In order to study the protective performance of minesweeper protective equipment on the chest and abdomen under the action of explosion shock wave, it is necessary to explore efficient test methods to improve the experimental research index system and overall performance of individual soldier protective equipment. In this paper, two sets of minesweeper protective equipment were taken as experimental research objects, and the real explosion test of minesweeper EOD operators for typical kneeling posture was designed based on Hybird III dummy model under different sealing conditions. The shock wave was generated by the explosion of 50 g TNT charge column. Two wall overpressure sensors were installed in the chest and abdomen of the dummy model to measure the shock wave overpressure generated by four real explosion tests, and a free field pressure sensor was set at the same distance relative to the explosion source to compare the test data. Using the dummy data acquisition system, the whole process data of overpressure on the chest and abdomen after the shock wave penetration of the minesweeper protective equipment were obtained. Through data processing, the pressure-time curve of chest and abdomen subjected to explosion impact and the peak attenuation rate of overpressure were obtained and compared. The test results preliminarily verify that the better the sealing performance of the joint, the higher the protection performance, which indicates that the protective equipment with high sealing performance has a certain blocking attenuation effect on the diffraction of explosion shock wave, and can reduce the damage caused by superimposed overpressure to the chest and abdomen to a certain extent. The experimental design and data analysis in this paper can be used for further equipment performance improvement.

为研究爆炸冲击波作用下扫雷防护装具对胸腹部的防护性能,探索高效试验方法及测试手段,健全单兵防护装备试验研究指标体系,提升单兵防护装备整体性能。以两套扫雷防护装具为试验研究对象,在不同密封处理条件下基于Hybird Ⅲ假人模型模拟设计了扫雷排爆作业手在典型跪姿作业姿态下的实爆试验。爆炸冲击波通过50 g TNT药柱爆炸产生,在假人模型胸腹部处安装两个壁面超压传感器对4次实爆试验产生的冲击波超压进行实测,并以爆源为基准在相对同一距离设置了自由场压力传感器用于测试数据对比。利用假人数据采集系统获取了冲击波侵彻扫雷防护装具经衰减后,超压作用到胸腹部的全过程数据。通过数据处理得到了胸腹部遭受爆炸冲击时的压力-时间曲线,并对超压峰值衰减率进行了对比分析。试验结果初步验证了接缝处密封性能越好,防护性能越高,从而表明高密封性能的防护装具对爆炸冲击波的绕射有一定的阻碍衰减效果,可一定程度降低叠加超压对胸腹部造成的损伤。本文试验设计与数据分析可用于后续装备性能改进和试验方法研究。

为研究爆炸冲击波作用下扫雷防护装具对胸腹部的防护性能,探索高效试验方法及测试手段,健全单兵防护装备试验研究指标体系,提升单兵防护装备整体性能。以两套扫雷防护装具为试验研究对象,在不同密封处理条件下基于Hybird Ⅲ假人模型模拟设计了扫雷排爆作业手在典型跪姿作业姿态下的实爆试验。爆炸冲击波通过50 g TNT药柱爆炸产生,在假人模型胸腹部处安装两个壁面超压传感器对4次实爆试验产生的冲击波超压进行实测,并以爆源为基准在相对同一距离设置了自由场压力传感器用于测试数据对比。利用假人数据采集系统获取了冲击波侵彻扫雷防护装具经衰减后,超压作用到胸腹部的全过程数据。通过数据处理得到了胸腹部遭受爆炸冲击时的压力-时间曲线,并对超压峰值衰减率进行了对比分析。试验结果初步验证了接缝处密封性能越好,防护性能越高,从而表明高密封性能的防护装具对爆炸冲击波的绕射有一定的阻碍衰减效果,可一定程度降低叠加超压对胸腹部造成的损伤。本文试验设计与数据分析可用于后续装备性能改进和试验方法研究。

In order to study the protective performance of minesweeper protective equipment on the chest and abdomen under the action of explosion shock wave, it is necessary to explore efficient test methods to improve the experimental research index system and overall performance of individual soldier protective equipment. In this paper, two sets of minesweeper protective equipment were taken as experimental research objects, and the real explosion test of minesweeper EOD operators for typical kneeling posture was designed based on Hybird III dummy model under different sealing conditions. The shock wave was generated by the explosion of 50 g TNT charge column. Two wall overpressure sensors were installed in the chest and abdomen of the dummy model to measure the shock wave overpressure generated by four real explosion tests, and a free field pressure sensor was set at the same distance relative to the explosion source to compare the test data. Using the dummy data acquisition system, the whole process data of overpressure on the chest and abdomen after the shock wave penetration of the minesweeper protective equipment were obtained. Through data processing, the pressure-time curve of chest and abdomen subjected to explosion impact and the peak attenuation rate of overpressure were obtained and compared. The test results preliminarily verify that the better the sealing performance of the joint, the higher the protection performance, which indicates that the protective equipment with high sealing performance has a certain blocking attenuation effect on the diffraction of explosion shock wave, and can reduce the damage caused by superimposed overpressure to the chest and abdomen to a certain extent. The experimental design and data analysis in this paper can be used for further equipment performance improvement.

