Field tests of blast vibrations were conducted based on the concept of interference between blast-induced seismic waves for the purpose of reducing blasting vibration intensity and controlling blasting vibration hazards. Three different blast schemes were realized by using electronic detonators, and nonel detonators were used for the fourth blast scheme as comparison. Monitoring points were arranged at the locations of 15 m, 30 m, 45 m and 60 m away from the working face. By studying variation law of the blasting vibration velocity, the optimal delay intervals between holes and rows were selected as those of the third scheme based on the characteristics of accurate timing of electronic detonators. In the third scheme, the cut holes were initiated every two holes from top to bottom with an inter-hole delay of 8 ms. The slashing holes were arranged symmetrically along the center of the working face, and initiated hole by hole with an inter-hole delay of 16 ms and inter-row delay of 100 ms. In addition, the roof holes and bottom holes were initiated with a delay interval of 100ms. This scheme was used to obtain a vibration reduction effect by wave destruction interference. The test results show that the blast parameters are the key to reduce the blast vibration intensity. With the same distance to the blast source, the peak particle velocity when electronic detonators are used is much smaller than that when nonel detonators are used. At the same time, the dominant frequency of electronic detonators is higher than that of the nonel detonators. This engineering technology has achieved significant vibration reduction effect in the blasting construction of the flood discharge tunnel of Luoning pumped-storage power station in Henan Province.

为了降低爆破振动强度、控制爆破振动危害,根据爆破形成振动波的相互干扰叠加,在施工场地进行爆破振动试验。采用数码电子雷管,选用普通导爆管雷管作为对照组,在距掌子面15 m、30 m、45 m、60 m处布置监测点,进行了四组不同方案的振动速度变化规律的研究。利用数码电子雷管的精确延时特性,通过前三个组合的现场试验研究,取得泄洪排沙洞使用数码电子雷管洞挖爆破相对最佳的孔间、排间延时间隔时间组合为第二组合的成果:掏槽孔从上到下对称两孔同时起爆,上下孔孔间延时8 ms;其余主爆孔对称安排(从隧洞断面中间向外侧)逐孔从上到下(顶拱从左到右)起爆,孔间延时16 ms;所有排间延时间隔均为100 ms;边顶拱光爆孔和底板光爆孔间隔100 ms,并实现了波峰错相叠加的减振效果。试验结果表明:爆破参数是降低爆破振动强度的关键;在距爆源距离相同的情况下,采用数码电子雷管的质点振动速度峰值明显小于普通雷管,采用数码雷管的主频高于采用普通雷管;数码雷管可大幅度降低爆破振动强度、提高爆破振动的主频。该工程技术在河南洛宁抽水蓄能电站泄洪排沙洞爆破施工中取得了显著的减振效果。

为了降低爆破振动强度、控制爆破振动危害,根据爆破形成振动波的相互干扰叠加,在施工场地进行爆破振动试验。采用数码电子雷管,选用普通导爆管雷管作为对照组,在距掌子面15 m、30 m、45 m、60 m处布置监测点,进行了四组不同方案的振动速度变化规律的研究。利用数码电子雷管的精确延时特性,通过前三个组合的现场试验研究,取得泄洪排沙洞使用数码电子雷管洞挖爆破相对最佳的孔间、排间延时间隔时间组合为第二组合的成果:掏槽孔从上到下对称两孔同时起爆,上下孔孔间延时8 ms;其余主爆孔对称安排(从隧洞断面中间向外侧)逐孔从上到下(顶拱从左到右)起爆,孔间延时16 ms;所有排间延时间隔均为100 ms;边顶拱光爆孔和底板光爆孔间隔100 ms,并实现了波峰错相叠加的减振效果。试验结果表明:爆破参数是降低爆破振动强度的关键;在距爆源距离相同的情况下,采用数码电子雷管的质点振动速度峰值明显小于普通雷管,采用数码雷管的主频高于采用普通雷管;数码雷管可大幅度降低爆破振动强度、提高爆破振动的主频。该工程技术在河南洛宁抽水蓄能电站泄洪排沙洞爆破施工中取得了显著的减振效果。

Field tests of blast vibrations were conducted based on the concept of interference between blast-induced seismic waves for the purpose of reducing blasting vibration intensity and controlling blasting vibration hazards. Three different blast schemes were realized by using electronic detonators, and nonel detonators were used for the fourth blast scheme as comparison. Monitoring points were arranged at the locations of 15 m, 30 m, 45 m and 60 m away from the working face. By studying variation law of the blasting vibration velocity, the optimal delay intervals between holes and rows were selected as those of the third scheme based on the characteristics of accurate timing of electronic detonators. In the third scheme, the cut holes were initiated every two holes from top to bottom with an inter-hole delay of 8 ms. The slashing holes were arranged symmetrically along the center of the working face, and initiated hole by hole with an inter-hole delay of 16 ms and inter-row delay of 100 ms. In addition, the roof holes and bottom holes were initiated with a delay interval of 100ms. This scheme was used to obtain a vibration reduction effect by wave destruction interference. The test results show that the blast parameters are the key to reduce the blast vibration intensity. With the same distance to the blast source, the peak particle velocity when electronic detonators are used is much smaller than that when nonel detonators are used. At the same time, the dominant frequency of electronic detonators is higher than that of the nonel detonators. This engineering technology has achieved significant vibration reduction effect in the blasting construction of the flood discharge tunnel of Luoning pumped-storage power station in Henan Province.

