A combined demolition method of directional tilting of main tower and in-situ collapse of bridge beam has been designed for the blasting demolition of a single-tower reinforced concrete cable-stayed bridge in complex environment. An "inverted step" cut with a height of 4 m was designed for the middle tower pillar, and the mechanical pre-processing method was used in the lower tower pillar to form two windows with a width of 1.3 m and a height of 4 m to reduce its strength. The loose blasting was used for the bridge beam at four locations where the cables were anchored on the beam. Decked charge was adopted for the blast holes deeper than 2.1 m and initiated by detonating cords, which effectively dispersed the explosive energy. The middle tower pillar, lower tower pillar and the beam were initiated as 3 stages with nonel detonators. A “rigid + flexible” composite protection method was proposed for the culvert crossing the bridge. Two sandbag damping walls were settled on the touchdown area of the bridge beam to form a "flexible" protection. Meanwhile, a welded steel skeleton and rubber cushion layer were arranged along the direction of the culvert to form the “rigid” protection. Grass curtains, bamboo fences, and steel wire layers were covered on the blasting area. After the blast, the tower toppled on the predetermined direction. And the main beam collapsed in place, divided into several sections which were then processed with mechanical methods. In this project, good blasting results have been achieved without causing flyrock accidents or impact damage to the culvert.

针对复杂环境下单塔钢筋混凝土斜拉桥的爆破拆除,设计了塔柱定向倾倒和主梁原地坍塌的组合拆除方式。中塔柱采用“倒台阶”式切口,切口高度4 m。下塔柱首先采用机械法预处理形成两个宽1.3 m,高4 m的窗口以降低其强度,再布置炮孔进行爆破。主梁与拉索锚固处共设置4处爆破点,采用松动爆破。孔深大于1.2 m的炮孔采用导爆索分段装药结构,有效分散了炸药能量。孔外采用导爆管起爆网路,中塔柱、下塔柱和主梁炸点分为3段起爆。针对桥梁下穿涵洞提出了“刚+柔”复合防护方法。在主梁触地区域设置沙袋减振墙形成柔性防护。同时,沿涵洞走向布置焊接钢制骨架和橡胶垫层形成刚性防护。采用草帘、竹笆和钢丝网对爆破区域进行覆盖防护。起爆后,塔柱向预定方向倾倒,主梁原地坍塌,分为数段,再采用机械法处理。取得了良好的爆破效果,未造成爆破飞石伤害事故,也未对涵洞等建(构)筑物造成冲击破坏。本工程对单塔斜拉桥的爆破设计,以及对下穿涵洞的防护措施可以为相似工程提供借鉴经验。