近年来,扫雷排爆作业手面临的实战任务激增,对单兵防护装备的防护能力和考核指标提出了更高的需求。长期以来,我军单兵防护装备主要包括搜爆服、排爆服等,由于尚无专用试验方法、试验手段、评价判据可用,针对此类装备的防护评估一直参考防弹衣的防护评估标准进行试验鉴定,导致防护能力评估不够全面、系统,无法准确制定此类装备主要战术技术指标,制约了此类装备战斗力提升[1]。目前,国内外学者对于单兵防护装备防护能力的研究方法主要采用试验研究、理论研究和数值研究等三大类[2]。本文以两套扫雷防护装具为研究对象,基于Hybird Ⅲ假人模型设计模拟扫雷排爆作业手在跪姿作业条件下遭受爆炸冲击时的试验场景,通过实测数据对比分析了扫雷防护装具胸腹部接缝处不同密封情况下防护性能的差异,可为单兵防护装备防护效能试验鉴定提供重要的试验数据。
依据扫雷防护装具的作战使命任务要求,面对不同作业环境下的爆炸物威胁,作业人员典型作业姿态包含立姿、跪姿和卧姿3种。防护装具应为穿戴者提供头部、面部、颈部、胸腹部、裆部、手臂、腿部等不少于7个部位,提供爆炸冲击波和破片两种主要毁伤元素的防护[3]。本文主要针对作业人员跪姿情况下爆炸冲击作用对(如图1所示)胸腹部损伤因素的测试技术与方法开展研究,可为评价扫雷防护装具胸腹部防护能力的试验鉴定提供参考。
扫雷防护装具主要用于消除或衰减爆炸冲击波、弹片对人体的损伤威胁[4],其胸部装配的金属插板是抵御冲击波威胁的首要防线,能抵挡部分冲击波超压的破坏作用,同时抵御飞溅的爆炸物碎片;其后配装的多层凯夫拉材料构成的软质防护层是抵御冲击波威胁的第二道防线。
扫雷防护装具主要由硬质防爆服和软质防爆服两大类组成[5],硬质防爆服如图2中(a)所示,能够有效防护高速破片、冲击波超压及高温火球对人体的伤害。但其防护区域大、重量大,人员穿着后行动不太灵活,易影响作业效率。
图2中(b)为软质防爆服,由防爆头盔、防爆上衣及防爆裤构成,也具有全身防护能力,可防止破片、抗高压、高温,且具有灵活方便,相对作业效率提高等特点,但防爆效果弱于硬质防爆服。
当单兵扫雷防护装备的穿戴者在执行爆炸物处置过程中[6],意外爆炸冲击波超压作用于穿戴者的胸腹部及其胸腹部脏器(肺、上呼吸道等空腔非听觉器官和肝脏、脾脏、肾脏等非充气非听觉器官)损伤。按爆炸伤划分等级要求,爆炸冲击波直接作用于人体胸腹部时,将对穿戴者造成一级爆炸伤,是指冲击波超压直接作用于人体,应力波在气-液组织界面反射,造成造成空腔器官(肺、中耳、肠等)损伤,如肺挫伤、骨膜破裂、肠壁血肿等[7]
国内学者改进了人体胸部撞击创伤模型[8],将模型中撞击系统删除,得到人体胸部前-后系统动力学模型如图3(a)所示,通过力学参数定量评估爆炸冲击波对人体胸部肺组织创伤程度。在此基础上,为分析爆炸冲击波的创伤问题,建立了胸部左-右系统动力学模型,如图3(b)所示。
假定肺组织为可压缩性材料,当人体胸廓以一定速度运动时,将在肺组织可压缩性气体中产生压力波,得出数学方程模型如下
式中:piwavet)为肺组织压力波的压力;P0C0为肺组织未受爆炸冲击波作用时的压力、音速;Vi为胸廓运动的速度;γ为气体常数;i=1,2,3,4为人体胸部前后左右4个方向。
国外学者通过对复杂冲击波作用下的损伤效应进行调查[9],建立了一个冲击伤易损性评估的计算方法,在借鉴他人动物实验数据分析和双肺模型的基础上,经过大量动物实验后得到了简化后的单肺公式模型,如下