对于隧洞爆破而言,降低爆破振动强度非常重要,目前在水电水利工程的大部分地下工程开挖施工中,均是利用炸药爆炸产生的化学能对隧洞岩石进行爆破开挖。但在如此复杂环境下进行大范围隧洞爆破时,除了必须满足该工程的设计要求外,同时还必须保证其周围的人和隧洞本身及相关设施的安全,难度较大。
数码电子雷管延期精度高、安全可靠、可检测性好、可追溯性强,起爆性能良好,在爆破工程中得到广泛应用[1,2];孙鹏昌等针对赤湾山高边坡爆破振动响应问题[3],开展了爆破振动实测数据分析和动力有限元数值模拟,分析了单薄山体岩质高边坡的爆破振动响应特征;郭鹏杰等通过对比数码电子雷管与电塑料导爆管雷管在爆破工程中的实际应用效果[4],在降低大块率、降低爆破振动与降低炸药单耗等方面取得了显著效果;林飞为了控制爆破振动强度[5],降低爆破振动对建筑物的危害,基于数码电子雷管对爆破网路孔、排间采用四组)的微差时间进行控制爆破对比试验,得出其中一组的微差时间达到良好降振效果;丁伟捷等针对爆破质点峰值振速预测模型研究得出[6],监测点距离与质点峰值振速为负相关关系,总药量、最小排距、平均装药高度与最大孔距则与质点峰值振速呈正相关关系;何理等设计开展毫秒延时爆破试验[7],建立群孔齐发爆破振速的计算模型,研究并构建炮孔数目对齐发爆破等效药量影响及其取值方法,并基于单孔爆破回归分析结果,提出修正的质点峰值振速与比例距离关系公式;任登富等利用数码电子雷管起爆精准授时特点[8],基于错相减振原理优化各炮孔之间的微差时间,控制孔间振动波主振相错开约半个周期,实现降低爆破振速的目的;刘文胜等以国家重点推广数码雷管为契机[9],在和尚桥铁矿开展了不同高精度延时的现场爆破试验,对比分析了延时间隔对爆破振动的影响规律,并分析了爆破块度分布特征;朱明等以青岛地铁某线施工为背景[10],采用多段爆破的爆破方式,设置多个监测点记录爆破振速,对比分析不同爆破振速预测模型效果和适用性,并在此基础上进行模型优化;司小昆等为进一步分析隧道爆破对既有村庄带来的振动影响[11],引入反映高程的影响因子,通过量纲分析的方法建立反映高程影响的质点峰值振动速度的预测模型;刘翔宇等研究电子雷管延期误差对多孔延时爆破叠加振动的影响[12],得出叠加最大振速随电子雷管延期精度变化大致符合线性增长的规律。
上述研究主要是在基于普通导爆管雷管情形下,设立三组不同电子数码雷管试验进行研究,利用数码电子雷管的精确延时特性,隧洞开挖爆破减振效果做出对比。对于减振效果,数码电子雷管优势明显,效果较好。数码电子雷管已在河南洛宁抽水蓄能电站的开挖爆破施工中成功地运用,其显著降低爆破振动效果的优势已得到体现。
河南洛宁抽水蓄能电站位于河南省洛宁县涧口乡境内。泄洪排沙洞布置在电站下游水库内,设置在库尾拦沙坝上游河道右岸山体中,由进水口、隧洞段和出水口构成,进水口底板高程655.00 m,爆破试验段实际开挖断面为8.76 m×10.675 m(宽×高),其中直边墙高7.998 m,顶拱高2.677 m,顶拱半径4.921 m。洞身长度1575.00 m,隧洞底板两级斜坡,坡度分别为12.5%、8%。该隧洞穿越的地层岩性为燕山晚期斑状花岗岩,洞室围岩质量以Ⅱ~Ⅲ类为主,局部有少量Ⅳ类或Ⅴ类围岩。
电站下水库距洛宁县城约17 km,洛宁县有高速道路通往洛阳市和郑州市,直线距离分别为80 km和201 km。为减少泄洪排沙洞爆破(图1)的工作量和时间,又不影响泄洪排洞的正常爆破开挖施工,需要针对工程段进行控制爆破。
(1)第一组合至第三组合的钻爆参数:
