上部背离隧道,下部指向隧道,围岩上下台阶分界处受剪切荷载。围岩的损伤与变形贴合实际工程,研究结果丰富隧道爆破模拟,对隧道爆破施工有现实指导意义。

In order to study the deformation and damage of tunnel surrounding rocks under the coupling action of static and dynamic stresses, a tunnel model under the coupling action of ground stresses and blasting loads is established. Firstly, the JH2 constitutive parameters of surrounding rock are deduced based on the on-site monitoring data of Wenbishan tunnel and the wave velocity of the rock mass. According to the surrounding rock grade, combined with the known parameters and wave equation, a simple method to determine the JH2 constitutive parameters is given, and the damage model of the surrounding rock is established by embedding a subprogram into ABAQUS. In order to make the simulation model closer to the reality, this research first balances the ground stress, takes the soil state at this time as the initial stress state of the blasting simulation, then using the equivalent blasting load method to simulate the tunnel blasting, so as to realize the blasting simulation for large-scale geotechnical engineering under the coupling of static and dynamic stresses on a macro level. The simulation model not only considers the blasting effect on the working face, but also focuses on the impact of blasting on the surrounding rock of the tunnel. The results show that the initial ground stress plays a significant role in the damage and deformation of the surrounding rock during tunnel excavation. The existence of the initial ground stress induces damage propagation. The greater the ground stress is, the greater the damage is. The maximum damage depth of the arch bottom in vertical direction is 2.2 m. At the same footage, the smaller the ground stress is, the greater the deformation is. The maximum deformation of 11.7mm is produced at the arch crown near the excavation face. The horizontal convergence deformation of the surrounding rock is different. The upper part is away from the tunnel, and the lower part points to the tunnel. In addition, the surrounding rock at the boundary between the upper and lower benches is subject to shear load. The damage and deformation of the surrounding rock are closely related to the actual project.

