To study the influence of different geo-stress levels on the propagation of explosive stress waves in natural environment such as mountains and dams, numerical simulation technology was used to simulate the explosion of concrete specimens under different geo-stress conditions. First, by applying different stresses to the boundary of the concrete specimens, the failure of specimens subjected to explosive load were observed. And then, the peak stress and particle velocity of the four preset measuring points on the specimen were obtained by changing the unilateral ground stress value and keeping the same explosion load on different models. Finally, the influence of geo-stress on the propagation of explosion stress wave was analyzed on different characteristic parameters of explosion wave, such as the peak stress and particle velocity. The results show that the influence of geo-stress on explosion stress wave is mainly manifested as “restraining propagation” and “promoting propagation” under high and low stress level, respectively. During the explosion process, the superposition coupling of explosion stress wave and in-situ stress increases the peak stress intensity of the measuring point. On the contrary, the high ground stress inhibits the displacement of the medium particles, thereby reducing the particle velocity. The research starts from the influence of different ground stress levels on the propagation of explosive stress waves, and creatively analyzes the inhibition of ground stress on stress waves.

为研究山体、坝体等自然环境下不同地应力水平对爆炸应力波传播的影响,采用数值模拟技术对不同地应力条件下混凝土试件进行爆炸模拟试验。通过对混凝土试件边界处施加不同大小的应力,观察了在不同地应力下试件承受爆炸荷载后的破坏现象;通过改变模型单边地应力数值设置对照组,随后对不同模型施加相同爆炸荷载,得到了试件中各预设的4个测点的峰值应力及质点运动速度。借助试验中测点峰值应力与质点运动速度等爆炸波特征参数的变化,进而分析了不同地应力大小对爆炸应力波传播的影响。结果表明:地应力对爆炸应力波的影响主要表现为在高地应力水平下的“抑制传播”与低应力水平下的“促进传播”。爆炸过程中,爆炸应力波与地应力的叠加耦合增大了测点峰值应力强度,反之,高地应力抑制了介质颗粒的位移,从而降低了质点运动速度。研究从不同地应力水平对爆炸应力波的传播影响角度入手,创新性地分析了地应力对应力波的抑制作用,其结果可为深地下钻孔爆破过程中破坏区的预判,地下结构抗爆防护等方面提供一定的理论依据。

为研究山体、坝体等自然环境下不同地应力水平对爆炸应力波传播的影响,采用数值模拟技术对不同地应力条件下混凝土试件进行爆炸模拟试验。通过对混凝土试件边界处施加不同大小的应力,观察了在不同地应力下试件承受爆炸荷载后的破坏现象;通过改变模型单边地应力数值设置对照组,随后对不同模型施加相同爆炸荷载,得到了试件中各预设的4个测点的峰值应力及质点运动速度。借助试验中测点峰值应力与质点运动速度等爆炸波特征参数的变化,进而分析了不同地应力大小对爆炸应力波传播的影响。结果表明:地应力对爆炸应力波的影响主要表现为在高地应力水平下的“抑制传播”与低应力水平下的“促进传播”。爆炸过程中,爆炸应力波与地应力的叠加耦合增大了测点峰值应力强度,反之,高地应力抑制了介质颗粒的位移,从而降低了质点运动速度。研究从不同地应力水平对爆炸应力波的传播影响角度入手,创新性地分析了地应力对应力波的抑制作用,其结果可为深地下钻孔爆破过程中破坏区的预判,地下结构抗爆防护等方面提供一定的理论依据。

To study the influence of different geo-stress levels on the propagation of explosive stress waves in natural environment such as mountains and dams, numerical simulation technology was used to simulate the explosion of concrete specimens under different geo-stress conditions. First, by applying different stresses to the boundary of the concrete specimens, the failure of specimens subjected to explosive load were observed. And then, the peak stress and particle velocity of the four preset measuring points on the specimen were obtained by changing the unilateral ground stress value and keeping the same explosion load on different models. Finally, the influence of geo-stress on the propagation of explosion stress wave was analyzed on different characteristic parameters of explosion wave, such as the peak stress and particle velocity. The results show that the influence of geo-stress on explosion stress wave is mainly manifested as “restraining propagation” and “promoting propagation” under high and low stress level, respectively. During the explosion process, the superposition coupling of explosion stress wave and in-situ stress increases the peak stress intensity of the measuring point. On the contrary, the high ground stress inhibits the displacement of the medium particles, thereby reducing the particle velocity. The research starts from the influence of different ground stress levels on the propagation of explosive stress waves, and creatively analyzes the inhibition of ground stress on stress waves.

