The safety control standard of buildings subjected to blast vibrations should not ignore the influence of the cyclic blasts. It is suggested that the critical peak vibration velocity which makes each part in elastic deformation stage is taken as the safety control standard and damage law of brick-concrete buildings or structures under frequent blast vibrations based on the cumulative damage theory and numerical simulations. According to the specific material parameters and model conditions, the critical peak vibration velocity of an intact brick-concrete structure is 0.67 cm/s, and tensile damage occurs in the stress concentration parts. It is therefore recommended that for buildings with weak anti-vibration ability, such as brick-concrete structures, the range of the safety control standard under frequent blast vibrations can be determined by multiplying the lower limit value set by the most unfavorable frequency in the current blasting safety regulations for general civil buildings by a reduction factor, which can be 0.45~0.55. When determining the safety control standard of damaged structures under frequent blast vibrations, the actual damage situation of the buildings should be comprehensively considered. The vibration safety control standard is taken as the smaller value between the critical peak vibration velocity which does not lead to crack propagation and the critical peak vibration velocity which ensures that all parts of the structure are in elastic deformation stage.

考虑建筑物受爆破振动的安全控制标准不应忽略爆破振动循环往复的影响,基于结构爆破振动累积损伤理论,将结构受爆破振动时各部位都处于弹性变形阶段的临界峰值振速作为频繁爆破振动作用下建筑物的安全控制标准,采用数值模拟的分析方法,研究频繁爆破振动作用下砖混结构的受损规律和安全控制标准的取值范围。针对设定的特定材料参数及模型条件,计算得到完整砖混结构临界峰值振速为0.67 cm/s,应力集中的部位出现了拉伸损伤,因此建议对于砖混结构这类抗震能力较弱的建筑物来说,其频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准的取值范围可按现行爆破安全规程中对一般民用建筑物爆破振动安全允许标准按最不利频率设定的下限值再乘以一个折减系数来取值,折减系数可根据情况取0.45~0.55。考虑受损结构在频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准时,应综合考虑建筑物的实际受损情况,采用不导致裂缝扩展的临界峰值振速和确保结构各部位都处于弹性变形阶段的临界峰值振速中的较小值作为振动安全控制标准。

考虑建筑物受爆破振动的安全控制标准不应忽略爆破振动循环往复的影响,基于结构爆破振动累积损伤理论,将结构受爆破振动时各部位都处于弹性变形阶段的临界峰值振速作为频繁爆破振动作用下建筑物的安全控制标准,采用数值模拟的分析方法,研究频繁爆破振动作用下砖混结构的受损规律和安全控制标准的取值范围。针对设定的特定材料参数及模型条件,计算得到完整砖混结构临界峰值振速为0.67 cm/s,应力集中的部位出现了拉伸损伤,因此建议对于砖混结构这类抗震能力较弱的建筑物来说,其频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准的取值范围可按现行爆破安全规程中对一般民用建筑物爆破振动安全允许标准按最不利频率设定的下限值再乘以一个折减系数来取值,折减系数可根据情况取0.45~0.55。考虑受损结构在频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准时,应综合考虑建筑物的实际受损情况,采用不导致裂缝扩展的临界峰值振速和确保结构各部位都处于弹性变形阶段的临界峰值振速中的较小值作为振动安全控制标准。

The safety control standard of buildings subjected to blast vibrations should not ignore the influence of the cyclic blasts. It is suggested that the critical peak vibration velocity which makes each part in elastic deformation stage is taken as the safety control standard and damage law of brick-concrete buildings or structures under frequent blast vibrations based on the cumulative damage theory and numerical simulations. According to the specific material parameters and model conditions, the critical peak vibration velocity of an intact brick-concrete structure is 0.67 cm/s, and tensile damage occurs in the stress concentration parts. It is therefore recommended that for buildings with weak anti-vibration ability, such as brick-concrete structures, the range of the safety control standard under frequent blast vibrations can be determined by multiplying the lower limit value set by the most unfavorable frequency in the current blasting safety regulations for general civil buildings by a reduction factor, which can be 0.45~0.55. When determining the safety control standard of damaged structures under frequent blast vibrations, the actual damage situation of the buildings should be comprehensively considered. The vibration safety control standard is taken as the smaller value between the critical peak vibration velocity which does not lead to crack propagation and the critical peak vibration velocity which ensures that all parts of the structure are in elastic deformation stage.