针对复杂环境下单塔钢筋混凝土斜拉桥的爆破拆除,设计了塔柱定向倾倒和主梁原地坍塌的组合拆除方式。中塔柱采用“倒台阶”式切口,切口高度4 m。下塔柱首先采用机械法预处理形成两个宽1.3 m,高4 m的窗口以降低其强度,再布置炮孔进行爆破。主梁与拉索锚固处共设置4处爆破点,采用松动爆破。孔深大于1.2 m的炮孔采用导爆索分段装药结构,有效分散了炸药能量。孔外采用导爆管起爆网路,中塔柱、下塔柱和主梁炸点分为3段起爆。针对桥梁下穿涵洞提出了“刚+柔”复合防护方法。在主梁触地区域设置沙袋减振墙形成柔性防护。同时,沿涵洞走向布置焊接钢制骨架和橡胶垫层形成刚性防护。采用草帘、竹笆和钢丝网对爆破区域进行覆盖防护。起爆后,塔柱向预定方向倾倒,主梁原地坍塌,分为数段,再采用机械法处理。取得了良好的爆破效果,未造成爆破飞石伤害事故,也未对涵洞等建(构)筑物造成冲击破坏。本工程对单塔斜拉桥的爆破设计,以及对下穿涵洞的防护措施可以为相似工程提供借鉴经验。

A combined demolition method of directional tilting of main tower and in-situ collapse of bridge beam has been designed for the blasting demolition of a single-tower reinforced concrete cable-stayed bridge in complex environment. An "inverted step" cut with a height of 4 m was designed for the middle tower pillar, and the mechanical pre-processing method was used in the lower tower pillar to form two windows with a width of 1.3 m and a height of 4 m to reduce its strength. The loose blasting was used for the bridge beam at four locations where the cables were anchored on the beam. Decked charge was adopted for the blast holes deeper than 2.1 m and initiated by detonating cords, which effectively dispersed the explosive energy. The middle tower pillar, lower tower pillar and the beam were initiated as 3 stages with nonel detonators. A “rigid + flexible” composite protection method was proposed for the culvert crossing the bridge. Two sandbag damping walls were settled on the touchdown area of the bridge beam to form a "flexible" protection. Meanwhile, a welded steel skeleton and rubber cushion layer were arranged along the direction of the culvert to form the “rigid” protection. Grass curtains, bamboo fences, and steel wire