隧洞采用全断面开挖,光面爆破,楔型掏槽。钻孔类型为掏槽孔、主爆孔和光爆孔。所述光爆孔为间隔不耦合装药,导爆索引爆,剩余孔采用连续装药,数码电子雷管引爆。根据工程需要设计了光爆药卷尺寸和起爆网路形式,炸药选用2#岩石乳化炸药,直径为32 mm;钻机采用常规的手风钻,钻头直径为42 mm;总钻孔数为170个;总装药孔数为168个(边墙与顶拱交汇处钻空孔2个);总装药量:283.2 kg;爆破总方量302.75 m3;爆破单耗:0.94 kg/m3;周边孔线装药密度为:边顶拱260 g/m,底板孔350 g/m;掏槽孔单孔药量为3.0 kg、主爆孔单孔药量1.2~2.7 kg不等、周边孔(边、顶拱)单孔药量0.9 kg、周边孔(底板孔)单孔药量1.35 kg;爆破最大单响药量为6.0 kg(为掏槽孔)。
(2)第四组合的钻爆参数:
使用普通导爆管雷管引爆。导爆管雷管段位为MS1~MS15的8个奇数段雷管,爆破最大单响药量为49.7 kg(为主爆孔MS9)。其余的爆破孔网参数与第1组合~第3组合完全一样。
为减少爆破试验的工作量和时间,又不影响泄洪排沙洞的正常爆破开挖施工,在爆破作业中使用数码电子雷管,完成不同爆破参数下的爆破设计。在洞挖形状及面积、围岩特性及其它爆破参数不变的前提下,单独设置爆破孔间和排间的延时间隔,在保证掏槽和光爆效果的前提下,研究其在不同延迟时间间隔上的减振效果。具体试验组合如表1所示。
爆破试验中,掏槽孔从上到下对称两孔同时起爆,其余主爆孔对称布设(从隧洞断面中间向外侧)逐孔从上到下(图2)逐孔起爆,上下孔设有爆破孔间延时,且设有排间延时间隔及边顶拱、底板光爆孔延时间隔。考虑到光爆孔对爆破质量的要求和光爆孔采用间隔装药,导爆索起爆的实际情况,且不突破掏槽孔形成的爆破最大单响药量,光爆孔采用分段起爆并设有段间延时。
第四组合使用普通导爆管雷管,按常规施工的爆破设计进行。目的是通过对比得出数码电子雷管与导爆管雷管的减振量化成果和求出该隧洞爆破开挖质点振动速度公式中的Kα值,进而得出质点振动速度公式,用于指导泄洪排沙洞爆破设计、施工。
将质点振动速度V、最大单响药量Q、爆心距R分别代入计算,进行回归分析计算,即可得到Kα值。
系数K、指数α也可按规范要求选取,爆区不同岩性的Kα值,如表2所示。
通过河南洛宁抽水蓄能电站泄洪排沙洞爆破开挖中,运用数码电子雷管的爆破试验,选取数码电子雷管孔间、排间不同的时间延时间隔,利用测振仪测出距离隧洞开挖掌子面不同距离的质点振动速度值,进行监测:
(1)该隧洞爆破时减振效果相对最优的孔间和排间的延时。
(2)对数码电子雷管减振效果与国产导爆管雷管的试验结果作比较和分析,获得了两者的减振效果。
(3)运用距离爆破掌子面不同距离的多次质点振动速度的实测成果,通过最小二乘法得出该隧洞爆破开挖质点振动速度公式中的Kα值,代入质点振动速度公式。
根据试验方案布置及各孔间位置特点,试验在不同距离爆源处由近至远依次布置爆破振动监测点,各试验方案如表3所示。
提取爆破振动监测仪器的监测数据,分析并绘出爆破振动速度与距离的关系曲线。
在泄洪排沙洞底板基岩上布置3个监测点。各点距爆破掌子面距离为15 m、30 m、45 m。测得的爆破振动波形,见图3,根据距爆破掌子面15 m测点的振动波形分析,在前20 ms时段的振动波产生了波峰与波谷的干扰叠加,其振动峰值大于单孔爆破振动峰值;根据距爆破掌子面30 m测点的振动波形分析,在前10 ms时段的振动峰值远远小于单孔爆破振动峰值;根据距爆破掌子面45 m测点的振动波形分析,在前15 ms时段的振动波产生了波峰与波谷的干扰叠加。