爆破开挖在隧道施工过程中不可或缺,但爆破会对隧道的围岩造成损伤、超欠挖或引起围岩变形等问题[1,2]。针对于隧道爆破产生的围岩损伤和变形问题,多数学者采用多种方法从多个方面进行了相关数值模拟研究[3]。爆破数值研究首先是损伤模型的选择。Gordon R Johnson和Tim J Holmquist在1994年在JH材料模型的基础上提出JH2模型[4],不仅引入Hugoniot弹性极限(HEL),各参数可在HEL下标准化,还更适用于表征材料的冲击爆破,材料具备在承受应力时逐渐软化,产生塑性应变,具有损伤积累的能力。G W Ma在2007年采用LS-DYNA通过用户子程序实现JH本构对岩石爆破破裂的模拟[5],研究多个方面对岩石爆破断裂模式的影响,尤其指出单轴侧向地应力诱使围岩不均匀损伤。然而,隧道爆破模拟不局限于此。Jianxiu Wang提出一种JH2损伤模型结合任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)方法[6],并利用ANSYS\LS-DYNA再现了花岗岩的动态破坏和损伤演化过程,结果裂纹特征和压力真实有效,且发现岩体中的节理具有“弱透射,强反射”效应,并指出ALE方法与JH2模型的结合可应用于大规模的岩石工程中。在之后,Saba Gharehdash开展了一种用于模拟爆炸诱导裂缝的平滑粒子流方法(SPH),该方法可定性定量预测爆破诱发的裂缝[7],也适用于岩石爆炸的精确建模。Chuanjin Pu发现双孔爆破的动态定向断裂对隧道等工程的岩石破碎和最终轮廓的形成至关重要[8],于是便将JH2模型、相关破坏准则和裂纹软化破坏模型耦合,以此改善聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)类岩石材料破坏后响应不足的缺点,并研究了钻孔距离、延迟时间和导向孔类型对双孔爆破下裂纹扩展行为的影响。Sunita Mishra,A M ASCE采用分离式霍普金森杆(SHPB)试验和Hoek-Brown准则标定JH2参数[9],并借助ABAQUS有限元软件耦合欧拉-拉格朗日(CEL)模拟包括沉积岩灰岩和白云石在内的隧道围岩在5种不同试验和3种不同压力下的爆破模拟。JH2模型在岩石的爆破损伤研究中得到广泛应用,经过岁月与各学者的检验,JH2损伤模型能更好地表现隧道岩体在爆破作用下的损伤过程。
目前多以爆破裂纹扩展研究为主,精细化研究裂纹扩展忽视整体工程的作用,而大型隧道实验难以展开,且对动静荷载耦合的模拟研究多采用在模型边界上施加分布荷载的简易方法,但该方法并不能表现土体内部及隧道围岩的实际初始应力分布情况。鉴于此,针对大型岩土工程的爆破模拟,通过隧道围岩等级与岩体物理参数的关系,给出一种简易的原岩体JH2材料参数标定方法,将用于判定爆破后岩体破碎程度的方法反推确定原围岩的相关损伤参数,并通过子程序嵌入ABAQUS中,采用等效爆破荷载法对隧道全断面爆破进行地应力和爆破动荷载耦合的数值仿真,通过现场实测数据验证标定JH2模型的可靠性和爆破方法的正确性,以此指导福建文笔山隧道的爆破施工。
JH2模型概括为三个部分:强度模型、损伤模型、多项式方程[4]。强度的等效应力在HEL处的标准表示形式

损伤模型表现材料从原始状态到破坏的过渡阶段。损伤因子D的表示形式是

式中:D1D2是损伤常数,因为一般用于脆性材料,所以在材料承受拉应力时,即P*=-T*,材料不发生塑性应变,但随着P*的逐渐增大,材料的塑性应变也随之增大。
多项式方程表示材料在高压下地非线性变形特征。当塑性应变达到极限值时,材料产生损伤而屈服或破坏,所以静水压力P可由体积应变μ表示,当D>0即产生损伤
式中:K1K2K3为常数(K1为体积模量);体积应变μ=ρ/ρ0-1,ρ为当前密度,ρ0为初始密度;当受拉应力(μ<0)时,P=K1μ,能量增量忽略不计;当出现损伤(0<D≤1),产生裂纹时,引入ΔP,压力增量对体积能进行表述。
随着压力增量的增加,在发生弹性变形的过程中,弹性能减少转换为潜在的内部能量。随着断裂产生,等效塑性流动应力也逐渐减小,剪切应力和偏移应力随之减小,剪切应力和偏移应力弹性能表达式为