layers were covered on the blasting area. After the blast, the tower toppled on the predetermined direction. And the main beam collapsed in place, divided into several sections which were then processed with mechanical methods. In this project, good blasting results have been achieved without causing flyrock accidents or impact damage to the culvert.

随着城市建设规模的不断扩大,基础设施亟需升级改造,为配合城市整治工程,奉节县新县城需拆除一座斜拉桥。
斜拉桥由主塔、主梁、斜拉索三种基本构件组成,属于超静定结构体系,载荷以主梁受压或受弯为主,支撑体系主要是斜拉索受拉及桥塔受压为主,依据桥梁长度有单塔、双塔及多塔等形式。斜拉桥拆除过程中体系转换次数多,在拆除过程中,斜拉索的放张势必会引起梁的迅速下挠,拆除过程中梁两端的位移进一步会成为控制指标,而梁截面突变的应力也会成为拆除过程中比较关键的因变量[1]。斜拉桥的拆除可采用机械吊装法,但需使用吊装船、吊车等大型设备,且施工工序较为复杂,施工安全性要求高[2]
爆破拆除法具有高效快捷、安全经济的优点,适用于各种形式的桥梁,国内外学者都进行了大量的工程和理论研究,也形成了精细爆破拆除技术[3]。黄小武采用LS-Dyna模拟了单塔斜拉桥的拆除过程[4],模拟显示,塔身切口形成后,主塔将下坐后才会出现偏转,拉索松弛后主梁将垂直坍塌。Tetougueni分析了双塔斜拉桥在端部受到爆炸冲击载荷下主梁的动力相应[5]。周祥磊介绍了金婺大桥的爆破拆除过程[6],其采用的混合缓冲垫层对桥下自来水管起到了良好的防护效果。
以奉节县3#斜拉桥拆除工程为背景,由于桥梁有下穿新建涵洞,为重点保护构筑物。为降低桥梁拆除对涵洞的影响,针对涵洞设计了专项防护措施,取得了良好的防护效果。
待拆桥梁为奉节县新县城库岸综合整治工程3#斜拉桥,位于奉节县新县城沿江大道东段白衣埯古滑体东侧边界老龙洞冲沟,其冲沟为不对称“U”型谷。
东偏北距桥头46 m有一变压器,西侧距桥头约10 m有一简易民房,194 m为加油站。东西方向与桥梁连接段为待拆除道路,改道区域(今后永久道路)为南侧新建公路,路面施工已经完成,车辆行驶正常,距桥最近处仅2 m。桥下有一条南北走向的新建涵洞,另有一下穿道路,主体结构已经完成,距桥最近12 m。北侧为山体,有一条正在修建的三号桥隧道口距离斜拉桥最近处约65 m,三号桥隧道口的上方山体有东西走向的动力线路,距离3#斜拉桥主塔62 m。桥体周边环境复杂,如图1所示。
3#斜拉桥为东西走向,长196.12 m,桥跨布置16 m“T”型梁+180 m斜拉桥(105 m+44 m+ 31 m),桥面宽18 m,双向四车道。桥梁主体结构为单索面独塔混凝土结构,由若干根斜拉索将桥体拉在塔柱上,由索塔、主梁、斜拉索组成。
主塔为独柱式钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土标号为C40,分下中上三段,下塔柱为箱形截面,尺寸6 m×4 m,纵向壁厚70 cm,横向壁厚80 cm;中塔柱为实心截面,尺寸4 m×2 m;上塔柱为锚固区,工字形截面,尺寸4 m×3 m,翼缘厚45cm,斜拉索在锚固区内交叉锚固。桥面上主塔高50 m,13对斜拉索,桥面下主塔柱高50 m。
主梁为三向预应力混凝土单箱双室结构,混凝土标号为C50,主梁全长为180 m,梁全宽18 m,梁高2.2 m,斜腹板厚度20cm,顶板厚度20 cm,悬臂板根部厚度45 cm,悬臂板端部厚度16 cm;主跨中腹板厚度40 cm,底板厚度22 cm,边跨中腹板厚度140 cm,底板厚度40 cm;主跨橫隔间距为3.5 m,厚度为18 cm,边跨橫隔板间距为4.7 m,厚度为30 cm。桥梁立体图如图2所示。
本工程除安全、工期等方面的要求外,对桥梁解体程度有较高的要求。业主要求将大桥结构拆除,使其坍塌;上部(含下部及桩基)结构全部破碎拆除,索塔拆除至桩底标高,全部内容实施爆破拆除。
