When excavating a tunnel in a gently sloping strata, serious overcut and undercut problems occur in various parts of tunnel blasting construction due to the existence of horizontal weak interlayer. Based on the project of Baoanying tunnel of Chengdu-Kunming Railway which passes through horizontal sand-shale interlayers, LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the blasting effect with different layer thicknesses to propose reasonable blasting control parameters. And the reliability of the parameters is verified by field blasting tests. The main research results are as follows: (1) When blasting excavation in a horizontal rock layer, the damage range of rock mass along the horizontal direction is large with long cracks, especially at the junction of sandstone and shale. On the contrary, the damage range along the vertical direction, with a small explosive energy utilization rate. (2) The blasting effect of horizontal sand-shale interlayered surrounding rock is significantly affected by hole spacing and the thickness of soft shale. When the thickness of shale interlayer is thin, smaller hole spacing should be selected. With the increase of the shale interlayer thickness, the controllable cracks can be effectively generated by arranging the hole spacing and empty holes to achieve a better smooth blasting effect. (3) The optimal hole spacing of the surrounding rock blasting with different thickness of sand-shale interlayer is determined. When the shale thickness is 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm, the optimal hole spacing is 42 cm, 46 cm, 50 cm and 54cm, respectively. At the same time, the position of the blast hole must be strictly controlled to reduce the blasting vibration as much as possible.

在水平缓倾岩层中进行隧道爆破开挖时,由于水平软弱夹层的存在,导致隧道爆破施工时各部位出现严重的超欠挖问题。以穿越水平砂页岩互层的成昆铁路保安营隧道为工程依托,采用LS-DYNA软件对不同厚度的砂页岩互层隧道爆破效果进行模拟分析,提出了合理的爆破控制参数,并通过现场爆破试验验证了参数的可靠性。主要研究成果为:①在水平岩层中爆破开挖时,岩体沿水平方向损伤范围较大,岩体裂纹沿水平方向扩展较深,尤其是砂岩与页岩交界的地方;而沿垂直方向破损范围较小,炸药能量利用率较低。②水平砂岩互层围岩爆破效果受炮孔间距和软弱页岩厚度影响显著;页岩夹层厚度较薄时,应选用较小炮孔间距;随着页岩夹层厚度的增大,布置较大炮孔间距并结合空孔则可以有效地生成可控裂缝,取得较好的光面爆破效果。③确定了不同厚度砂页岩互层围岩爆破的最优炮孔间距:页岩厚度为5 cm、10 cm、15 cm、20 cm、30 cm时,炮孔间距最优取值分别为42 cm、46 cm、50 cm、54 cm;在水平岩层中采用钻爆法施工时,必须严格把控炮孔位置,尽可能降低爆破振动。

在水平缓倾岩层中进行隧道爆破开挖时,由于水平软弱夹层的存在,导致隧道爆破施工时各部位出现严重的超欠挖问题。以穿越水平砂页岩互层的成昆铁路保安营隧道为工程依托,采用LS-DYNA软件对不同厚度的砂页岩互层隧道爆破效果进行模拟分析,提出了合理的爆破控制参数,并通过现场爆破试验验证了参数的可靠性。主要研究成果为:①在水平岩层中爆破开挖时,岩体沿水平方向损伤范围较大,岩体裂纹沿水平方向扩展较深,尤其是砂岩与页岩交界的地方;而沿垂直方向破损范围较小,炸药能量利用率较低。②水平砂岩互层围岩爆破效果受炮孔间距和软弱页岩厚度影响显著;页岩夹层厚度较薄时,应选用较小炮孔间距;随着页岩夹层厚度的增大,布置较大炮孔间距并结合空孔则可以有效地生成可控裂缝,取得较好的光面爆破效果。③确定了不同厚度砂页岩互层围岩爆破的最优炮孔间距:页岩厚度为5 cm、10 cm、15 cm、20 cm、30 cm时,炮孔间距最优取值分别为42 cm、46 cm、50 cm、54 cm;在水平岩层中采用钻爆法施工时,必须严格把控炮孔位置,尽可能降低爆破振动。

When excavating a tunnel in a gently sloping strata, serious overcut and undercut problems occur in various parts of tunnel blasting construction due to the existence of horizontal weak interlayer. Based on the project of Baoanying tunnel of Chengdu-Kunming Railway which passes through horizontal sand-shale interlayers, LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the blasting effect with different layer thicknesses to propose reasonable blasting control parameters. And the reliability of the parameters is verified by field blasting tests. The main research results are as follows: (1) When blasting excavation in a horizontal rock layer, the damage range of rock mass along the horizontal direction is large with long cracks, especially at the junction of sandstone and shale. On the contrary, the damage range along the vertical direction, with a small explosive energy utilization rate. (2) The blasting effect of horizontal sand-shale interlayered surrounding rock is significantly affected by hole spacing and the thickness of soft shale. When the thickness of shale interlayer is thin, smaller hole spacing should be selected. With the increase of the shale interlayer thickness, the controllable cracks can be effectively generated by arranging the hole spacing and empty holes to achieve a better smooth blasting effect. (3) The optimal hole spacing of the surrounding rock blasting with different thickness of sand-shale interlayer is determined. When the shale thickness is 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm, the optimal hole spacing is 42 cm, 46 cm, 50 cm and 54cm, respectively. At the same time, the position of the blast hole must be strictly controlled to reduce the blasting vibration as much as possible.