在泄洪排沙洞底板基岩上布置3个监测点。各点距爆破掌子面距离为30 m、45 m、60 m。测得的爆破振动波形,见图4,根据距爆破掌子面30 m测点的振动波形分析,在前20 ms时段的振动波产生了波峰与波谷的干扰叠加,其振动峰值大于单孔爆破振动峰值;根据距爆破掌子面45 m测点的振动波形分析,在前20 ms时段的振动峰值与单孔爆破振动峰值相等;根据距爆破掌子面60 m测点的振动波形分析,在前20 ms时段的振动波产生了波峰与波谷的干扰叠加,其振动峰值大于单孔爆破振动峰值。
在泄洪排沙洞底板基岩上布置3个监测点。各点距爆破掌子面距离为30 m、45 m、60 m。测得的爆破振动波形,见图5,根据距爆破掌子面30 m测点的振动波形分析,在前25 ms时段的振动波产生了波峰与波谷的干扰叠加,其振动峰值小于单孔爆破振动峰值;根据距爆破掌子面45 m测点的振动波形分析,在前25 ms时段的振动峰值大于单孔爆破振动峰值;根据距爆破掌子面60 m测点的振动波形分析,在前15 ms时段的振动波产生了波峰与波谷的干扰叠加,其振动峰值略小于单孔爆破振动峰值。
在泄洪排沙洞底板基岩上布置3个监测点。各点距爆破掌子面距离为15 m、30 m、45 m。测得的爆破振动波形,见图6,第四组使用的是普通导爆管雷管,与前三组有明显区别,波峰和波谷的扰动叠加不显著,所以利用电子雷管精确延时的功能,群炮孔爆破振动波率先在较短距离实现波峰与波谷的扰动叠加,对于减小爆破振动具有非常重要的作用。
将各组合的试验监测结果汇总于表4
从试验监测结果可以看出:数码电子雷管爆破形成的振动波的相互干扰叠加,对爆破质点振动速度的影响较为明显。借助数码电子雷管延时间隔小,延时误差小,及其它优良的性能,设计孔、排间不同的延时时间,形成不同振动波的相互干扰叠加,可以找出爆破质点振动速度相对小的延时时间参数。
图3中(a)、(b)、(c)原始振动波形曲线可以看出,质点振动速度最大值均远离36 ms。据此判断该最大值的形成是爆破形成的振动波的相互干扰叠加的结果。
图3图6可见,在距爆源距离相同的情况下,采用数码电子雷管的质点振动速度峰值明显小于普通雷管。
表4可得出,在距爆源距离相同的情况下,采用数码雷管的主频高于采用普通雷管。
表5可得出,在离爆源30 m处,监测出第2组合质点振动速度最小;在离爆源45 m处,监测出第2组合质点振动速度还是最小;在离爆源60 m处,监测出第2组合质点振动速度比第3组合大。
爆破采用3.0 kg(掏槽孔)和1.2~2.7 kg(主爆孔)单孔药量、8 ms(掏槽孔爆破)和16 ms(主爆孔爆破)孔间延时、100 ms排间延时间隔、100 ms边顶拱光爆孔和底板光爆孔间隔,为后续逐孔起爆创造了良好临空面,减震效果较好。
在泄洪排沙洞同步采用数码电子雷管与普通导爆管雷管进行爆破,对两者的减振效果进行对比分析,得出如下结论和建议:
(1)采用数码电子雷管的减振效果,受地质条件和水文条件、距爆源距离、掏槽孔数量、单孔装药量、孔间延时等多个因素的影响,当条件一定时,爆破参数是影响爆破振动强度的关键所在。
(2)在隧洞爆破中采用三种数码电子雷管进行爆破,研究发现,距离爆炸源较近的区域,振动速度衰减更加明显,距离爆炸源越远,所有监测点的振动速度减小的幅度越小。
(3)通过数据对比发现,高精度的数码雷管可大幅度降低爆破振动强度、提高爆破振动的主频,也可将其做为本工程其它相似的隧洞开挖爆破设计的参考。
(4)由对照试验得出,第2组合作为泄洪排沙洞爆破开挖数码电子雷管爆破网络孔间及排间相对最佳延期间隔时间,该组合的延时时间参数也可作为类似隧洞开挖爆破设计的参考。