1)待拆除桥梁的周边环境复杂。大桥地处连接奉节县城的沿江大道,施工期间车流量大,人员多。另外,周边设施也存在以下难点:①相邻民房简易老旧,结构稳定性差;②穿越桥梁下方的涵洞已建成且已覆土;③南侧下穿道(接隧道口)已建成;④靠江边的转换道为填土路基。
为确保涵洞安全,桥梁拆除时必须避免桥梁上部结构直接作用在涵洞上,且上塔柱和中塔柱倒塌时必须避开大桥南北两侧涵洞。
2)斜拉桥结构复杂。斜拉桥结构在力学上属高次超静定结构,是所有桥型中受力最为复杂的一种结构,如何布置爆破点以破坏其稳定性并使其失稳是设计的难点。
3)主塔及主梁强度高、刚度强。主塔为独柱式钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土标号为C40,主梁为三向预应力混凝土结构,混凝土标号为C50,主塔及主梁均采用了高标号混凝土,强度、刚度及稳定性都较高,进一步加大了爆破难度。
为确保桥梁下方涵洞及南侧40 m处江边转换道路的安全,将主塔爆破倒塌的方向确定为正北方向。为实现安全爆破的总目标,有以下几种控制爆破方案可供选择:
方案一:在主梁与斜拉索锚固处松动破坏,大桥桥下主塔部位采用单个切口的定向倒塌方式。该方案操作简单,施工方便;但由于高宽比小,要使重心移出支承主塔,爆破开口角度要大,且因大桥上部结构整体性好,塌落冲击大,易对周围建筑及涵洞造成不利影响。甚至出现桥面上主塔不倒现象,安全隐患大。
方案二:在中塔柱底部采用爆破形成切口的定向倒塌方式。该方案的优点是爆破工作量小,易于控制爆破危害,对涵洞的影响可控性强;缺点是中塔柱由于斜拉索的影响,倒塌方向的控制比较困难;且大桥上部结构整体性好,后续施工工作量大。
方案三:在中塔柱底部采用爆破形成切口的定向倒塌方式,同时在下塔柱、主梁与两个相邻斜拉索锚固处中间,选择合适位置采用爆破法松动破坏。该方案的优点是爆破形成切口使大桥主塔柱定向倒塌,同时大桥主梁局部破坏削弱大桥整体性,可大幅降低因塌落震动对周围建筑的影响,有效避免大桥上部结构坍落对涵洞的撞击破坏。该方案的缺点是爆破施工工作量较大,需加强爆破飞石的控制,及对涵洞、隧道口、下穿道、转换道、加油站及建(构)筑物的安全防护。
本工程中相邻建筑设施、涵洞、隧道的安全是重点,综合比较上述方案,确定方案三作为本次爆破的首选方案,三种方案如图3所示。
为确保桥梁的坍塌与解体,同时减少爆破工作量、缩短工期,可采用多种手段对部分结构进行预拆除:
1)用机械法将0#桥台、0#桥台至1#桥墩及4#桥台、4#桥台至3#桥墩的桥上部结构进行破碎拆除。
2)用机械法将下塔柱的钢筋混凝土墙从下至上拆除形成两个1.3 m宽、4 m高、中间间隔1.8 m的拱形截面洞口,类似于剪力墙拆除中的“化墙为柱”处理方法,如图4所示。
下塔柱为斜拉桥主要受力构件,桥梁总混凝土方量约3710 m3,作用于下塔柱的载荷约P=3710×2600×9.8=94.5×106 N。预处理前下塔柱箱形截面积为12.96 m2,预处理后残余截面积为8.8 m2,预处理后残余截面受压强度约10.74 MPa,远小于C40混凝土的抗压强度,预处理不会导致桥体失稳。
待拆桥梁的主要承重构件是主塔,起稳定作用的是梁、斜拉索,破坏一定高度的主塔,将使桥梁整体失稳,在重力作用下坍塌或定向倾倒。要控制桥梁的倾倒方向,确定主塔的破坏高度及形式,是本爆破方案的关键。
根据理论计算和实践经验,承重主塔的破坏高度按下式计算[7]
式中:H为承重主塔的破坏高度,m;K为建筑物倒塌形式有关的经验系数,一般为1.5~2.0;B为主塔柱截面边长,m;Hmin为主塔最小破坏高度,m。
为使桥梁充分解体,便于破碎和清运,中塔柱炸高为4.0 m,切口形式采用“倒台阶”形,如图5所示,主梁与斜拉索锚固处采用爆破法松动。
采用38 mm孔径,最小抵抗线w取断面短边B的一半,即w=B/2,孔距a=(1.2~1.5)w,排距b=(0.8~1.2)a,孔深一般取L=H-w+l/2(H为构件的高度或长度,l为装药长度),取0.5~2.0 m,确保倒塌的反方向有预留截面。炸药单耗q=0.8~1.8 kg/m3,孔深为0.5 m的炮孔采用连续装药,对于孔深为1.2~2.0 m的炮孔采导爆索串接间隔装药,如图5所示。爆破参数如表1所示。