国家颁布的现行《爆破安全规程》指出对于评估不同类型结构物、设备设施或其他保护对象受爆破振动的影响,应采用不同的允许标准,并从保证结构安全的角度出发制定了不同类型的结构物在不同主振频率下的爆破振动速度允许值范围,为工程中爆破振动安全控制标准的选取提供了一个定量的经验性依据[1]。然而,在贵州省高速公路建设过程中,一些爆破开挖工程周边紧邻建筑密集区的环境复杂,坐落着结构各异、年代不同的建筑物,对于不同类型的建筑物,其对爆破振动的响应存在一定的差异,《爆破安全规程》中没有进一步对一般民用建筑物的类型进行细化分类,仅做了定性描述,因此工程实践中,具体到某一保护对象时,难以确定具体采用什么标准值作为控制振动的依据[2,3]。目前,国内基于相关科研实践和工程应用,对不同类型的建筑物的爆破振动安全控制标准进行了研究,取得了一系列成果。邹玉君等通过对白鹤滩水电站右坝肩以上边坡开挖线附近民房进行调查与分类的基础上[4],基于房屋爆破振动破坏机理和国内外的爆破振动控制标准,提出了适用于该工程爆破作用下偏于保守的土坯房、毛石房和砖房的质点峰值振动速度建议值。管志强等提出应结合爆破周边环境、爆破安全规程中的标准、保护对象设计抗震指标、地震烈度表中规定的振动速度以及人的感觉等多种指标来综合确定建筑物爆破振动安全标准[5]。邓长庆通过数值模拟分析[6],建立爆破振动作用下低层砌体结构的累积损伤模型,提出频繁爆破振动条件下砌体结构民房的振动控制标准。姚东等在研究相关规范、行业标准以及类似国内外工程经验的基础上[7],经理论分析和工程类比提出了老挝南俄1水电站扩机工程爆破施工时原大坝、厂房等相关需保护对象的爆破安全允许标准。这些研究成果表明:爆破振动对周边建筑物的影响评价及控制,核心是因地制宜地采用合理的爆破振动安全控制标准,并以此为依据反推并优化爆破参数,从源头上加强对爆破振动的控制,才能最大限度地避免炮损的产生。
贵州省高速公路建设时,开挖方量较大的高边坡以及中、长隧道的开挖往往需要经过多次爆破作业,爆破振动循环往复,即使单次爆破振动没有超过安全允许标准,而在多次爆破振动的影响下,建筑物某些敏感环节上形成应力积累,也能使其受到损伤[8-10],若建筑物在爆破施工前已经产生了一定损伤,相对于完好无损的建筑物,原有损伤部分在爆破振动作用下也可能更易进一步发生破坏。因此,为了研究频繁爆破振动作用下处于不同状态的砖混结构的受损规律和安全控制标准的取值范围,采用数值分析方法,以砖混结构建筑物为例,基于结构累积损伤理论建立砖混结构受爆破振动影响的数值模型来进行计算。
建筑结构若长期受到爆破振动循环往复的荷载作用,就算单次爆破仅产生很小的损伤,不会对结构的安全使用产生影响,但是由于累积损伤效应的存在,多次爆破振动作用下也可能造成结构力学性能劣化,导致建筑物结构的抗震能力等级降低[6]。因此,结构受损程度不仅直接与峰值振速大小相关,还与受振动次数有关。当累积损伤达到临界损伤值D,即认为结构安全性受到影响,假设峰值振速为V1时单次损伤为D1,经过N1次振动后,累积损伤达到临界损伤值D;峰值振速为V2时单次损伤为D2,经过N2次振动后,累积损伤达到临界损伤值D。即
由式(1)可知,在不同峰值振速下,结构可承受的爆破振动次数是不一样的,峰值振速越大,单次损伤越大,那么达到临界损伤值D时可承受的爆破次数越少。工程实践中,受多种因素的影响,结构不可能每次受到的振动都一样大,因此理论上很难根据振动次数来反推出峰值振速,但是可以假设一个临界峰值振速Vm,即只要结构每次受到的爆破振动峰值振速都不大于临界峰值振速Vm,就可以确保结构各部位都处于弹性变形阶段,不进入塑性变形阶段,因此可以采用临界峰值振速Vm作为频繁爆破振动作用下建筑物的安全控制标准。
