The charge parameters are crucial factors affecting the damage effect of RC components under close-in explosion. The study of the influence law of different charge parameters on component damage is of guiding significance for improving warhead design and optimizing fire strike scheme. A cylindrical charge with a length to diameter ratio of 5.5 and a charge of 10 kg was used to carry out near explosion damage tests of the supporting column of a reinforced concrete single-storey stacked structure plant at a proportional distance of , and a comparison test of spherical charge was set up. The experimental results show that the damage effect of a cylindrical charge is stronger than that of a spherical charge, and the reliability of the numerical simulation model is verified by the experimental data. The length to diameter ratio, blast height, charge amount and action distance of cylindrical charge are taken as the research factors, and three levels are determined for each factor. The simulation results of blast damage of reinforced concrete under 9 different charging parameters were designed and obtained by orthogonal simulation test method, and the influence law of cylindrical charging parameters on the damage effect of reinforced concrete columns was analyzed. The amount of the cylindrical charge has the greatest effect on the damage degree, the ratio of length to diameter has the second effect, and the blast height has the least effect on the damage degree. When 4.5≤L/D≤6.5, the damage effect on the component is greater. When the blast height is 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 column height respectively, the explosion at the 1/4 column height has the best damage effect on the support column.

装药参数是影响近爆作用下钢筋混凝土构件毁伤效应的重要因素,研究不同装药参数对构件毁伤的影响规律,对改进战斗部设计、优化火力打击方案具有指导意义。采用长径比为5.5、装药质量为10 kg、轴线与柱轴线方向平行的圆柱形装药,在比例距离处开展了钢筋混凝土单层排架结构厂房的支撑柱的近爆毁伤试验,并设置了球形装药的对比试验。试验结果表明:圆柱形装药的毁伤效果强于球形装药,试验数据验证了数值仿真模型的可靠性。以圆柱形装药的长径比、炸高、药量和作用距离为研究因素,为各因素分别确定3个水平,利用正交模拟试验法设计并获得9种不同装药参数工况下钢筋混凝土的爆炸毁伤仿真结果,分析得到了圆柱形装药参数对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的影响规律:圆柱形装药的药量对毁伤程度影响最大,长径比的影响次之,炸高对毁伤程度的影响最小;当4.5≤L/D≤6.5时,装药长径比越大对构件的毁伤效应越大;当炸高分别为1/4、1/2和3/4柱高度时,装药在1/4柱高位置处爆炸对支撑柱的毁伤效果最佳。

装药参数是影响近爆作用下钢筋混凝土构件毁伤效应的重要因素,研究不同装药参数对构件毁伤的影响规律,对改进战斗部设计、优化火力打击方案具有指导意义。采用长径比为5.5、装药质量为10 kg、轴线与柱轴线方向平行的圆柱形装药,在比例距离处开展了钢筋混凝土单层排架结构厂房的支撑柱的近爆毁伤试验,并设置了球形装药的对比试验。试验结果表明:圆柱形装药的毁伤效果强于球形装药,试验数据验证了数值仿真模型的可靠性。以圆柱形装药的长径比、炸高、药量和作用距离为研究因素,为各因素分别确定3个水平,利用正交模拟试验法设计并获得9种不同装药参数工况下钢筋混凝土的爆炸毁伤仿真结果,分析得到了圆柱形装药参数对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的影响规律:圆柱形装药的药量对毁伤程度影响最大,长径比的影响次之,炸高对毁伤程度的影响最小;当4.5≤L/D≤6.5时,装药长径比越大对构件的毁伤效应越大;当炸高分别为1/4、1/2和3/4柱高度时,装药在1/4柱高位置处爆炸对支撑柱的毁伤效果最佳。

The charge parameters are crucial factors affecting the damage effect of RC components under close-in explosion. The study of the influence law of different charge parameters on component damage is of guiding significance for improving warhead design and optimizing fire strike scheme. A cylindrical charge with a length to diameter ratio of 5.5 and a charge of 10 kg was used to carry out near explosion damage tests of the supporting column of a reinforced concrete single-storey stacked structure plant at a proportional distance of , and a comparison test of spherical charge was set up. The experimental results show that the damage effect of a cylindrical charge is stronger than that of a spherical charge, and the reliability of the numerical simulation model is verified by the experimental data. The length to diameter ratio, blast height, charge amount and action distance of cylindrical charge are taken as the research factors, and three levels are determined for each factor. The simulation results of blast damage of reinforced concrete under 9 different charging parameters were designed and obtained by orthogonal simulation test method, and the influence law of cylindrical charging parameters on the damage effect of reinforced concrete columns was analyzed. The amount of the cylindrical charge has the greatest effect on the damage degree, the ratio of length to diameter has the second effect, and the blast height has the least effect on the damage degree. When 4.5≤L/D≤6.5, the damage effect on the component is greater. When the blast height is 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 column height respectively, the explosion at the 1/4 column height has the best damage effect on the support column.