层状岩体在我国西南部地区分布广泛,在水平层状岩体中采用钻爆法进行隧道施工时,由于软弱夹层的存在,隧道光面爆破时应力波在岩石夹层处发生反射、折射和透射形成拉伸应力波,从而对围岩造成严重损伤,甚至出现软弱岩体整块脱落、崩塌等严重超挖现象,影响隧道施工安全性和经济性。
目前,已有诸多学者开展了层状岩体隧道爆破控制效果研究。种玉配通过数值模拟和爆破振动现场测试[1],得到了水平岩层的层数对隧道关键部位的振速及应力影响规律。徐平甲利用声波测试技术[2],通过现场试验和理论分析的方法分别研究了不同级别的白云岩围岩累积损伤演化规律。尹涛基于淤泥-岩石复杂地层环境[3],采用数值模拟结合现场试验的方法探讨了不同工况下的岩层动力响应特征。陈玉采用数值模拟研究了不同爆破参数下隧道各部位的超欠挖效果及围岩损伤情况[4],并提出了相应的爆破施工优化方案。李芳涛通过理论计算得到了爆破荷载作用下隧道围岩的破碎区和裂隙区范围[5],并结合现场试验数据进行了对比和验证,提出了适用于控制围岩超欠挖严重的爆破参数设计方法。王景春等对山岭隧道控制爆破扰动强度大的原因进行分析[6],优化了原方案爆破设计参数。于飞飞针对水平层状岩体爆破超挖问题[7],通过炮孔理论分析及现场掘进爆破测试研究,提出了水平层状岩体隧道爆破优化方案。丁祥采用离散元数值模拟和现场试验方法对互层岩体爆破的炮孔布置参数进行了优化[8]。邓祥辉通过分析爆破应力波传播理论[9],优化了现场爆破设计参数,有效地控制了隧道超欠挖现象。陈士海基于模型试验分析了隧道爆破振动响应受高地应力的影响规律[10]。张万志等应用数值模拟和现场试验的方法分析了隧道拱顶爆破超挖现象[11],优化了光爆层炮孔参数、掏槽形式,并提出了减小最大单孔装药量等措施。王振浩等针对隧道原爆破方案严重超挖的问题[12,13],基于工程类比并结合经验公式方法优化了隧道钻爆参数,合理改善了爆破效果。郝广伟依托实际工程[14],通过改变循环进尺,分析现场隧道的超欠挖量值,得出隧道爆破超挖量随循环进尺的缩短而减小的结论。
综合上述分析可知,学者们主要针对特定厚度的水平岩层爆破参数进行了研究,并提出了相应的措施;但围绕水平互层岩体中软弱夹层的厚度对爆破开挖的影响研究较少。因此,基于爆破破岩机理,以砂页岩水平互层隧道为工程依托,对不同厚度砂页岩地层隧道光面爆破效果进行模拟分析,提出针对性的爆破控制参数,并结合现场试验进行验证,所得研究成果可为不同厚度层状岩体隧道光面爆破控制提供一定指导及参考作用。
保安营隧道位于成昆铁路米(易)-攀(枝花)段,全长13 326 m,最大埋深887 m,属于米易至攀枝花段的单线小断面隧道,其中LSD4K0+650~LSD4K0+970段地质情况主要为砂页岩厚度为10~30 cm的互层地质,属于V级围岩。隧道开挖高度9.4 m,宽度为6.9 m,保安营隧道轮廓如图1所示。
隧道采用上下台阶法开挖,炸药为煤矿许用2#乳化炸药,药卷直径为32 mm,炮孔直径42 cm,原爆破参数详见表1,炮孔布置如图2所示。
保安营隧道主要为15~25 cm厚度的砂岩和厚度10~30 cm的页岩互层,若采用统一的爆破参数,存在一定的不合理性,且在水平较薄互层围岩中爆破时,炮孔间距不宜过大。因此为了讨论不同互层厚度情况下的爆破效果,结合地质资料和现场钻孔经验,共设置了八种计算工况,详见表2,原炮孔布置整体形式不变,仅针对炮孔间距进行优化,炮孔布设形式见图3,其中炮眼间距的拟定主要根据工程经验。
根据现场地质勘察报告,砂岩和页岩力学参数如表3所示。
计算所采用的单位制系统如表4所示。
岩石选用PLASTIC KINEMATIC弹塑性材料模型,炸药选用HIGH_EXPLOSIVE_BURN材料模型,炸药参数如表5,JWL方程如式(1)。模型材料失效依据Von Mises条件屈服准则,主要是通过定义关键字*MAT_ADD_EROSION中岩石的极限抗压强度、极限抗拉强度和最大主应变,设定其任意一个达到极限值,材料单元便失效。