损失的能量表示为
损失的能量ΔU通过ΔP转化为内部能量,能量守恒的方程为
(ΔPttPμttμ>0的潜在能量,μ<0的潜在能量。
隧道及地下工程的围岩分为六个等级[10,11],因Ⅵ级围岩强度过低,且完整程度过于松散,本文不予考虑。本文只通过岩体的完整性考虑各级围岩的参数,不讨论其他因素(地下水、结构面产状、初始应力状态等)对围岩的影响。JH2损伤模型参数的确定有五步:一、确定围岩等级,获得岩体物理特性(密度、弹性模量、泊松比、内摩擦角、粘聚力等参数);二、确定围岩BQ值;三、确定围岩坚硬和完整程度;四、确定岩体的纵横波速比;五、确定JH2模型各参数。
本文依据岩体物理参数与岩体波速的关系[12],针对不同等级围岩,提出采用纵横波速确定岩体的JH2损伤模型的方法。
岩体初始状态的完整程度Kv考虑,表达式为

设岩石的纵横波速比为Rr,岩体的纵横波速比为R。隧道洞身普遍处于同一地层,所以围岩可视为均匀的各向同性岩体。对于均匀的各向同性的岩石根据波动方程可知岩石纵横波与泊松比的关系为
式中:Vp为岩体的纵波速,此处Vp=Vpm,所以有,即Vs为岩体的横波速。
假设岩性最好的Ⅰ级围岩视作完整岩石,则根据式(12)完整岩石的纵横波速比为
岩石的物理性质可以通过岩石纵横波速确定[13]
所以i级围岩岩体的纵横波速为
式中:Kivi级围岩的完整性系数;i级围岩的纵横波速比,其中vii级围岩泊松比。
已知围岩等级,可通过围岩参数反求JH2损伤模型的参数。较坚硬但较破碎的岩石BQ值的范围为277.5~417.5,包含于Ⅲ、Ⅳ级围岩。本文以较坚硬、较破碎的花岗岩体构造而成的Ⅳ级围岩为例进行参数计算。
文笔山隧道隧址属中低山地貌,地面高程600~1320 m,山坡基岩出露较差,地表为第四系坡洪积及残积土层覆盖,图1为隧址示意图。隧道穿过多种地层,隧址部分处于风化花岗斑岩,岩体较破碎,节理裂隙发育,该隧段为Ⅳ级围岩。现场地址报告显示爆破对围岩破坏过大,拱顶承受能力不足导致多处空洞的岩石掉落而坍塌(图2)。依据《公路工程地质勘察规范》(JTGC20—2011),利用声波速度计算岩体Kv值,并测定波速乘以0.85为岩体波速,并确定岩体完整程度。对于工程地址的勘探,共取20个天然样本进行试验,最后以标准值作为岩体参数。岩体密度为2.6 g/cm3,单轴抗压强度为123.1 MPa,弹性模量为32 GPa。实测数据应用花岗岩岩石纵波波速为5.167 km/s。根据现场测试确定Ⅳ级围岩的基本参数如表1
对于JH2模型,σHELPHELTHEL等参数需通过HEL进行标准化,因此应将HEL的确定放在第一位。S J Kingsbury总结多种岩石的HEL[14],其中玄武岩的HEL为5 GPa左右,辉绿岩的HEL为4~5 GPa,花岗岩的HEL约为3 GPa;Fuping Yuan在2013年通过板冲击试验估计Westerly花岗岩(Westerly granite)的HEL在3.2~3.5 GPa之间[15]。鉴于以上研究,本文对于较坚硬、较破碎的花岗岩体构造而成的Ⅳ级围岩采用HEL=3.2 GPa。
JH2模型中σHELPHELTHEL参数有以下关系[16],本文根据表1基本围岩参数采用波速表示其关系,且Jianxiu Wang采用该方法获得了不错的结果[17],即

因此,求得HEL=3.2 GPa,σHEL=1.32 GPa,PHEL=2.32 GPa,μHEL=0.0567。
多项式方程表示压力P和体积应变μ之间的关系,对于常数K2K3的求解,在试验条件简陋的情况下,可以根据质量和动量守恒定律给出一种求解方法[17-20]。根据Hugoniot关系式,将冲击波速度和粒子速度曲线与质量和动量守恒结合得

PHELμHEL代入式(22),求得S=5.52,所以式(22)可写为
通过式(24)计算P-μ的对应关系,画出函数图像,将该图像拟合为P关于μ的三次函数关系(图3)。拟合的K1=26.67 GPa;K2=-37.59 GPa;K3=5213.70 GPa。
假设花岗岩动态单轴抗拉强度为(DUTS)100 MPa,则岩体破坏时的静水压力和等效应力可通过式(25)、(26)获得[17,21]
式中:DUTS=100 MPa;vi=0.3,所以P=61.9 MPa;σi=57.14 MPa。