采用非电加强复式导爆管起爆网络,连接时采用簇联法,每15~20发雷管构成一簇。起爆顺序为中塔柱先爆破,桥面下塔柱与主梁同段爆破。为控制单段药量,中塔柱1.2 m孔与1.35 m孔采用MS-2段雷管,1.5 m孔采用MS-3段雷管,桥面下塔柱炮孔与主梁炮孔采用HS-4段雷管起爆,上塔柱锚固处同样采用HS-4段起爆,整个网路分为3段。
本工程中重点保护目标为爆区的涵洞、下穿道、转换道和民宅。根据《爆破安全规程》并结合以往的工程实测数据,质点振动速度按v=8.0 cm/s校核可以保证涵洞的安全,按v=1.2 cm/s校核可以保证民宅的安全,爆破振动可由下式计算[8]
式中:Qmax为最大一段(次)起爆的炸药量,kg;K′为修正系数,取0.25;R为爆点中心至被保护目标的距离,m;Kα为与爆破地形、地质条件等有关的系数和地震波衰减指数,取100和1.5。
如3.4节所述,本工程中最大一段装药量为67.6 kg,此时距离爆区10 m处涵洞振速约6.49 cm/s,距离爆区35 m处民房振速约0.99 cm/s,均小于允许振速。
桥面落地引起的塌落振动可由下式计算[9]
式中:v2为塌落振动速度,cm/s;kt为触地振动系数,取3.37;β为衰减指数;σ为地面介质强度,10 MPa;m为建筑物质量,t;g为重力加速度,m/s2H为楼房高度,m;R2为与触地点之间的距离,m。
桥面上主塔的总体重量约为1250 t,重心落差H取25 m,撞击地面落地中心距离涵洞约30 m,由于钢筋的牵制作用及破碎主塔的部分支承作用,主塔倒塌时并非自由落体,故按最大块质量的1/2估算,由上式计算得出塌落振动为2.46 cm/s。
本工程中,尽管采用分段起爆、化整为零,降低了部分塌落振动,但桥体自重大,仍需要采取措施控制塌落振动为进一步降低触地冲击,在预计落地的北侧地面上,以现场泥土制作减振墙,墙体为梯形截面,如图6所示。同时爆破前,在保护目标与大桥坍塌区域之间开挖减振沟,确保安全。
爆破飞石的最大飞散距离,可按下式计算[10,11]
式中:S为飞石最远距离,m;V为飞石初速度,爆炸作用指数n=1时,V=20 m/s。
经计算,S=40 m,需采取防护措施。对中塔柱爆破切口区域采用1层草帘+1层竹笆+1层铁丝网+1层密目网进行覆盖防护,再用铁丝捆绑牢固。对桥下塔柱切口部位采用同样的防护,并使用铁皮将施工区域包围,如图6所示。
对涵洞采取软硬防护相结合的方法。首先,在桥下涵洞的东西两侧堆设沙袋形成减震墙(俗称软防护),并使沙袋的高度高于涵洞的顶部高度,桥的上部结构坍塌后使主梁的底面与涵洞的顶面留有一定的空隙。减震墙上宽2 m、下宽5 m、高度4 m。
其次,为防止桥梁上部结构在解体下落和主塔倒塌过程中对涵洞造成冲击破坏,在桥梁下方和主塔倒塌方向设置硬防护,如图7所示。
1)将桥梁下方和主塔预计倒塌影响到的涵洞侧墙两侧地面平整后硬化铺设12 mm厚钢板,尺寸为5 m×50 m。
2)在涵洞侧墙两侧硬化地面或铺设的钢板上,分别设置两排钢立柱,立柱采用ϕ 273 mm×16 mm无缝钢管,高9 m。
3)在四排钢立柱的顶面设置工字钢梁,采用40b工字钢,每根长度12 m,工字钢梁与所有钢立柱焊接固定,在钢立柱上工字钢梁的顶端水平搭设一排工字钢,铺设宽度为50 m。
4)在桥梁和主塔影响到的涵洞的顶面堆积一定厚度的土,土上铺设一层钢板,然后在硬防护的工字钢的底面与涵洞顶面铺设的钢板空隙间铺满废旧重型汽车的轮胎,确保硬防护的工字钢的底面与涵洞的顶面没有空隙。见图7
1)爆破效果
起爆后,塔柱向预定方向倾倒,倒塌于减振墙之上,桥身分别于下塔柱支撑处、主梁炸点处断裂,后原地坍塌至地面,后采用机械方法进行处理,如图8所示。
2)塌落过程讨论
观察主塔的倾倒过程可知,由于拉索的存在,塔身切口形成后,首先发生了显著的下坐,并伴随着初始偏转,当下塔柱爆破后,发生二次下坐,然后发生倾倒,与文献[4]的模拟结果基本一致。初始偏转对确定倾倒方向至关重要,本文中采用的“倒台阶”形切口可有效控制倒塌方向。
1)当桥梁下方有涵洞、管线等设施时,应避免桥体直接冲击,并可以采用钢支架形成刚性防护;钢排架的高度应超过涵洞高度,同时在涵洞顶部与钢排架之间的空隙填补软性材质,如废旧轮胎等。
2)厚大钢筋混凝土梁柱结构爆破拆除时,炮孔往往较深,采用导爆索串联间隔装药,不仅可减少雷管用量,还能分散炸药能量,改善爆破效果。
