In order to successfully demolish two brick chimneys and two reinforced concrete chimneys located in the same plant area where is a complex environment by blasting. The overall blasting scheme of “single cut, directional collapse” is determined to demolish the four chimneys at one time, by analyzing the surrounding environmental conditions and the structural characteristics. According to the engineering experience, it is determined that the bottom edge of the chimney cut is at the elevation of+0.5 m, the cut angle is 215°, the cut height, cut length and relevant blasting parameters are calculated by theoretical formula. The cut form is trapezoid like, and the initiation network uses the digital electronic detonator initiation system with higher accuracy to initiate in the way of parallel firing. Considering the different structural composition of the four chimneys, corresponding pretreatment schemes are formulated respectively. Through the safety check of the collapse reliability, blasting vibration and collapse vibration of the chimneys and the effective control of the flying debris and flying stones after blasting, the four chimneys collapse in the design direction and prevent harm to the surrounding protection targets. By using the finite element software LS-DYNA to simulate the collapse process of four chimneys, the results show that the simulated collapse process is almost the same as the actual process, and the collapse completion time is around 14 s. Moreover, by analyzing the displacement and velocity law of the top node, it can be judged that the chimney collapse effect is sufficient and the expected goal is achieved, which further shows a guiding significance of the numerical simulation for engineering practice and can provide reference for similar projects.

为成功爆破拆除复杂环境下位于同一厂区的两座砖烟囱和两座钢筋混凝土烟囱,通过分析周边环境条件以及烟囱结构特点,确定“单切口,定向倒塌”的总体爆破方案对四座烟囱进行齐次拆除。根据工程经验确定烟囱切口底边位置为标高+0.5 m处,切口角度为215°,切口高度、切口长度以及相关爆破参数通过理论公式计算得到具体数值,切口形式采用类梯形切口,起爆网路采用精准度更高的数码电子雷管起爆系统以顺发齐爆的方式进行起爆。考虑四座烟囱不同的结构组成分别制定对应的预处理方案,并通过对烟囱的倒塌可靠性、爆破振动、倒塌振动进行安全校核以及对爆后飞溅碎片和爆破飞石的有效控制,从而确保四座烟囱按设计方向倒塌,防止对周围保护目标造成危害。通过使用有限元软件LS-DYNA对四座烟囱的倒塌过程进行模拟,结果表明模拟倒塌过程与实际过程几乎一致,倒塌完成时间均在14 s左右,并且通过分析顶部节点的位移与速度规律可以判断烟囱倒塌效果充分,达到预期目标,进一步表明了数值模拟对工程实践的指导意义,可为类似工程提供参考。

为成功爆破拆除复杂环境下位于同一厂区的两座砖烟囱和两座钢筋混凝土烟囱,通过分析周边环境条件以及烟囱结构特点,确定“单切口,定向倒塌”的总体爆破方案对四座烟囱进行齐次拆除。根据工程经验确定烟囱切口底边位置为标高+0.5 m处,切口角度为215°,切口高度、切口长度以及相关爆破参数通过理论公式计算得到具体数值,切口形式采用类梯形切口,起爆网路采用精准度更高的数码电子雷管起爆系统以顺发齐爆的方式进行起爆。考虑四座烟囱不同的结构组成分别制定对应的预处理方案,并通过对烟囱的倒塌可靠性、爆破振动、倒塌振动进行安全校核以及对爆后飞溅碎片和爆破飞石的有效控制,从而确保四座烟囱按设计方向倒塌,防止对周围保护目标造成危害。通过使用有限元软件LS-DYNA对四座烟囱的倒塌过程进行模拟,结果表明模拟倒塌过程与实际过程几乎一致,倒塌完成时间均在14 s左右,并且通过分析顶部节点的位移与速度规律可以判断烟囱倒塌效果充分,达到预期目标,进一步表明了数值模拟对工程实践的指导意义,可为类似工程提供参考。

In order to successfully demolish two brick chimneys and two reinforced concrete chimneys located in the same plant area where is a complex environment by blasting. The overall blasting scheme of “single cut, directional collapse” is determined to demolish the four chimneys at one time, by analyzing the surrounding environmental conditions and the structural characteristics. According to the engineering experience, it is determined that the bottom edge of the chimney cut is at the elevation of+0.5 m, the cut angle is 215°, the cut height, cut length and relevant blasting parameters are calculated by theoretical formula. The cut form is trapezoid like, and the initiation network uses the digital electronic detonator initiation system with higher accuracy to initiate in the way of parallel firing. Considering the different structural composition of the four chimneys, corresponding pretreatment schemes are formulated respectively. Through the safety check of the collapse reliability, blasting vibration and collapse vibration of the chimneys and the effective control of the flying debris and flying stones after blasting, the four chimneys collapse in the design direction and prevent harm to the surrounding protection targets. By using the finite element software LS-DYNA to simulate the collapse process of four chimneys, the results show that the simulated collapse process is almost the same as the actual process, and the collapse completion time is around 14 s. Moreover, by analyzing the displacement and velocity law of the top node, it can be judged that the chimney collapse effect is sufficient and the expected goal is achieved, which further shows a guiding significance of the numerical simulation for engineering practice and can provide reference for similar projects.

