As a discontinuous and anisotropic heterogeneous structure, rock mass is randomly distributed with joints, cracks, faults and other structural planes. The existence of structural planes has an important influence on blasting effect. In order to explore the influence of the angles and locations of structural planes on bench blasting effect, LS-Dyna numerical simulation and field experiments were conducted based on Beskuduk open pit coal mine. The numerical simulation results show that when the dip of the structural plane is less than 30 degrees, the peak stress is less affected. When the dip of the structural plane is greater than 30 degrees, the initial peak value of the explosion stress wave increases with the increase of the angle. In addition, the position of a weak interlayer in a bench affects the energy release. Compared to the situation that the weak interlayers are located in the upper area of the bench, the blasting effect when the weak interlayers are located in the middle and lower areas, the energy release is more obvious with a worse blasting effect, therefore a specific blast method is needed to solve the problem. The field practice shows that with the increase of the structural plane angle, the boulder yield presents a decreasing trend. For the situation that the weak interlayers are located in the middle and lower part of the bench, the method of increasing the subdrilling to 0.5 m and adding 3~5 m depth to the inclined holes can effectively reduce the boulder yield, improve the blasting effect and the shovel loading efficiency.

岩体作为一种不连续的、各向异性的非均质结构体,随机分布有节理、裂隙和断层等结构面,各类结构面的存在对爆破效果具有重要的影响。为探究岩体结构面对台阶爆破效果的影响,以别斯库都克露天煤矿为研究对象,分别采用LS-Dyna数值模拟与现场实验研究结构面角度和位置对台阶爆破效果的影响。数值模拟结果表明:当结构面倾角小于30°时,应力峰值受结构面倾角影响程度较低;当结构面夹角大于30°时,爆炸应力波的初始峰值随夹角的增大而增大。在台阶不同位置存在软弱夹层时,台阶爆破泄能结果差异较大。当软弱夹层位于台阶上部区域,爆破效果较好。当软弱夹层位于台阶中部和下部区域时,台阶爆破泄能较为明显,导致爆破效果较差,需要制定专门的爆破方案进行处置。现场实践表明:随结构面倾角的增加,爆破后爆堆的大块率呈减小趋势。针对现场存在的软弱夹层位于中下部情况,通过采用加大炮孔超深0.5 m,并在软弱夹层下部岩体增加3~5 m深斜孔的方法,能有效降低大块率,改善爆破效果,提高铲装效率。

岩体作为一种不连续的、各向异性的非均质结构体,随机分布有节理、裂隙和断层等结构面,各类结构面的存在对爆破效果具有重要的影响。为探究岩体结构面对台阶爆破效果的影响,以别斯库都克露天煤矿为研究对象,分别采用LS-Dyna数值模拟与现场实验研究结构面角度和位置对台阶爆破效果的影响。数值模拟结果表明:当结构面倾角小于30°时,应力峰值受结构面倾角影响程度较低;当结构面夹角大于30°时,爆炸应力波的初始峰值随夹角的增大而增大。在台阶不同位置存在软弱夹层时,台阶爆破泄能结果差异较大。当软弱夹层位于台阶上部区域,爆破效果较好。当软弱夹层位于台阶中部和下部区域时,台阶爆破泄能较为明显,导致爆破效果较差,需要制定专门的爆破方案进行处置。现场实践表明:随结构面倾角的增加,爆破后爆堆的大块率呈减小趋势。针对现场存在的软弱夹层位于中下部情况,通过采用加大炮孔超深0.5 m,并在软弱夹层下部岩体增加3~5 m深斜孔的方法,能有效降低大块率,改善爆破效果,提高铲装效率。

As a discontinuous and anisotropic heterogeneous structure, rock mass is randomly distributed with joints, cracks, faults and other structural planes. The existence of structural planes has an important influence on blasting effect. In order to explore the influence of the angles and locations of structural planes on bench blasting effect, LS-Dyna numerical simulation and field experiments were conducted based on Beskuduk open pit coal mine. The numerical simulation results show that when the dip of the structural plane is less than 30 degrees, the peak stress is less affected. When the dip of the structural plane is greater than 30 degrees, the initial peak value of the explosion stress wave increases with the increase of the angle. In addition, the position of a weak interlayer in a bench affects the energy release. Compared to the situation that the weak interlayers are located in the upper area of the bench, the blasting effect when the weak interlayers are located in the middle and lower areas, the energy release is more obvious with a worse blasting effect, therefore a specific blast method is needed to solve the problem. The field practice shows that with the increase of the structural plane angle, the boulder yield presents a decreasing trend. For the situation that the weak interlayers are located in the middle and lower part of the bench, the method of increasing the subdrilling to 0.5 m and adding 3~5 m depth to the inclined holes can effectively reduce the boulder yield, improve the blasting effect and the shovel loading efficiency.