近年来,意外爆炸事故、恐怖袭击事件和局部战争冲突时有发生,建筑结构的毁伤效应分析与毁伤程度评估已成为爆炸事故分析、结构抗爆设计、反恐怖袭击、军事等领域的重要课题。钢筋混凝土柱作为钢筋混凝土结构中主要的承重构件,是钢筋混凝土结构毁伤研究的基础,研究装药参数对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的影响具有重要意义。
国内外学者对爆炸荷载作用下钢筋混凝土柱的毁伤规律进行了大量研究。Li Z等总结了爆炸荷载峰值压力高、作用时间短、诱发的结构应变率高等特点[1],并提出钢筋混凝土柱在爆炸荷载下可能发生弯曲破坏、剪切破坏和弯剪破坏等不同破坏模式。闫俊伯等采用数值模拟及试验方法[2],研究了不同混凝土强度和钢筋材料参数对钢筋混凝土柱抗爆性能及破坏模式的影响。张帝等采用数值模拟及试验方法[3],研究了钢筋混凝土排架结构缩比模型的抗爆特性,得出排架结构的关键破坏特征为迎爆位置处承重柱的倾覆转动的结论。T Ngo等利用数值模拟法研究得到了混凝土强度等级对钢筋混凝土柱抗爆性能的影响规律[4]。张秀华等利用有限元软件LS-DYNA模拟研究了爆炸荷载参数(峰值超压、正压作用时间)与支柱破坏模式间的关系[5]。李国强等使用有限元软件ANSYS研究了框架柱两端约束对其在爆炸载荷作用下动力响应的影响[6]。龚顺风等通过数值模拟方法研究了近距离爆炸作用下钢筋混凝土柱的损伤机理[7]。田力等利用数值模拟方法对比研究了冲击波单独作用、破片单独作用、二者联合作用下钢筋混凝土柱的动力响应[8]。师燕超等分析总结了爆炸作用下钢筋混凝土柱的动力响应及破坏模式[9,10],证明破坏模式与钢筋混凝土柱的结构参数和爆炸荷载类型均有关。上述研究多是在将爆源假定为球形装药的前提下开展的,而常规弹药战斗部装药在钢筋混凝土柱构件近距离爆炸时,无法将其等效为球形装药,有关装药参数对钢筋混凝土构件毁伤效果影响的研究较少。
通过开展实爆试验研究了装药近距离爆炸对钢筋混凝土柱的毁伤效应,发现试验工况条件下圆柱形装药对钢筋混凝土柱的毁伤效果明显强于球形装药,利用试验数据验证了LS-DYNA软件建立的数值仿真模型的可靠性。通过正交模拟试验法,将数值仿真模型与正交试验设计相结合,进一步研究了装药长径比、炸高、药量、作用距离等因素对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的影响规律。
选用最常见的钢筋混凝土单层排架结构中的支撑柱为原型开展研究,柱的截面尺寸为300 mm×400 mm(宽b×长l),截面配筋率ρ=1.3%,试验钢筋混凝土柱混凝土保护层厚度c=35 mm,高度h=5000 mm,配筋形式如图1所示;使用了C30混凝土材料,轴心抗压强度fc=30 MPa,密度ρc=2300 kg·m-3,泊松比为υc=0.2;选用了HRB400牌号的纵筋及箍筋,弹性模量Es=2.0×105 MPa,屈服强度标准值fyk=400 MPa,极限强度标准值fstk=540 MPa,总伸长率极限值δgt=7.5%。
选取某型常见航空低阻炸弹为研究对象,其战斗部装药可近似为圆柱形,长径比L/D≈5.5,试验药量约为10 kg。试验采用圆柱形熔铸TNT炸药,密度取ρTNT=1630 kg·m-3,长径比L/D=5.5;同时,使用10 kg的球形TNT装药开展对比试验。
柱的抗爆能力明显强于墙壁等围护结构,且围护结构不会将爆炸荷载传达到支柱上[11,12],因此营建了单层钢筋混凝土整体框架结构的主要承重构件(柱、梁、基础与屋架等),以更好地模拟实际框架结构中柱的初始边界条件。现场布置如图2(a)所示。
装药置于空心木桶底座上,装药质心距离地面高度为1.26 m(比例炸高),距离构件迎爆面表面0.43 m(比例距离),底座及地面对爆炸冲击波的影响不考虑。以宽度b=300 mm的柱面作为迎爆面。装药由电雷管起爆,雷管药量忽略不计。装药布设情况如图2(b)
分别使用球形与圆柱形TNT装药对两根不同钢筋混凝土柱开展爆炸毁伤效应试验,造成柱的毁伤程度分别如图3图4所示。