近些年来,随着环境保护的要求越来越高,烟囱、冷却塔等传统化工产业的产物会产生极大的碳排放量,为积极响应政府节能减排的号召,亟须对部分老旧建(构)筑物实施拆除工作,加快相关产业进行改造和升级,这对达到碳中和目标具有积极的意义。对于这类通常处于复杂环境中高耸构筑物的拆除,拆除是最常用的方法,早在20世纪80年代,我国便有了对钢筋混凝土烟囱实施爆破拆除的成功案例[1],并且这种方法已经在工程实践中得到大量的应用。随着拆除的烟囱越来越高,拆除环境越来越复杂,对拆除技术的要求也越来越高[2,3]。程楠等对一座厂区内210 m高烟囱实施定向爆破拆除[4],通过优化开凿工艺、爆破参数以及起爆网路等控制措施,顺利拆除这座高耸烟囱。任江等人同时对两座150 m高钢筋混凝土烟囱进行拆除工作[5],结合烟囱的结构特征选择切口位置以及钻孔方式,并且设置多层减振方式,最终取得良好的爆破效果。徐顺香等人在对三座相邻的烟囱进行拆除时[6],考虑到烟囱倒塌空间的因素,制定出高位切口,分次爆破的总体方案,成功实现拆除。并且随着技术的进步,使用数值模拟的方法有效模拟出烟囱的爆破倒塌过程,对爆破方案的设计有很大的指导意义。高文乐等人利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对钢筋混凝土排气塔的爆破失稳破坏过程以及对钢筋混凝土烟囱双向切口爆破的最优延时起爆时差进行研究[7,8],数值模拟计算的结果与工程实际结果均高度吻合。杨辉等对一座复杂环境下180 m高烟囱实施拆除工作时[9],采用数值模拟对拆除爆破方案进行指导设计,倒塌结果达到预期目标。
以位于平顶山市卫东区的中国平煤神马集团天宏焦化有限公司厂区内四座烟囱的拆除工作为研究背景,为确保工程可靠安全,拟采取定向控制爆破方法予以拆除,并结合数值模拟对爆破方案进行设计指导。
需要爆破拆除的四座烟囱位于中国平煤神马集团天宏焦化有限公司厂区内。周边环境极其复杂,通过使用大疆无人机实地分区域采集四座烟囱及周边环境的实时数据进行三维构图,智能化构筑四座烟囱与周围保护目标的三维立体方位图,具体示意图如图1所示。1#烟囱南侧距离运煤专线189 m,西侧距离田庄村最近民房48 m,北侧距离公交车停车场188 m;2#烟囱东侧距离厂房49 m,南侧距离运煤专线293 m,西侧距离田庄村最近民房357 m,西北侧距离公交车停车场112 m,东北侧距离驾校85 m;3#烟囱南侧距离运煤专线57 m、选煤厂137 m,西侧距离田庄村最近民房184 m,北侧距离公交车停车场304 m,东北侧距离驾校339 m;4#烟囱南侧距离运煤专线56 m、选煤厂143 m,西侧距离田庄村最近民房49 m,北侧距离公交车停车场305 m。具体周边环境平面示意图见图1
工程共需拆除四座烟囱。1#烟囱为砖烟囱,高64 m,顶部外径2.5 m,内径2.1 m,底部外径5.4 m,壁厚0.62 m;2#烟囱为砖烟囱,高64 m,顶部外径2.5 m,内径2.2 m,底部外径5.4 m,壁厚0.7 m,耐火砖厚0.26 m,隔热层0.05 m;3#烟囱为钢筋混凝土烟囱,高98 m,顶部外径4.7 m,内径4 m,底部外径8.2 m,壁厚0.3 m,耐火砖厚0.32 m,隔热层0.03 m;4#烟囱为钢筋混凝土烟囱,高98 m,顶部外径4.7 m,内径4 m,底部外径8.2 m,壁厚0.32 m,耐火砖厚0.32 m,隔热层0.03 m。