通过对砖混结构受拉损伤云图以及受拉损伤参数值的分析表明[11],最大层间位移角与受拉损伤面积百分比均可以作为衡量砖混结构破坏程度的定量指标。砖混结构的延性较差和变形能力较小,层间设预制楼板,砖混结构最先出现破坏的区域为砌体墙,破坏模式一般为墙体先破坏,因此建立的数值模型中在楼板处不设损伤本构关系,混凝土的各参数取值如下:密度2200 kg/m3,弹性模量90 GPa,泊松比0.1。
根据对贵州省沿印松高速建设区域爆破敏感点涉及到的建筑物的类型及特点的实地调研成果,选取典型的砖混结构进行分析,典型砖混结构平面尺寸图见图1
采用大型有限元软件Abaqus建立的数值分析模型如图2所示,砖混结构层高为2层,实地调研中发现大多数砖混结构的圈梁构造柱的设置一般未经专业考虑和规范设计,存在很多不合理的地方,因此为了简化分析,建立的数值分析模型不考虑圈梁构造柱的作用,模型中墙体为实心砌体墙,内、外墙厚度设置为240 mm。楼板为厚度为150 mm的预制空心板,考虑楼板空心的影响,折算后约等同于120 mm厚实心混凝土板,数值模型中采用120 mm厚实心混凝土板替代150 mm厚预制空心板。数值模型中墙体和楼面板采用三维减缩积分实体单元(C3D8R),将实体单元网格划分划分为六面体单元。
为了使得模拟施加在砖混结构中的爆破振动荷载更加符合实际情况,基于贵州沿印松高速杨柳隧道爆破开挖的实测爆破振动数据和波形图,将爆破振动持续时间和频率设置为固定值,通过改变振动速度幅值来达到调整爆破振动强度的目的。杨柳隧道爆破开挖实测的典型爆破振动数据表1
根据表1中的数据,z方向峰值振动速度大于xy方向峰值振动速度,三者比值关系大致为VxVyVz=1∶1∶2.6,根据这个比例关系同倍数地调整三个方向的峰值振速大小,xyz方向的振动频率固定取68 Hz、8 Hz、48 Hz,振动持续时间固定取1 s。
将爆破振动峰值振速分别从xyz三个方向输入,作用于砖混结构的墙体,计算时先取一组较小的振动速度进行试算,当计算结果显示各部位损伤值均为0时,则可对爆破振动速度适当调大,继续查看结果,直到结构局部出现拉伸损伤为止。
砖混结构根据使用年限和使用情况的不同,结构可能处于完好状态,也可能爆破施工前局部已存在裂缝,为了计算分析完整的砖混结构的频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准,同时分析不同部位裂缝的存在对确定安全控制标准的影响,设置了以下4个数值模拟工况:①裂缝位于一楼正门上方;②裂缝位于一楼侧墙上方;③裂缝位于二楼正窗上方;④裂缝位于二楼侧墙上方。预设的四种裂缝的位置如图3所示。
(1)完好的砖混结构计算结果
当施加爆破振动荷载的峰值振动速度为Vx=0.50 cm/s,Vy=0.30 cm/s,Vz=0.67 cm/s的爆破振动荷载时,云图显示结构拉伸损伤为0,拉伸损伤云图见图4,当施加爆破振动荷载的峰值振动速度为Vx=0.51 cm/s,Vy=0.31 cm/s,Vz=0.68 cm/s的爆破振动荷载时,砖混结构的二楼窗户拐角处和一楼门窗之间的顶部区域出现了拉伸损伤,拉伸损伤云图见图5
