Numerical simulation is a vital tool for studying the dynamic characteristics of rock, with the accurate determination of models and parameters being the key to ensuring the reliability of simulation results. Among the 34 parameters of the RHT model, 19 parameters can be obtained through experimental and theoretical calculations, but the remaining 15 are challenging to determine. Nineteen basic parameters of anhydrite were obtained through experimental analysis and theoretical calculation to identify the model parameters suitable for anhydrite. Furthermore, the LS-DYNA performed SHPB simulation tests on the 15 challenging parameters. The sensitivity of stress-strain curves to these parameters was compared, and the values were optimized. Parameters with high sensitivity were identified through orthogonal testing. Finally, simulation results were compared with laboratory test results. The findings indicate that RHT parameters B, , n, D1, nf, Pcomp and N have minimal impact on the stress strain curve, while parameters A, , , Q0, , ξ, and Af significantly influence the curve. Furthermore, the parameters with a significant impact on the stress-strain curve were determined by orthogonal tests, and the RHT model parameters fitting the SHPB impact test curve were obtained. Under varying loading strain rates, the dynamic stress-strain curves and failure patterns of anhydrite simulation tests were consistent with laboratory tests, verifying the suitability of the model parameters for anhydrite.

数值模拟计算是岩石动力学特性研究的重要手段,模型及参数的合理确定是保证模拟试验结果准确的关键。在RHT模型的34个参数中,19个参数可以通过试验、理论计算等手段获得,但还剩15个参数较难获得。为研究适用于硬石膏的模型参数,由试验分析、理论计算获得硬石膏的19个基本参数,采用LS-DYNA对15个较难获得参数开展单一因素变化下的SHPB模拟试验,对比应力-应变曲线对以上参数的敏感性程度并优化参数取值水平,进而通过正交试验对敏感程度较高的参数进行确定,最后将获得参数的模拟结果与室内试验结果对比分析。研究结果表明:RHT参数BnD1nfPcompN对应力-应变曲线基本无影响,而参数AQ0ξAf对应力-应变曲线影响较大,进一步利用正交试验对应力-应变曲线影响较大的参数进行确定,获取了较为贴合硬石膏SHPB冲击试验曲线的RHT模型参数;在不同加载应变率下,硬石膏模拟试验的动态应力-应变曲线和破坏形态与室内试验表现出的规律一致,验证了模型参数适用于硬石膏矿。

数值模拟计算是岩石动力学特性研究的重要手段,模型及参数的合理确定是保证模拟试验结果准确的关键。在RHT模型的34个参数中,19个参数可以通过试验、理论计算等手段获得,但还剩15个参数较难获得。为研究适用于硬石膏的模型参数,由试验分析、理论计算获得硬石膏的19个基本参数,采用LS-DYNA对15个较难获得参数开展单一因素变化下的SHPB模拟试验,对比应力-应变曲线对以上参数的敏感性程度并优化参数取值水平,进而通过正交试验对敏感程度较高的参数进行确定,最后将获得参数的模拟结果与室内试验结果对比分析。研究结果表明:RHT参数BnD1nfPcompN对应力-应变曲线基本无影响,而参数AQ0ξAf对应力-应变曲线影响较大,进一步利用正交试验对应力-应变曲线影响较大的参数进行确定,获取了较为贴合硬石膏SHPB冲击试验曲线的RHT模型参数;在不同加载应变率下,硬石膏模拟试验的动态应力-应变曲线和破坏形态与室内试验表现出的规律一致,验证了模型参数适用于硬石膏矿。

Numerical simulation is a vital tool for studying the dynamic characteristics of rock, with the accurate determination of models and parameters being the key to ensuring the reliability of simulation results. Among the 34 parameters of the RHT model, 19 parameters can be obtained through experimental and theoretical calculations, but the remaining 15 are challenging to determine. Nineteen basic parameters of anhydrite were obtained through experimental analysis and theoretical calculation to identify the model parameters suitable for anhydrite. Furthermore, the LS-DYNA performed SHPB simulation tests on the 15 challenging parameters. The sensitivity of stress-strain curves to these parameters was compared, and the values were optimized. Parameters with high sensitivity were identified through orthogonal testing. Finally, simulation results were compared with laboratory test results. The findings indicate that RHT parameters B, , n, D1, nf, Pcomp and N have minimal impact on the stress strain curve, while parameters A, , , Q0, , ξ, and Af significantly influence the curve. Furthermore, the parameters with a significant impact on the stress-strain curve were determined by orthogonal tests, and the RHT model parameters fitting the SHPB impact test curve were obtained. Under varying loading strain rates, the dynamic stress-strain curves and failure patterns of anhydrite simulation tests were consistent with laboratory tests, verifying the suitability of the model parameters for anhydrite.