本文花岗岩采用最大拉伸强度T=-54 MPa,标准化拉应力T*=T/PHEL=-0.0233。多位研究者根据不同平均应变率的动态抗压强度试验数据拟合P-σ上下线求得应变率常数C的值,根据以往研究成果取C=0.005,完整材料的相关强度参数AN根据已有研究分别取0.76和0.62,多数学者认为常数BA的三分之一[6,7,17,21-27]B=0.25;但常数MN也的关系还存在争议,本文取M=N=0.62。M M Dehghan Banadaki对花岗岩材料损伤参数进行数值调整[21],最后发现D1=0.005,D2=0.7最为合适。假设断裂后的岩体剩余强度是完整岩体的25%,则σFmax=0.25 GPa。表2为岩体JH2本构模型参数。
文中主要研究爆破后围岩的状态,为节省计算成本,采用满足精度要求的等效爆破荷载法。等效爆破荷载法主要包括两个方面:等效弹性边界和等效爆炸荷载。
首先确定等效边界。爆破对岩体的破坏程度不同,与炸药的距离由近到远依次为粉碎区、破碎区、扰动区[28]。弹性边界适用于研究连续弹性的扰动区,将非弹性、非连续区域(粉碎区和破坏区)视为爆破振源,即确定粉碎区半径rc和破碎区半径rf[29-31]。在常规爆破下[28-30,32,33],粉碎区半径rc=3rb,破碎区半径rf=10rb
对于等效爆破荷载,爆破荷载历程的求解采用指数衰减曲线[34,35]。掏槽孔与其他孔的荷载的等效方法不同[30,32,35]。即
掏槽孔等效边界上的等效爆破压力历程Pbet)为
式中,m是多炮孔群爆轰的影响系数,一般取10。
其他孔(掘进孔、光爆孔、底板孔等)等效边界上的等效爆破压力历程Pbet)为
式中,S是每次爆破相邻炮孔间的间距。
各孔等效边界的等效荷载可表示为
式中,k为等效系数。
隧道爆破采用岩石乳化炸药。通过对炸药的标定[36],计算炸药的JWL状态方程的参数。本文根据结构设计参数建立有限元模型,一次爆破进尺3 m,开挖断面一次起爆[37]。采用不耦合系数为1.3,围岩爆破参数如表3图4为炮孔布置图。
借助ABAQUS软件进行隧道爆破仿真,首先进行地应力平衡,在此基础上采用等效爆破荷载法进行爆破模拟。见图5。模型尺寸为100 m×100 m,土体深度为30 m,在12 m深度的地方为爆破面,隧道埋深约47 m,为深埋隧道,如图6。岩体采用C3D8R单元,岩体左右及底部采用无反射边界(CIN3D8单元)避免应力波回弹的影响,隧道模型及等效边界如图7
首先建立已有12 m进尺空洞受重力的模型的静力状态,进行地应力平衡,图8为地应力的结果云图,根据破损阶段法可大致求得隧道围岩的地应力为1.87 MPa,与图8中红色方框中围岩(开挖面处围岩)的平均地应力1.828 MPa相差不大,该地应力平衡有效。
图9是现场与模型隧道爆破后的影像与云图,爆破后模型围岩的破坏情况与现场情况基本相同,图(a)隧道拱顶(红色区域内)和图(b)隧道拱顶(黑色区域内)在开挖面处有竖向破坏,隧道拱顶的破坏从开挖面一直延伸到下一个进尺的开挖面,在开挖面处水平向损伤宽度最广泛,随着进尺深度的增加,水平向损伤宽度逐渐减小。两图中隧道拱肩在开挖方向间断破坏,隧道只在进尺方向较浅与较深处发生,进尺中间的拱肩处没有损伤。建立模型损伤分布情况与实际隧道围岩的破坏情况基本一致。
对于隧道的爆破,采取开挖断面一次起爆,按照分区分段原则的爆破顺序为:掏槽孔→上台阶掘进孔→上台阶底板眼和周边眼→下台阶掘进孔→下台阶底板眼和周边眼。在围岩的拱顶、左右拱肩、左右拱脚和拱腰处分别进行测点监测,分析隧道围岩的损伤和沉降结果。
图10分别是隧道进行掏槽孔延迟爆破、上台阶各炮孔延迟爆破和下台阶各炮孔延迟爆破的剖视与正视损伤云图,在延迟爆破过程中,爆破荷载对围岩造成不同程度的损伤。在隧道开挖推进方向,不同延迟段的损伤并未增加。掏槽孔对开挖部分爆破起主要作用,对开挖面的损伤最大;上台阶与下台阶的其他炮孔作用较小,主要连接爆破造成的损伤,扩大开挖面的破裂区域。
在开挖段围岩的拱顶、左右拱肩和左右拱脚,以0.2 m为间隔设置测点。最后的分析结果显示,隧道拱肩在进尺0~1 m范围内存在损伤,拱顶处竖向最大损伤深度为0.841 m,发生在进尺0.6 m处,与现场爆破结果相同(图2),所以进行钻爆应注意做好超前锚杆支护工作,防止拱顶塌方;拱脚损伤深度小于0.4 m,在1~3 m范围内,围岩无损伤,但在2.2~3 m范围内,开挖面边界处极小区域无损伤;对于围岩底部,同Ling Ji一样[32],仰拱中间损伤范围与损伤程度都最大,竖向损伤深度在2.2 m左右,该损伤主要由下台阶掘进孔爆破造成。
本文将开挖段0~1 m围岩分布地应力与爆破造成的损伤进行结合,采用控制变量的方法,以承受爆破荷载相近为原则,最后选取拱腰附近的MS11段别(图11三角形点)和拱脚附近的MS21段别(图11圆形点)围岩的损伤情况绘制成散点图。