根据地质环境的不同,岩体中的节理裂隙等及软弱结构面等常随机分布在岩体内部,对爆破应力波的传播影响较大,容易造成爆破泄能,降低炸药能量利用率,影响爆破效果。因此,研究岩体结构面对爆破效果的影响具有重要意义。
关于结构面对爆破效果的影响规律,已有不少相关研究成果,比如,代青松通过3dec对单一节理、平行节理和交错节理进行模拟[1],研究结果显示,节理裂隙复杂程度越高,爆炸应力波衰减越快。叶海旺等通过Ls-Dyna和小波分析对现场爆炸应力波穿越结构面后的振动频率衰减模式进行研究[2],结果表明:结构面使爆炸应力波在传播途中产生能量损失,由高频振动能量转变为低频振动能量。马小满通过理论推导[3],得出岩体受爆破荷载作用下内部应变能变化情况及岩体内结构面张开位移的变化规律。向晓锐针对不同初始地应力水平下[4],采用动力松弛法对爆破卸荷过程中结构面上岩块的张开位移量进行分析模拟,总结出一种控制结构面松动效应的方法。董平采用颗粒流离散元软件PFC对结构面倾角和贯通程度对岩体损伤、动态抗压强度和破坏模式进行研究[5],其余学者就爆破荷载对含结构面岩体破坏机理、响应特征和岩体稳定性进行了诸多研究[6,7],在改善施工效果、指导现场实践方面具有显著成效。此外,张斌等针对爆炸应力波在不同赋存条件和几何特征结构面上的透反射规律进行研究[8-10],对于工程中个中形态的爆破施工提供参考。
显然,已有研究由于条件限制,大多采用理论研究和室内试验相结合的方式,难以为实际的露天爆破工程提供直接指导。针对上述问题,以别斯库都克露天煤矿为背景,采用Ls-Dyna数值模拟方法,结合现场实践,对结构面倾角和位置对台阶爆破效果的影响进行分析,为改善露天矿山爆破效果和减小爆破危害提供理论指导。
新疆别斯库都克露天煤矿台阶岩体节理裂隙十分发育,矿坑地质特征变化明显,不但一定程度影响钻孔,还对爆破效果产生很大的影响。通过对各矿一年来的爆破效果的统计分析,发现煤矿台阶爆破大块率、根底率、炸药单耗均较高,对经济效益产生了重大影响。
通过现场取样,然后进行加工、打磨等工序,制备符合试验要求的试样,然后进行压缩和劈裂试验,单轴抗压试验的试样为50 mm×100 mm圆柱体,抗拉试验的试样为50 mm×30 mm圆盘体。
试验时,先预加载,荷载0.2 kN,待仪器稳定后使用0.12 mm/min的加载速率直至试件破坏,获得应力应变曲线并计算试件单轴抗压强度。图1所示为单轴压缩强度测试过程及部分得出的应力应变曲线。
岩石单轴抗压强度按下式(1)计算
式中:σc为单轴抗压强度,Pa;P为破坏载荷,N;S为岩样的受加载面积,m2
岩石弹性模量Ee和泊松比μe按下式计算
式(2)与式(3)中:σaσb为测得应力应变曲线上a点、b点应力值,Paεhaεhb为测得应力应变曲线上a点、b点轴向应变值;εdaεdb为测得应力应变曲线上a点、b点径向应变值。
试验时,先在岩样侧面确定加载基线,然后在基线上固定好钢丝,调整球座和垫片,使岩样位于承压板中间且受力均匀,缓慢加载直至试件被破坏。
图2所示为抗拉强度测试过程及部分得出的应力应变曲线。
抗拉强度由下式计算