我国硬石膏矿资源储量大、分布广,多采用空场法开采,遗留大量多中段重叠采空区。在爆破振动及开挖卸荷等动力扰动下易引发空区顶板和矿柱失稳灾害。而开采扰动多以中高应变率动力作用为主,在此应变率范围内可采用气动液压机、落锤冲击加载装置和SHPB加载装置来研究硬石膏在动载作用下的力学性质,其中SHPB试验装置应用最为广泛。然而,SHPB室内试验存在重复性低、成本高等缺点,为高效开展岩石动力学性能研究工作,诸多学者利用LS-DYNA研究岩石动力学特性。对于数值模拟工作而言,本构模型参数的选取决定了模拟结果与实际的接近程度。而不同岩石类材料的本构模型参数具有差异性,研究适用于硬石膏的本构模型参数对开展动力学数值模拟试验具有重要意义。
岩石理论模型共经历了弹性、断裂和损伤理论模型三个发展历程。但这些模型未能够准确全面地描述岩石变形的弹性、线性强化和损伤软化阶段。因此,部分学者在此基础上建立和发展了HJC、TCK和RHT等脆性材料理论模型[1-6],并取得了丰硕成果。对于研究岩石类脆性材料,RHT模型是受学者们最为认可的模型,RHT模型相较于HJC和TCK模型,充分考虑了岩石在爆炸冲击下的压缩、应变率和损伤累积效应,能够更好地反映岩石在不同受力状态下的动态力学行为等特征[7]
对于RHT模型而言,其参数多达34个,如何高效确定其参数取值,国内外诸多学者开展了大量研究。如刘殿柱等人基于RHT模型的理论分析[8],对较难获得的参数开展正交试验,进而确定出了各参数的敏感程度。李洪超等人通过岩石力学室内实验[9,10],利用LS-DYNA数值模拟对较难确定的RHT模型参数进行敏感性分析,并通过正交实验确定了大理岩的RHT模型参数。聂铮玥等人利用优化拉丁超立方设计算法设计了RHT模型参数计算矩阵并开展了敏感性分析[11],得到了参数敏感性排序。邱薛等人通过不同动态应变率下的正交试验与不确实性参数敏感性分析确定出煤岩RHT动态压缩本构模型最优参数[12]。Tian H F等人通过改进RHT模型[13],并利用数值模拟手段验证了模型合理性。
综上所述,虽然众多学者基于敏感性分析及正交试验对材料RHT模型参数确定开展了大量研究,但对参数进行敏感性分析时只对单一参数的影响趋势进行分析,未对敏感性较低参数进行确定,导致正交试验工作量大。此外,已有研究主要集中于煤岩及砂岩等岩石材料,对于硬石膏的研究极少。因此,本文结合试验分析和理论计算方法获取硬石膏基础参数,通过SHPB模拟试验对较难确定参数开展敏感性分析,确定各参数影响趋势及敏感性较低参数的取值,优化敏感性较高的参数取值水平,利用正交试验对敏感性较高的参数进行确定,进而获得硬石膏动态RHT模型参数,基于获得的参数对比分析SHPB数值模拟试验与SHPB室内试验所得应力-应变曲线及破坏形态,进而验证模型参数的适用性。
RHT模型是Riedel、Thoma和Hiermaier在传统HJC模型基础上提出一种拉压损伤本构模型[14],RHT模型能较好描述岩石类材料在受到冲击和爆炸过程中的应变硬化和压缩损伤软化等特性。其理论包含两部分:状态方程和本构方程。
状态方程描述的是材料在动高压乃至超高压条件下岩石中的压力变化情况。岩石是由多种物质胶结在一起的复合材料,其内部存在不同尺度的裂隙和微裂纹等缺陷。对于多孔及疏松介质的力学特性可由p-α状态方程进行描述。
本构方程则描述的是材料在压力相对较低条件下的力学响应。如图1所示,RHT模型的本构方程分别经历三个阶段[15-18]:弹性、线性强化、损伤软化。该模型引入了与压力相关的弹性极限面、失效面和残余强度,见图2
通过以上p-α状态方程和RHT本构方程,RHT模型共包含有34个参数,如表1所示为各参数的类型及含义。对于不同岩石材料的RHT模型参数取值具有差异性,合理的参数是进行岩石动力学模拟研究的关键。