图11中的三角形点基本都分布在图形的下部,即拱腰周围损伤较小,当地应力达到1.32 MPa后,进尺1 m处的拱腰损伤值小于0.4;圆形散点大都集中在地应力为1.3~1.56 MPa与损伤为0.5~1之间,该段围岩的地应力比MS11段大,围岩的最终损伤也更严重。图11虽不能精准体现初始地应力和围岩损伤情况的关系,但不难看出两者间呈正相关,且分布于0.2 m和0.4 m进尺深度围岩的地应力相较于0.6、0.8及1 m进尺更大,围岩损伤也更严重。从三角点与圆点的分布可以看出,初始地应力较高的拱脚附近围岩损伤更严重,且有部分围岩的损伤值大于0.8,已经完全破坏。
结合地应力平衡结果分析,围岩损伤情况不仅与爆破动荷载有关,还与围岩地应力分布有关。地应力分布随开挖进尺的增加而减小,造成开挖进尺0~1 m范围的围岩损伤比1~2 m范围的大,拱底的损伤比拱顶大的结果。地应力越大,爆破荷载对围岩造成的损伤情况也越严重。
对整个围岩变形分析,在围岩的拱顶、拱肩、拱脚和拱腰处,在开挖面前3 m以1 m为间隔和开挖部分以0.2 m为间隔进行测点,共7组,每组有19个数据(测点布置如图12),对隧道围岩的沉降结果进行分析。
图13是围岩的变形图,显示了围岩的竖向位移和水平收敛。图13展示了两个共同点:①不管是围岩的竖向位移还是水平收敛,隧道上部的变形都大于下部;②变形最大的地方都发生在隧道开挖进尺0~1 m范围内。这都与作用于围岩的初始地应力有关,初始地应力越大,变形越小。图(a)显示,围岩竖向变形的关系为:拱顶>拱肩>拱脚,围岩上部向上隆起较大,在0~1 m进尺范围,拱顶竖向变形均大于10 mm,拱肩的竖向变形则在8~10 mm;在1~2 mm进尺之间,拱顶与拱肩的竖向变形差距逐渐缩小;拱脚处竖向变形较均匀,均在4~6 mm之间,即围岩上部分竖向变形大于下部分。爆破荷载也会造成已开挖区域围岩的竖向变形,但各区域的变形相近,对此做好相应支护即可保证围岩稳定性。
对于围岩水平收敛,除了变形值还考虑收敛方向,计算方法如式
式中:UC为水平收敛值;Δx1和Δx2分别是围岩水平收敛的两个测点的位移。
图13(b)中围岩的上收敛数据为正值,下收敛为负值,表示隧道上部扩大,下部缩小。最大水平变形在开挖面附近,差值约为2.4 mm,这种情况可能会导致爆破区域围岩上部与下部的交界处受到剪切荷载而发生破坏。爆破荷载对开挖区域的水平收敛影响不大,且该区域的围岩收缩均匀,各部分水平收敛差距小于0.5 mm。
图13中的两幅图的变形趋势随着x轴的增大而贴近,爆破荷载对围岩的变形影响局限在一定范围,结合地应力平衡结果(图8)可以发现,变形区域贴近与隧道开挖重新分布的地应力场有关。在已开挖部分,围岩各处变形基本相同,竖向位移在5~8 mm,围岩收敛位移小于1 mm;在开挖面处,不管是竖向位移还是水平收敛变形,围岩各位置的变形差别都最大,竖向位移最小位4 mm,最大为11.7 mm;在0.2 m进尺处,围岩上部扩大1.3 mm,下部缩小0.88 mm,围岩的上下收敛差异在该进尺最大,为2.13 mm。但沿着开挖方向,围岩的变形减小,逐渐趋于稳定。
通过相关研究及岩体工程勘测物理参数的联系,采用新思路,将用于检验围岩情况的方法反推,给出隧道不同等级围岩的JH2本构参数计算方法。从理论和实际出发,采用岩体计算参数建立隧道在地应力平衡后的大型岩土爆破工程模型,使岩体承受爆破荷载前更贴近实际应力状态,所得爆破分析结果也更贴近现实。通过该方法实现了静力(地应力)和动力(爆破荷载)耦合。在实勘数据较少的情况下,实现围岩爆破本构参数的可行性。
(1)数值仿真结果的隧道拱顶损伤情况与文笔山隧道现场实测基本相同。隧道开挖后地应力重新分布,结果显示地应力在开挖面围岩处分布差异较大,但沿进尺方向,围岩各位置地应力差异逐渐缩小。仿真结果显示围岩损伤情况基本反应围岩实际损伤状况。所以在隧道的爆破过程中,地应力因素不可忽略。
(2)根据计算结果分析,在爆破过程中,初始地应力诱导围岩损伤。隧道开挖面下部的损伤深度大于隧道上部。其原因是,隧道下部岩壁的地应力大于上部,而同一深度的地应力相同,同一方向上(竖直方向)的较大地应力差异引导爆破裂纹的扩展,表现为开挖面和围岩的不均匀损伤,且最大损伤深度发生在隧道仰拱处,约为2.2 m。所以爆破对围岩造成的损伤与围岩初始地应力呈正相关,即围岩初始地应力越大,爆破荷载对围岩造成的损伤越严重,围岩损伤区域也越大。
(3)开挖区域围岩因爆破产生的变形都很小,但是围岩上部的变形大于下部,围岩竖向变形的关系为:拱顶>拱肩>拱脚,拱顶向上隆起;围岩上收敛背离隧道,下收敛指向隧道,在上部与下部的交界处因相向变形而受剪切应力。
采用等效爆破荷载方法,间接完成大型岩土工程的爆破仿真,可用于对实际爆破工程的初步研究,但文中只进行了爆破荷载作用的模拟,未考虑炮孔与装药之间以及爆破方法的影响,且对工程的完整爆破开挖分析还需进一步研究。