式中:V为材料的相对体积;P为爆轰压力;E为材料的内能;ABR1R2ω为实常数,无量纲。
在数值模拟中,为便于计算,对模型进行一定简化,作如下假设:①选取隧道上台阶爆破开挖为研究对象;②忽略爆轰产物膨胀过程的温度效应;③忽略爆轰气体的渗流作用。
由于计算工况数较多,限于篇幅,以砂岩厚度为15 cm时,页岩厚度为5 cm(工况一)和页岩厚度为30 cm(工况四)为例,探讨不同炮孔间距对砂页互层围岩隧道爆破的影响,不同炮孔间距下的爆破效果如图4图5所示。其他工况的计算结果见图6
通过对图4图5的爆破效果图分析可知:
(1)在水平砂页岩互层中进行隧道爆破开挖,岩体裂纹主要沿砂岩与页岩交界面扩展,软弱页岩夹层容易破碎脱落,导致岩体出现严重超挖现象。
(2)当砂岩厚度为15 cm、页岩厚度为5 cm时,随着炮孔间距的增大,岩体裂纹扩展及破碎程度越来越严重;当炮孔间距减小后,应力波经过结构面削弱后能取得较好的爆破效果,其中炮孔间距为42 cm时,隧道平均超挖量较小为9 cm左右,断面轮廓较平整,满足规范要求[15]
(3)当砂岩厚度为15 cm、页岩厚度为30 cm时,炮孔主要处于页岩中,炮孔间距较小导致应力波在炮孔间迅速叠加,岩体裂纹扩展严重且页岩极易发生整块脱落导致隧道各部位产生严重超挖;随着炮孔间距增大,岩体裂纹明显得到控制;其中炮孔间距为54 cm时,各方向裂纹发展不明显,隧道断面轮廓较平整,整体平均超挖量值控制在10 cm左右,爆破效果较好,均满足规范要求[15]
图6可知,炮孔间距对砂页岩互层围岩爆破效果影响较大,其中主要受软弱页岩夹层厚度影响。页岩夹层厚度较小时,炮孔主要处于砂岩中,采用小炮孔间距时能取得较好爆破效果;当页岩夹层厚度增大,继续采用较小炮孔间距导致软弱页岩夹层严重超挖,应适当增大炮孔间距,且岩体中空孔的布置对裂纹的扩展起到了一定控制作用,可以取得较好的爆破控制效果。经过不同工况爆破效果对比分析,确定了不同互层厚度围岩的爆破参数,页岩厚度为5 cm、10 cm、15 cm、20 cm、30 cm时,炮孔间距应分别取42 cm、46 cm、50 cm、54 cm,能达到较好的爆破控制效果。
综合超欠挖量、爆破轮廓成型、以及裂纹发育特征等因素,可确定适用于不同厚度砂页岩水平互层围岩隧道的最优炮孔间距等参数,有效地改善爆破中出现的超欠挖问题。
根据保安营隧道V级围岩砂页互层段隧道实际情况,采用现场测试来验证数值模拟方法的可靠性;将数值模拟得到的最优爆破参数应用至现场隧道爆破施工中,并对数值模拟结果和现场爆破效果进行综合评价。
依据数值模拟优化后的周边眼参数,结合现场实际进行炮孔钻眼、装药及炮泥填塞等工序,采用电子雷管引爆技术,周边眼装药形式如图7所示。
炸药炮孔用炮泥堵塞,堵塞长度均满足《爆破安全规程》(GB6722—2014)规定,现场起爆后隧道断面爆破效果如图8所示。现场测试数据与模拟值对比如表6所示。
将数值模拟结果应用到现场试验进行对比,实测平均线性超挖量值较小,与数值模拟结果基本符合。说明采用数值分析的方法能够有效确定水平缓倾岩层隧道爆破参数,对现场爆破施工具有一定指导作用。
以保安营隧道工程为依托,采用数值模拟结合现场测试手段,研究了炮孔间距对不同厚度砂页互层围岩的爆破效果,主要结论如下:
(1)在水平岩层中爆破开挖时,岩体沿水平方向损伤范围较大,裂纹沿砂页岩交界方向扩展较深;沿垂直方向破损范围较小,炸药能量利用率较低。
(2)水平层状围岩爆破效果受炮孔间距影响明显,页岩夹层厚度较小时应缩小炮孔间距;页岩夹层厚度较大时应适当增大炮孔间距,并结合设置的空孔可以有效地生成可控裂缝,保证爆破效果。
(3)页岩厚度为5 cm、10 cm、15 cm、20 cm、30 cm时,炮孔间距取值分别为42 cm、46 cm、50 cm、54 cm。