对于硬石膏RHT模型的34个参数,密度ρ0、单轴抗压强度fc、剪切模量G、和初始孔隙度α0可由密度测试、单轴压缩试验和压汞法试验测量得到;参考压缩应变率、参考拉伸应变率、失效压缩应变率、失效拉伸应变率和损伤指数D2=1为给定值;Hugoniot多项式系数A1A2A3,状态方程参数B0B1T1T2,孔隙开始压碎时的压力pel,拉伸应变率指数βc,压缩应变率指数βt可通过状态方程及本构方程计算确定。对于BAnQ0ξD1AfnfPcompN共15个待定参数需要结合敏感性分析,并利用正交试验确定。
试验所用的硬石膏选自湖北龙源下新硬石膏矿。根据《工程岩体试验方法标准》(GB/T50266—2013)的规定,将硬石膏制成尺寸为50 mm×100 mm及50 mm×25 mm的圆柱形试样,分别用于单轴压缩试验及SHPB冲击试验,如图3所示。
密度ρ0、初始孔隙度α0可采用密度测试和压汞法试验测定,并通过表面直透法测试得到硬石膏波速c0
利用TAW-2000试验系统对硬石膏试样进行单轴压缩试验,获得如图4所示的典型硬石膏应力-应变曲线,进而得到硬石膏单轴抗压强度fc、弹性模量E和泊松比v
根据弹性波理论确定出剪切模量G,如下式
利用分离式霍普金森杆(SHPB)试验系统对试样开展应变率分别为35 s-1、54 s-1、72 s-1和89 s-1的冲击试验,得到如图5所示的硬石膏室内试验原始波形图,对其通过三波法处理得到如图6所示的不同应变率下硬石膏应力-应变曲线,选取图6中应变率为54 s-1的应力-应变曲线作为敏感性分析及正交试验模拟曲线的对比标准曲线。
通过以上物理特性测试及静荷载试验即可确定出硬石膏基本物理力学参数,见表2
Hugoniot多项式系数A1A2A3可通过冲击绝热方程确定,状态方程参数B0B1T1T2孔隙开始压碎时的压力pel可通过Mie-Gruneisen状态方程确定。
根据冲击绝热方程可求得A1A2A3,如下式
式中:s为经验参数[15-17],取1.34。
根据Mie-Gruneisen状态方程可求得B0B1T1T2pel,如下式
压缩和拉伸应变率指数βcβt可由下式计算得到
至此,RHT模型中的ρ0fcα0D2A1A2A3B0B1T1T2pelgβcβt共计19个参数已经确定。还剩BAnQ0ξD1AfnfPcompN共15个参数未确定。
对于较难确定的参数,结合已确定的RHT模型基本参数,采用控制单一变量的方法,通过数值模拟手段分析15个较难确定的参数对应力-应变曲线影响规律,进而优化各参数取值水平,最终通过正交试验确定各参数取值。
根据室内SHPB试验系统的实际尺寸,入射杆和透射杆为直径5 cm,长度300 cm、250 cm细长圆柱体,硬石膏试样直径5.0 cm,高度2.5 cm。在ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元程序中采用cm-g-μs的基本单位制,建立如图7所示的模型。
为了研究BAnQ0ξD1AfnfPcompN对应力-应变曲线的影响,以大理岩RHT模型参数为基准(水平2),结合已获取的19个参数,通过控制变量法,逐一改变15个较难确定的参数,利用LS-DYNA开展应变率为54 s-1的SHPB模拟试验,研究应力-应变曲线的变化规律。硬石膏RHT模型变化参数见表3
分别提取入射杆和透射杆上两个固定单元沿轴向的应变值,计算得到如图8在单一参数不同水平下的应力-应变曲线。从图中得到单一参数的变化对应力-应变曲线形状的影响规律:
(1)BnD1nfPcompN对应力-应变曲线形状基本没有影响;
(2)AQ0ξAf对应力-应变曲线的弹性阶段基本没有影响;
(3)对应力-应变曲线线性强化阶段斜率影响较大的为,随着的增加,线性强化阶段斜率不断增大,加快了线性强化阶段;
(4)对应力-应变曲线损伤软化斜率影响较大的为Q0ξ,随着Q0ξ的增加,增大了失效强度,加快了损伤软化过程;
(5)对应力-应变曲线的峰值应力影响较大的为Q0Aξ,随着Q0Aξ的增加,峰值应力不断增大;
(6)对应力-应变曲线的峰值应力影响较小的为
由于BnD1nfPcompN应力-应变曲线形状基本没有影响,故选取各参数的中间水平作为参数取值,分别为0.0105、0.7、0.57、0.048、0.81、0.8和3。