岩石属于一种天然孔隙材料,在不同应力作用下会发生不同程度的形变,进而改变岩石的波阻抗。而波阻抗是表征应力波透射与反射能力的物理量,故岩体中的应力波传播特性随地应力变化而变化的研究一直是防护工程、矿山工程领域的重点研究问题[1,2]。在深部岩体工程或人造堤坝遭受爆炸冲击时,因不同深度的岩体和人造坝体具有梯度变化规律的地应力水平,进而对应力波传播过程会产生一定影响。另外,在地下洞库开挖的钻孔爆破施工阶段,不同地应力水平限制了岩体的侧向位移,故不同地应力水平对钻孔爆破效果亦有差异[3-6]。所以研究工程所处地应力水平对爆炸应力波传播规律的变化、隧道钻孔爆破施工效果和相关防护工程建设具有重要意义。
众多学者针对地应力对爆炸应力波的传播影响开展了大量研究,李梅等研究了深埋隧道在平面爆破P波扰动下的衬砌瞬态响应现象[7,8]。罗军洪等开展了深地下大跨洞库的抗爆试验[9],考虑了地应力作用下的洞库破坏。王四巍等采用模型试验手段研究了巷道在动静力荷载同时作用下的动态响应规律[10],研究表明巷道围岩的变形与破坏范围的大小与地应力水平显著相关。范新等通过数值模拟研究了初始地应力对于应力波传播以及块体运动规律的影响[11]。李新平等利用室内模型试验研究了深埋裂隙岩体中弹性波的传播与衰减规律[12]。白羽等借助数值模拟技术开展了岩石爆破裂纹演化分析[13],发现裂纹发展方向与应力联系较大。FANLF借助理论分析对原岩应力对应力波传播的影响变化进行了研究[14],得到应力波透射系数及波速随应力的增大而增大。刘鑫等模拟了不同地应力水平下的应力波传播过程[15],发现岩体中的裂隙或夹杂物会因地应力的存在而发生闭合现象,导致应力波在岩体中的透射率增大。尤元元等进行了对称等压数值模拟试验[16],研究了地应力对爆炸波的影响。Donze等通过数值模拟研究发现[17],地应力改变了爆生裂纹的传播方向,地应力对爆破致裂起影响作用。刘艳等研究发现[18],在爆腔近处地应力对爆炸应力波影响不明显,在远离爆腔处爆炸应力波的传播规律在高地应力作用下发生改变。肖正学等通过对存在不同初始应力场的几种材料室内实验[19],认为初始应力场的存在可改变爆轰波传播规律。张凤鹏等运用数值模拟方法[20],研究了双向等值地应力场和双向不等值地应力场对岩石爆破的影响,结果表明这两种形式的地应力场对爆破裂纹区域的形状和面积都有较大影响。
以上研究更多是侧重地应力对于爆炸过程中裂纹走向以及对爆炸应力波传播的影响,但实际上深地下岩石面临不同方向、大小的初始地应力数值,在深地下进行爆破或抗爆防护设计需充分考虑不同地应力水平,而当前地应力对于爆炸应力波的抑制或促进作用研究较少,尤其是围岩处于不等压应力状态下爆炸应力波在其中的传播。因此,本文针对地应力对于爆炸应力波的抑制或促进作用,借助数值模拟技术,对围岩施加不等压地应力水平,研究了地应力对于爆炸应力波传播的影响规律,为地应力作用下爆炸应力波在岩体中的传播规律研究提供了一种新的思路。
爆炸动力学过程极其复杂,传统爆炸模拟试验一定程度上不能够准确反映爆炸过程。数值模拟技术的研发与发展作为一种有效工具可以对爆炸过程进行可视化图像展示,对研究不同地应力下爆炸波传播特性提供直观现象及有效数据。采用Ansys Autodyn软件对不同地应力下爆炸波在混凝土中的传播特性和衰减过程展开了数值模拟研究,通过对比不同围压、相同炸药爆炸下,依据监测点相关数值的变化,从而对地应力对爆炸波的抑制作用进行了分析,并且在一定程度上解释了地应力对于爆炸波的抑制作用。
计算模型采用边长为1000 mm的正方形试件,试件正中央有直径为6 mm的TNT圆形装药区域。岩石采用抗压强度为35 MPa的混凝土材料进行模拟,建立拉格朗日网格划分,网格精度为2 mm;炸药区域采用欧拉网格,网格精度2 mm;设置自动流固耦合。炸药采用JWL状态方程,炸药采用中心点起爆。为模拟实际岩体的边界情况,模型四周增加无反射边界条件。考虑到爆炸波随距离的衰减现象,距装药中心每隔100 mm梯度设置高斯监测点1至4,用于监测爆炸波在岩体中的峰值应力与质点速度等爆炸波参数,计算模型如图1