式中:P为峰值载荷;D为试件直径;L为试件高度。
将结果整理得到相关参数如下表1所示。
(1)建立模型
结合现场具体参数:台阶高度为12 m,超深1.5 m,采用垂直深孔爆破,装药长度9.5 m,填充4 m,孔径140 mm,所建模型高17 m,模型顶长13 m,宽5 m,底长13 m,宽10 m,台阶坡面角75°。如图3所示,模型底部、后面以及左右面采用无反射边界;台阶底盘、坡面和顶部均设置成与空气直接接触的自由面。
岩石材料为采用JHC模型,材料参数如表2中所示;结构面间隙采用空材料模拟,间距1 cm,相关状态方程参数设置见表3
炸药性能参数如表4所示。
(2)模拟过程及结果分析
图4所示共建立5个模型,每个模型上布两个炮孔,其中一个不设结构面模拟完整岩体,结构面倾角分别为0°,30°,60°和90°。
在模型顶部临空面中间确定一爆破等效应力监测点,如图4(a),采用孔底起爆方式同时起爆两个炮孔,爆炸由孔底开始扩散,监测点处获取的应力-时程曲线如图5所示:爆炸发生后,孔内压力迅速升高,监测应力值迅速达到顶点。相较于无结构面的情况,0°和30°两种情况的初始应力峰值与无结构面的对照组比较几乎一致,受结构面因素影响较小;结构面倾角超过30°后,倾角越大,初始应力峰值也越大。
(1)建立模型
别矿不同台阶之间岩体性质差异较大,不少台阶含有软弱夹层,如图6所示,在含有软弱夹层的台阶进行作业时容易大块率较高、采装后易留根底,爆破效果较差。
为研究不同部位软弱夹层对爆破效果的影响规律,拟对爆区竖直方向上、中、下三个部位的软弱夹层展开讨论,如图7所示。
(2)材料参数
采用MAT_SOIL_AND-FOAM材料模拟软弱夹层,根据现场测试结果:剪切模量187 MPa,体积模量476 MPa,密度1.8 g/cm3。其余参数同上。
(3)结果分析
第一种情况下,软弱夹层处在爆区上端,炮孔内药柱都位于夹层所处水平之下,整个爆破过程中爆区上端软弱夹层对台阶岩体内爆炸应力波的传播影响程度很低,在结构面附近无应力波反射现象发生。见图8
软弱夹层位于爆区中部时,软弱夹层横截炮孔,孔内炸药自下而上起爆,爆轰波沿药柱自下而上传播,爆轰传递至软弱夹层时,如图9所示可以观察到,爆炸应力波在夹层表面发生反射,然后药柱内爆轰波继续向上传播,引爆夹层上部炸药,在软弱夹层处,爆炸应力波大幅衰减,因此可判断出现炸药泄能现象。
同上一种情况类似,爆轰波传递至软弱夹层时,如图10所示可以观察到,爆炸应力波在夹层表面发生反射,然后药柱内爆轰波继续向上传播,引爆夹层上部炸药,在软弱夹层处,爆炸应力波大幅衰减,因此可判断出现炸药泄能现象。
(1)不同结构面倾角的爆破试验
结合现场情况,选择结构面倾角分别为10°、15°、57°和84°几个台阶作为试验地点。岩体结构面分布如图11所示,爆破设计参数为:台阶高度H=12 m,超深h=1.5 m,孔径d=120 mm,孔排距6.5 m×3.5 m,每次爆破4排孔。
爆破结束,现场情况如图12所示,通过split-desktop对爆堆照片预处理后即可进行块度分析,结果如表5