根据数值模拟的理论计算结果,针对本文设定的特定材料参数及模型条件下,可取三个方向峰值振速的最大值作为砖混结构的临界峰值振速,即得到频繁爆破振动作用下砖混结构临界峰值振速,Vm=0.67 cm/s。现行爆破安全规程中对一般民用建筑物爆破振动安全允许标准按最不利频率设定的下限值为1.5 cm/s,若考虑砖混结构受爆破振动循环往复的作用,需要采用的爆破振动安全控制标准非常严格,甚至还小于爆破安全规程中对一般民用建筑物爆破振动安全允许标准按最不利频率设定的下限值,才能满足不产生炮损的条件,这同时也解释了在某些长时间的爆破开挖工程中,现场实测爆破振动的结果爆破振动是在规范规定的允许范围内的,但是周边的建筑物依然出现了不同程度的损坏,致使受影响的群众与施工单位发生纠纷的问题。根据数值计算结果与工程实践经验,对于砖混结构这类抗震能力较弱的建筑物来说,建议其频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准的取值范围按现行爆破安全规程中对一般民用建筑物爆破振动安全允许标准按最不利频率设定的下限值(1.5 cm/s)再乘以一个折减系数,折减系数取0.45~0.55。
(2)有裂缝的砖混结构计算结果
将超过完好砖混结构的临界峰值振速的爆破荷载(各方向振动速度分别为Vx=0.51 cm/s,Vy=0.31 cm/s,Vz=0.68 cm/s)施加在预制裂缝的砖混结构上,分析裂缝的存在对界定完好结构和受损结构临界峰值振速是否存在影响。计算结果如下:
1)裂缝位于一楼正门上方和二楼侧墙上方时,当施加超过完好结构的临界峰值振速的爆破荷载时,预制长度分别为20 cm,40 cm和60 cm的裂缝都没有扩展,先受损伤的部位仍为二楼窗户拐角处和一楼门窗之间的顶部区域。
2)裂缝位于一楼侧墙上方时,当施加超过完好结构的临界峰值振速的爆破荷载时,长度小于60 cm的裂缝没有扩展,先受损伤的部位仍为二楼窗户拐角处和一楼门窗之间的顶部区域,而长度大于60 cm的裂缝则出现很轻微的扩展。
3)裂缝位于二楼正窗上方时,当施加超过完好结构的临界峰值振速的爆破荷载时,长度小于60 cm的裂缝没有扩展,先受损伤的部位仍为二楼窗户拐角处和一楼门窗之间的顶部区域,而长度大于60 cm的裂缝则出现扩展,且裂缝处的损伤度要大于新增的受损部位,导致裂缝处结构的稳定性降低。
因此,砖混结构不同位置处及不同长度的裂纹受振动作用时裂纹尖端的应力不同,当各裂缝在振动作用下的应力强度达到临界应力强度时,裂缝尖端就断裂扩展。在实际工程中应用时,应综合考虑到砖混结构建筑物的实际受损情况,采用不导致裂缝扩展的临界峰值振速和确保结构各部位都处于弹性变形阶段的临界峰值振速中的较小值作为振动安全控制标准。
(1)通过分析砖混结构的损伤云图可以看出砖混结构受爆破振动最易出现损伤的部位为二楼窗户拐角处和一楼门窗之间的顶部区域,计算得到频繁爆破振动作用下砖混结构临界峰值振速为0.67 cm/s,建议频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准的取值范围按现行爆破安全规程中对一般民用建筑物爆破振动安全允许标准按最不利频率设定的下限值(1.5 cm/s)再乘以一个折减系数,折减系数取0.45~0.55。因此在工程应用中,对于抗震能力较弱的建筑物来说,若需要更精细化地控制炮损,需要采用比规程更加严格的爆破振动安全控制标准。
(2)当砖混结构中存在裂缝时,随着裂缝长度的增大,裂缝在爆破振动作用下越易扩展,且处于不同部位的裂缝扩展的难易程度有区别,通过在砖混结构四个位置预设裂缝的计算对比分析,可以得到二楼正窗上方裂缝的最易扩展,其次是一楼侧墙上方的裂缝、一楼正门上方的裂缝和楼侧墙上方的裂缝,因此,对于存在裂缝的建筑物,采用不导致裂缝扩展的临界峰值振速和确保结构各部位都处于弹性变形阶段的临界峰值振速中的较小值作为振动安全控制标准。
(3)计算结果是基于一个假定的特定数值分析模型来进行简化计算的,仅能对砖混结构的频繁爆破振动作用下的安全控制标准进行一个定性分析,通过计算所得到的临界峰值振速并不具有确定的意义,仅能代表临界峰值振速的大致分布范围。此外,对于不同类型的建筑物安全控制标准的研究还应更多地考虑结构类型的影响。