由试验结果可看出,当球形装药近距离爆炸时,钢筋混凝土柱迎爆面仅两侧的混凝土出现脱落、中央带状区域混凝土未被破坏,侧面混凝土保护层表面有呈三角锥形式的裂纹向背爆面延伸,背爆面出现明显裂纹,核心混凝土未破碎,钢筋混凝土柱无明显剩余位移。相同工况下圆柱形装药爆炸,钢筋混凝土柱出现明显剩余位移,迎爆面、背面及侧面混凝土保护层均大量破坏,箍筋内部核心混凝土破碎。钢筋混凝土柱的具体毁伤数据见表1
对比试验毁伤结果及数据可以看出,近爆作用下装药形状的不同能够显著影响钢筋混凝土柱的毁伤程度,圆柱形装药对钢筋混凝土柱的毁伤作用更强。
运用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA模拟空气中装药爆炸对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤的过程,建立的数值计算模型如图5所示。空气域的尺寸设置为500 mm×1700 mm×5200 mm;使用*INITIAL_VOLUME_FRACTION_GEOMETRY关键字在空气域中定义炸药模型;钢筋混凝土柱的尺寸为300 mm×400 mm×5000 mm。空气网格大小为20 mm,钢筋与混凝土网格均大小为10 mm,该网格尺寸通过收敛性试验确定[13]
使用009号*MAT_NULL材料模型和线性多项式状态方程*EOS_LINEAR_POLYNOMIAL描述空气材料特性[14],空气的初始密度取ρa=1.29 kg·m-3,空气的初始体积内能取E0,a=2.5×105 J·m-3;使用008号*MAT_HIGH_EXPLOSIVE_BURN材料模型和*EOS_JWL状态方程描述TNT材料特性;使用072号材料*MAT_CONCRETE_DAMAGE_REL3模拟混凝土在爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应,其有效性已得到充分验证[15,16],为了模拟混凝土材料在爆炸或冲击荷载下的起坑、剥落和破碎,采用*MAT_ADD_EROSION关键字定义侵蚀算法;使用003号弹塑性材料模型*MAT_PLASTIC_KINEMATIC描述钢筋材料特性,可以模拟钢筋的应变率效应和材料失效。上述材料参数设置与试验材料参数保持一致。
采用*CONSTRAINED_BEAM_IN_SOLID关键字建立钢筋混凝土柱不共节点分离式模型,CBIS法的优点在于建模简单、计算效率高[17],并能够模拟钢筋的轴向滑移和脱粘,考虑钢筋混凝土间的最大粘结滑移。通过*CONSTRAIN_LAGRANGE_IN_SOLID关键字,定义空气、装药组成的多物质流体域与钢筋混凝土柱之间的耦合约束关系[18-20]
为简化仿真模型,空气域表面设为无反射边界;钢筋混凝土柱脚采用全固定约束,柱头约束其所有水平方向位移。
为验证有限元模型的准确性和可靠性,通过对比试验与数值仿真获得的柱的毁伤效应、剩余位移,结合经验公式计算值与理论分析,验证数值模型的可靠性。
图6为(a)球形装药和(b)圆柱形装药爆炸造成钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的数值仿真与试验结果的对比。可以看出,数值仿真准确模拟了球形装药工况下钢筋混凝土柱迎爆面两侧混凝土的破碎剥落,以及侧面、背爆面裂纹的发展;准确模拟了圆柱形装药工况下钢筋混凝土柱弯曲破坏过程,预测了迎爆面混凝土的开坑破坏、背爆面混凝土的破碎崩落以及侧面混凝土呈倒三角锥状的剥落破坏。
图7为数值仿真得到的钢混柱迎爆位置中心点水平方向位移时程(x-t)曲线,其中球形装药柱中剩余位移xs=0.7 cm与试验结果xs0=0相差仅7 mm;圆柱形装药柱中剩余位移xc=4.1 cm较试验结果xc0=5 cm误差小于20%。
图8(a)为通过数值仿真计算获得的爆炸高度位置钢筋混凝土柱表面空气冲击波压力时程曲线,图8(b)为将不同装药爆炸在柱表面产生的空气压力峰值与W E Baker经验公式计算值进行了比较,最大误差在12%以内。