为探究不同地应力水平对爆炸应力波传播的影响,对模型试件四周进行不同大小的静荷载施加过程,以模拟不同深部岩体周围不同的地应力水平,见图2。通过改变试件四周的地应力水平,以评价地应力大小对爆炸波的影响程度及相关抑制作用。
共开展10次不同应力条件下的模型爆炸数值模拟试验,考虑了不同地应力水平,分别模拟了不同岩体的埋深情况。模型试验中的地应力水平分为两大类型,分别为A:模型四周等压;B:底边固定值3 MPa,上、左、右三周变压力值。每个类型分别计算0 MPa、3 MPa、6 MPa、9 MPa、12 MPa五个地应力水平,具体试验工况归纳于表1
按照既定工况设置,共进行变围压条件下的10次数值模拟爆炸试验。当炸药爆炸时,爆炸产生高压膨胀气体,从而产生较大的膨胀压力,在介质中产生压应力场;介质内部质点所受摩擦阻力不同,各质点运动状态不一,从而对介质产生径向剪切破坏,进一步加剧爆炸过程中裂隙的产生。所以,为衡量爆炸应力波对模型试块的破坏作用,验证不同地应力水平对于爆炸应力波的影响,对各监测点峰值应力P(MPa)及质点速度V(m/s)进行量测读取,试验结果见表2
根据表2数据,四周等压试件应力波测点峰值应力及质点速度随传播距离变化曲线如图3~图4。可知,四周等压下,当试件中心炸药起爆时,爆炸波峰值应力与质点运动速度随其在介质中的传播距离增加产生迅速衰减,爆炸波在距离爆心较近处的测点P1(0.1 m)及P2(0.2 m)处,其峰值应力几乎不随试件四周地应力水平的变化而变化,均为:测点P1为163 MPa,测点P2约为57 MPa上下;介质质点速度规律也与测点峰值应力水平一致,为:测点V1(0.1 m)为45.7 m/s,测点V2(0.2 m)约为13.4 m/s左右。但随着爆炸波在介质中传播距离的增大,地应力水平对于其峰值应力及质点速度影响在逐渐增大。峰值应力及速度变化曲线从近爆源的密集重合逐渐到远离爆源的散开变化趋势,说明了地应力水平对于爆炸波在中的传播影响主要集中在爆源远端处,对于爆炸中心产生的剧烈爆炸冲击波的传播几乎不构成任何影响。
图5图6可知,随着地应力水平的增高,远离爆源的第三(0.3 m)及第四测点(0.4 m)的爆炸波峰值应力与质点速度随着地应力水平的变化产生了较大的变化,总体表现为测点峰值应力随地应力的增大而增大,而质点运动速度随着地应力的增大而逐渐减小的趋势。以上结果说明,相比较于10 MPa级别的地应力水平,爆炸引起的强烈质点振动导致的质点运动速度亦不因低水平的地应力而改变,表现为图中不同地应力水平下0.1 m测点及0.2 m测点的P1P2V1V2值大小几乎不变,变化趋势为水平直线。爆炸后,爆炸冲击波逐渐随传播距离的增大,衰减钝化为应力波,在0.3 m测点时,爆炸应力波强度只有20 MPa数量级。此时,应力波在介质中的应力波峰值应力受到地应力水平影响较大,地应力与爆炸应力波峰值应力相互叠加导致远端测点应力随地应力水平的增大而增大;而介质质点在高地应力下导致其振动摩擦现象加剧,应力波能量衰减明显,地应力对于质点的运动抑制加强,故介质质点速度随地应力水平的提高而降低。
相同爆炸时刻、不同地应力水平下爆炸塑性区云图如图7所示。由图7可知,爆炸中心红色介质破碎区几乎不随地应力水平的增大而发生改变,而淡蓝色介质塑性区随着地应力的增大而逐渐减小。经测量,深蓝色爆腔尺寸随地应力水平的增高也有微小的缩小趋势,直至固定值。爆炸发生时,爆炸冲击波能量大,破坏强,高达数百MPa量级的爆炸波峰值应力直接使得爆心近端介质发生破坏。爆炸应力波传播衰减后,其能量降低,对远端介质的破坏减弱,地应力水平对爆炸应力波的影响程度加剧。此类现象在山体钻孔爆破已有体现,表现为埋深越深,地下施工中钻孔爆破效果越差。所以,高地应力水平抑制了爆炸应力波造成的介质质点振动及相关运动,导致爆炸应力波破坏范围减小。