以54 s-1应变率下室内试验的应力-应变曲线为参考,对应力-应变曲线的峰值应力影响较大的Q0Aξ,将Q0Aξ的合理取值水平提高并优化为[0.6,0.7]、[0.25,0.45]、[0.75,1.15]、[2.22,2.66]和[0.44,0.6];对应力-应变曲线的峰值应力影响较小的Af,减小取值水平梯度,进而优化取值水平。
至此,还剩AQ0ξAf待确定。
在数值模拟冲击硬石膏的正交试验中,通过所选点位的数据差值对比分析室内试验与模拟的应力-应变曲线的差异。具体标准点位如图9所示,以图6中应变率为54 s-1的应力-应变曲线作为正交试验模拟曲线的对比标准曲线,分别选取模拟SHPB与真实SHPB应力上升段120 MPa处的点、应力为150 MPa的两处点和应力最大点作为标准对比点。
试验设置为3水平,结合RHT模型参数敏感性分析结果,对AQ0ξAf选择如表4所示的试验水平跨度。
根据上述8因素3水平,选择正交表L27(38)进行模拟正交试验。
采用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析。利用式(11)对正交试验模拟曲线上的试验指标点和SHPB冲击试验曲线上的相关对比标准点进行处理分析。dxixj)值越小说明模拟曲线与SHPB冲击试验曲线越接近,结果越优。
式中:dxixj)为各点位坐标差异的Hamming距离和,(σi1simεi2sim)、(σi3simεi4sim)、(σi5simεi6sim)、(σi7simεi8sim)为数值模拟曲线上的试验指标点;(σi1testεi2test)、(σi3testεi4test)、(σi5testεi6test)、(σi7testεi8test)为室内试验曲线上的相关对比标准点。
(1)计算Kjm
Kjm为第j列因素第m水平所对应的试验指标和,Kjm的平均值。由大小可以判断第j列因素优水平。越小,则因素水平最优。各因素计算结果见表5
表5可知A1、Q01、ε3、Af3是所有参数的优水平。至此,硬石膏RHT模型的34个参数全部确定,见表6
为验证RHT模型参数的合理性,基于表6中已确定的硬石膏RHT模型参数进行SHPB数值模拟试验,对比分析SHPB数值模拟试验与SHPB室内试验所得应力-应变曲线及破坏形态。
利用表6中已确定的硬石膏RHT模型参数,开展不同冲击速度下石膏矿试样的冲击动力学试验模拟。结合前期如图6所示的不同应变率下SHPB试验结果,得到如图10所示的数值模拟和室内试验应力-应变曲线对比。
两种试验情况下的应力-应变曲线基本一致,随着加载应变率增大,应力-应变曲线由闭口型向开口型转变,试样的峰值强度逐渐增加,表现出了明显的率相关性。不同应变率的弹性范围基本一致,室内试验与数值模拟的应力-应变曲线峰值强度基本一致。RHT模型能够较好地表征硬石膏的弹性、线性强化和损伤软化阶段。
在相同应变率下,以动态峰值强度和峰值应变为特征值进行误差分析,峰值强度及峰值应变与实验结果的误差均未超过10%,说明确定的硬石膏RHT模型参数较为合理。
图11可以看出,不同应变率下数值模拟和室内试验得到的硬石膏破碎形态规律基本一致。随着应变率增加,试样均由轴向劈裂破坏向压碎破坏过渡,试样裂纹不断增加,破碎程度越严重。
(1)通过SHPB模拟试验对BAnQ0ξD1AfnfPcompN共15个较难确定的待定参数进行敏感性分析,明确各因素对应力-应变曲线的影响趋势及影响程度,得到BnD1nfPcompN对应力-应变曲线形状基本没有影响;随着的增加,线性强化阶段斜率不断增大,加快了线性强化阶段;随着Q0ξ的增加,峰值应力不断增大;随着Q0ξ的增加,增大了失效强度,加快了损伤软化过程;Af主要影响损伤软化阶段的后半段。
(2)基于已确定的基本参数及待定参数敏感性分析结果,对AQ0ξAf共8个待定参数进行正交模拟SHPB冲击试验,最终获取了适用于硬石膏的RHT参数。
(3)模拟结果的峰值强度及峰值应变与室内试验结果的误差均未超过10%,动态变形破坏过程基本一致,能够较好地模拟硬石膏力学特性及动态变形破坏过程,具有较强的适用性。