数值模拟所得柱的毁伤效应虽没有试验结果严重,但在工程上是可以接受的,产生误差的原因可能有两方面:一是初始边界条件的差异;二是达到失效准则阈值的单元被直接删除,造成了动量的损失。综上所述,数值模拟的结果与试验现象吻合良好,所建立的有限元模型能够可靠预测近爆作用下钢筋混凝土柱的毁伤效应。
由试验及数值仿真结果可见,圆柱形装药对柱的毁伤程度明显高于球形装药,而钢筋混凝土柱在装药近距离爆炸工况下的毁伤程度主要取决于装药特性参数。采用正交模拟试验法,进一步研究圆柱形装药长径比、炸高、药量和作用距离对钢筋混凝土柱构件毁伤效应的影响规律。
正交试验设计是研究多因素、多水平的试验设计方法,可以实现以最少试验数量达到与大量全面试验等效结果的目的,具有高效、快速、经济的优点,被广泛应用于优化设计中。选定圆柱形装药的长径比、炸高、药量和作用距离作为正交设计的4个因素,分别用ABCD进行表示;每个因素设置3个水平,并分别用1、2、3进行表示,因素及水平设计列于表2
选用L9(43)正交表,将9次数值仿真试验的工况条件列于表3,数值模型的其余工况与第1节中一致。
根据3.1节正交方案设计,进行数值仿真试验,得到钢筋混凝土柱的有效塑性应变和装药中心高度柱截面中心点位移时程曲线,见表4
由仿真试验结果可见,不同试验工况下钢筋混凝土柱迎爆区域破坏形式和整体毁伤模式各有不同,因此需要确定一个统一的考察指标描述不同工况下柱的毁伤程度。无量纲参量支座转角(或延性比)作为描述爆炸作用下构件毁伤的准则,通常被用来表征构件的损伤程度[12]。以支座转角θ作为考察指标,θ越大说明该装药参数对钢筋混凝柱的毁伤程度越大。计算工况1~9钢筋混凝土柱的支座转角θ,并列于表5
采用极差分析法对正交模拟试验数据进行处理,分析过程及结果列于表6
从各因素的极差可看出不同因素对试验结果的影响程度,圆柱形装药的药量是最主要的影响因素,其次是长径比和作用距离,影响最小的是炸高。由各水平的平均值可见,装药长径比取水平3(L/D=6.5)时毁伤程度最大,且随着长径比减小,柱的毁伤程度降低;装药炸高取水平3(H=1.25 m)时毁伤程度最大,但3个水平的平均值之间相差很小,说明炸高对毁伤程度的影响并不明显;药量越大、作用距离越近,柱的毁伤程度越大。根据上述分析,选用各因素的最佳水平时,将对钢筋混凝土柱造成最严重的毁伤。
使用表7中的最佳参数水平,建立数值模型并进行仿真计算,得到装药中心高度柱截面中心点位移时程曲线,如图9。计算得到柱的最大支座转角θ=9.4°。由位移时程曲线可以看出,截面中心点位移在柱构件的一个自振周期的时间内随时间不断增加,说明柱受到弯剪破坏,其毁伤程度明显强于正交试验中的各工况,这进一步印证了正交模拟试验法的有效性。因开展实爆试验的安全风险与高昂成本,正交模拟试验法在该领域将有重要的应用,例如,在进行常规武器战斗部装药设计时,使用试验验证数值模拟法和正交模拟试验法,能够减少高价值实爆试验的开展,并获得最佳战斗部设计。
通过开展实爆试验和数值仿真计算,以正交试验设计为指导,研究了圆柱形装药长径比、炸高、药量和作用距离对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的影响。得到了以下主要结论:
(1)装药轴线平行于柱高度方向,长径比L/D=5.5的10 kg圆柱形装药在比例距离处爆炸,对钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应强于相同质量的球形装药。
(2)圆柱形装药结构参数对近爆作用下钢筋混凝土柱毁伤效应的影响程度由高到低依次为:药量、长径比、作用距离和炸高。在研究范围内,药量越大、作用距离越近、装药长径比越小、炸高越小,柱的毁伤越严重。
(3)试验验证数值仿真法在爆炸毁伤研究领域具有重要应用价值,而正交模拟试验法将数值仿真方法与正交试验设计相结合,能更高效地解决多因素多水平爆炸毁伤问题的研究,并寻求最佳因素水平设计,在武器弹药设计和优化火力打击方案领域具有应用前景。