式中:A是有效区域;M是有效质量;V是肺脏的初始体积;x是位移;K是弹簧系数;P0是环境压力;Pt)是压力曲线。通过测试得到压力-时间曲线,然后把这些数据应用到数学模型中,计算出最大入射胸壁速度v。基于压力-时间曲线分析扫雷防护装具胸腹部防护性能影响因素[10]
基于现有扫雷防护装具防护性能分析,爆炸冲击波对穿戴防护装具人员胸腹部造成的损伤主要有冲击波侵彻防护服防护层经衰减后作用到胸腹部产生的超压及其与通过扫雷防护装具护裆、肩关节等部位的缝隙处绕射进入后叠加的超压。
为研究绕射超压对扫雷防护装具胸腹部防护能力的影响程度,设计了基于两套扫雷防护装具实装,采用相同的靶标(Hybird Ⅲ假人)及传感器,设计了按照使用说明书要求进行正常穿戴、护裆及肩关节双侧密封处理、护裆及肩关节单侧密封处理等四种穿戴工况的实爆试验。开展试验数据分析,验证跪姿时防护服胸腹部接缝处密封性对防护性能的影响程度。
为准确获取扫雷防护装具穿戴者在跪姿典型作业姿态下胸腹部遭遇爆炸冲击时的压力-时间曲线,在Hybird Ⅲ假人模型的胸腹部胸骨下缘左右5±1.5 cm处各设置一个冲击波超压壁面传感器,测试冲击波超压;在爆源对称位置安装一个自由场冲击波传感器,用于确定爆炸冲击波到达靶标传感器的时间。
在实爆环境下,通过瞬态冲击波压力场32通道高速采集系统记录压力-时间曲线数据,分析冲击波在接缝处的透射、绕射对防护装具防护性能产生的影响。
试验中爆炸冲击波由1块50 g TNT药柱爆炸产生,选取Hybird Ⅲ假人模型,在其对应胸骨下端的位置水平设置两个冲击波超压壁面传感器,传感器间距10 cm并连接数据电缆,测试方案流程图如图4
将穿戴好被试品的假人模型以跪姿放置在炸药前,并使其胸腹部前表面直线距离炸药0.8 m,传感器设置的对应位置垂直距离炸药0.6 m,试验现场设置图如图5所示。
按防护服《操作使用维护说明书》中的相关规定为Hybird Ⅲ假人模型进行正常穿戴,试验状态均为跪姿典型作业工况。实爆试验4次,获取了8组压力-时间曲线数据,如图6~图9所示。
通过压力-时间曲线数据可得各组试验所测的峰值,并计算得出相应衰减率如表1所示。
在自由场冲击波超压达到峰值时,爆炸冲击波开始作用于扫雷防护装具,对胸腹部等效靶产生压力,在扫雷防护装具的防护下,冲击波产生的压力得到一定的衰减。
为验证爆炸冲击波透过扫雷防护装具胸腹部接缝处绕射进入后对防护性能的影响,在获取正常穿戴试验数据后,对PPE-1胸腹部接缝处进行了严格密封处理,试验数据表明,经密封处理后的爆炸冲击波衰减整体提高,其中PPE-1正常穿戴时左胸衰减率为46.86%、右胸衰减率为47.28%,密封处理后左胸衰减率为63.37%、右胸衰减率为67.90%,分析数据可得左右胸衰减率分别提升了16%和20%,说明密封处理能够有效抑制冲击波绕射的发生;随后,对左侧进行密封或松弛处理,右侧正常穿戴开展1组实爆试验,获得的试验数据进一步验证上述结论。可见,在跪姿典型作业姿态下防护服胸腹部的密封性越好,对胸腹部冲击波的防护性能越高。
通过实测试验数据分析,检验了某型扫雷防护装具在跪姿作业状态下对爆炸冲击波的防护效能,初步验证了防护装具的高密封性能在一定程度上能提高对爆炸冲击波绕射的阻碍衰减效果和防护性能,研究成果可进一步完善我国扫雷防护装具试验鉴定方法,为其防护性能分析评估提供试验依据。下一步,我们将继续开展该型防护装具对破片的防护效能试验研究。