图8图9是试件三周等压、底边固定压力值为3 MPa情况下,爆炸应力波在测点处的峰值应力以及质点速度随传播距离变化的关系曲线。与上节四周等压工况下类似,爆炸应力波峰值应力与质点速度都随传播距离增大而迅速减小,但质点速度随爆炸距离增大的差异在减小。以上现象说明由于地应力水平的差异,爆炸应力波在介质中传播对介质质点振动水平有着较大程度影响。地应力水平改变了介质颗粒间的相互作用及密实程度,影响了远离爆源处的介质颗粒受应力波作用下的运动方式,导致其对于爆炸应力波在介质中传播产生了一定程度“抑能”作用。爆炸应力波在介质中传播距离越远,介质颗粒运动状态就越容易受到高水平地应力的影响,表现出高地应力水平对爆炸应力波的抑制作用。
四周等压及三周变压、底边固定值3 MPa条件下各测点爆炸应力波峰值应力差值随地应力的变化如图10所示。当地应力水平为3 MPa时,两组试件四周地应力均为3 MPa,故测点峰值应力无差值。其中,当四周等压模型地应力为0 MPa时,另一模型底边的3 MPa固定地应力与爆炸应力波相互叠加,在测点处产生了大于既定爆炸应力波爆炸峰值应力的叠加应力;当测点底边固定3 MPa小于四周等压试件施加的地应力水平时,其测点叠加应力较小。随着地应力水平增高,各测点爆炸应力波峰值应力差值逐渐增大。地应力水平对于爆炸应力波在介质中叠加引起的峰值应力影响较大,且随着爆炸应力波的传播距离增大,地应力对于应力波的这种影响程度会进一步增大。
四周等压及三周变压、底边固定值3 MPa条件下各测点处介质质点运动速度差值随地应力的变化如图11所示。由图可知,随着地应力水平增高,各测点质点运动速度差值逐渐增大。但是与峰值应力变化规律相反,对比AB两类模型试验结果可发现,爆炸应力波会在应力较小的模型边界表现出较大的质点运动速度,而在应力较大时的模型边界表现出较小的运动速度。可见地应力水平显著地影响了爆炸应力波在介质内部的传播过程,在应力较小时,爆炸应力波可以较为顺利地传播;而在应力水平较高处,爆炸应力波的传播受阻,应力波与介质材料之间的应力传递过程受到地应力限制。低应力水平时,介质内部空隙或夹杂成分并没有完全因压力而密实,爆炸产生的爆轰气体亦可沿空隙溢出,内部空隙附近的介质颗粒受到的振动状态明显,运动增加,导致质点运动速度增大。在钻孔爆破过程中,亦可解释裂纹发展方向总是向着低应力水平的方向发展。
基于数值模拟试验技术,开展了不同地应力水平下正方形混凝土模型中心爆炸试验,研究了地应力水平对爆炸应力波峰值应力、介质质点速度的变化规律,分析了地应力对爆炸应力波传播的影响,主要结论如下:
(1)混凝土周围较高水平的地应力略微缩小了由爆炸产生的破碎区范围,减小了裂隙扩张与塑性区的产生。地应力对于爆炸中心强爆炸波的影响作用可忽略不计,而当爆炸应力波在混凝土介质中传播越远,衰减后的应力波受地应力水平的影响显著。
(2)地应力水平对于介质中爆炸应力波的传播起着较大影响,总体表现为在高地应力下,爆炸应力波在介质中传播受阻;低应力下,爆炸应力波在介质中传播较为顺畅。
(3)介质中爆炸应力波峰值应力与地应力的相互叠加耦合致使爆炸应力波强度增大,但增长幅度较低;地应力水平限制了介质内部颗粒质点运动,在较低应力水平时,介质中空隙或微小夹杂的存在可能会为爆生气体的传播提供通道,致使爆炸应力波顺着应力较小方向“流出”,相应部分介质颗粒运动速度增大。
综上,混凝土介质中地应力水平对爆炸应力波传播影响较大,研究高地应力对爆炸应力波传播的抑制作用对深部岩体钻孔爆破、坝体及深地下防护工程设计建造有着重要意义。