表5结果分析可知,结构面倾角为10°和15°两种情况下,尺寸大于100 cm的岩石大块占比超过了57°和84°两种情况,由此可见,在当前爆破参数下,结构面倾角10°和15°时爆破效果劣于另外两种情况。
根据不同结构面倾角的数值模拟结果,对比现场爆破试验,可知:结构面倾角在0°~30°之间,爆破等效应力的初始峰值变化不大。在30°、60°和90°情况下,结构面倾角越大,等效应力的初始峰值也越大。现场爆破试验发现,随结构面倾角增加,爆破后爆堆的大块率呈减小趋势。
(2)软弱夹层处在爆区上端的现场试验
图13所示,台阶上部含软若夹层,根据爆破设计,炮孔上端3.5 m内属填塞段,孔内无装药且爆炸应力波于层间传播受阻,故此种情况下台阶顶部残留大块数量较多。
针对上述问题,通过在软弱夹层上部岩体内增加浅孔的方法进行参数优化,增加的层内炮孔位置由现场条件确定,孔深以不穿过夹层为宜。结合当前爆破参数,分别增加1排、2排、3排、4排浅孔,具体方案如下:
1)爆区共四排孔,中部增加浅孔,即第2排。2)爆区中部增加浅孔,即第2、3排。3)加密浅孔位于临空面第一、二、三排。4)爆区全部增加加密浅孔。见图14
经现场试验,第三种方案和第四种方案爆破效果较好,但由于增加的孔数较多,使单耗增加较多,已超过0.5 kg/m3,成本较大;第二种方案大块率3.2%,第一种方案大块率4.7%,显然,第二种方案相对第一种方案较优,且单耗增加在许可范围内,岩块尺寸分布合理,易于设备铲装。因此针对爆区顶端存在软弱夹层的台阶,适合第二种优化方案。
(3)软弱夹层处在爆区下端的现场试验
现场的软弱夹层位于台阶中下部的情况下,孔底反向起爆药包时,由于传爆至夹层处存在泄能现象,导致根底较多、爆堆不松散及大块数量较多,影响采装效率。针对此问题,在爆破设计中加大超深0.5 m,并在软弱夹层下部距离台阶面约0.5 m处增加一排3~5 m深的斜孔,斜孔位置处于两侧垂直炮孔距离相同,斜孔与水平面间的夹角为30°,同样设置为孔底起爆,增加的斜孔与爆区前排孔同时起爆,如图15所示。
经现场试验,采用此种方案爆破后爆堆松散,大块少易采装,坡顶无伞檐,坡面上无硬帮,铲装结束后再次踏勘无拉底,整体爆破效果良好。
本文以别斯库都克露天煤矿为研究对象,采用Ls-Dyna数值模拟方法,研究了结构面角度和位置对台阶爆破效果的影响。结果表明:
(1)爆破应力波在结构面与台阶之间的角度小于30°时,受结构面影响较小。岩体结构面倾角超过30°时,由于结构面的存在,爆破应力波的峰值随倾角的增加而增加。
(2)不同软弱夹层的位置对爆破泄能影响具有较大差异,软弱夹层位于台阶上部时,爆破效果较好。而软弱夹层位于台阶中部和下部时,存在明显的泄能现象。因此,在爆破方案设计中,要针对具体情况,制订专门的爆破方案。
(3)现场实践表明:随结构面倾角增加,爆破后爆堆的大块率呈减小趋势。现场存在的软弱夹层位于台阶上部时,采用爆区中部增加浅孔的方式进行爆破;在台阶中下部存在软弱夹层,采用加大超深0.5 m,并在软弱夹层下部岩体增加3~5 m深的斜孔方式进行爆破能够降低大块率,改善爆破效果,提高铲装效率。