结合待拆除烟囱的结构特点及周围环境条件,对本工程的重难点进行详细分析,总结为以下三个方面:
(1)技术方面:本次工程需同时爆破拆除四座烟囱,其中两座烟囱高达98 m,属于B级拆除爆破工程,爆破难度大,技术要求高。
(2)安全方面:待爆破拆除烟囱周边环境复杂,保护目标众多,距离保护目标较近,并且同时起爆拆除四座烟囱,对爆破振动和爆破飞石的控制也极为关键。
(3)施工管理方面:在爆破施工准备期间,场地内仍有拆除作业单位继续施工,必须合理安排施工工序,确保安全与工期。
根据待拆除烟囱的结构特点、周边环境以及相对位置关系,结合以往类似工程经验,最终确定采用“单切口,定向倒塌”的总体爆破方案。并且根据现场场地条件及待爆破目标的结构情况确定四座烟囱的倒塌方向分别为:1#砖烟囱选择南偏东24°方向倒塌;2#砖烟囱选择西偏北8°方向倒塌;3#钢筋混凝土烟囱选择北偏东31°方向倒塌;4#钢筋混凝土烟囱选择东偏北14°方向倒塌。
根据现场场地条件以及结合烟囱结构特点,可利用出灰口作为减荷槽,烟囱的爆破切口底边位置选择为标高+0.5 m处。
为了能够实现烟囱在倒塌过程中切口完全闭合,保证烟囱倒塌定向准确,以及方便施工和减少药孔数量的设计要求,最终决定采用类梯形切口。图2所示分别为四座烟囱的切口示意图。
(1)切口长度
切口长度的大小决定切口形成后烟囱能否实现偏心失稳。如果切口过大则可能导致余留部分没有足够的支撑力而使烟囱倒塌方向失去控制,甚至出现反向倒塌;如果切口过小则可能出现倾而不倒的情况。根据烟囱的结构组成和实际受力情况,结合以往爆破经验,决定采用切口长度计算公式确定切口长度[10]
式中:c为切口位置周长,m;α为切口对应圆心角,取215°。
(2)切口高度
切口高度设计应确保爆破切口形成后烟囱在重力作用下产生失稳,同时还应确保烟囱切口上下沿闭合时烟囱整体结构重心已偏离支撑面,防止因切口闭合碰撞导致烟囱的倾倒方向发生偏离。切口高度Hp根据工程经验按以下公式确定[11]
式中:Hp为切口高度,m;δ为切口位置烟囱壁厚,m。
烟囱切口具体尺寸参数如表1所示。
(1)定向窗、减荷槽的开设
对每座烟囱开设1个减荷槽、2个定向窗(减荷槽、定向窗的尺寸及位置见图2),为了确保上述窗口开设与设计方案一致,同时减少窗口开设过程中对周围筒壁的破坏,首先在窗口角处钻孔定位,然后用破碎机械将定向窗破碎成形,减荷槽则利用现有出灰口扩大成形。
(2)爬梯等金属构件的处理
爆破前将爆破切口高度范围内的铁爬梯和照明系统的金属支撑架用氧割切断。
(3)内衬的处理
爆破缺口区域内的内衬人工提前剔除。
(4)出灰口的处理
1#砖烟囱底部正西南方向的出灰口向外凸出约72 cm,4#烟囱底部的出灰口向外凸出约2.56 cm,在爆破前需要人工剔除至烟囱的外径。
根据炮孔参数设计原则,具体参数设计如下[12]
(1)最小抵抗线W:取切口处烟囱壁厚的一半,即W=δ/2(δ为壁厚);
(2)药孔间距a
(3)药孔排距b
(4)药孔孔深L
(5)单孔药量Q1
式中:Q1为单孔装药量,g;q为单位体积耗药量,g/m3δ为筒壁壁厚,m;ab为药孔的孔距及排距,m。
(6)钻孔直径d:取40 mm。
各参数计算结果见表2
其中炸药选用32 mm乳化炸药,表中炸药与雷管数量不含试爆用器材,雷管在每个药孔设置一发。
四座烟囱的具体炮孔布置见图3所示。
爆破拆除工程采用数码电子雷管起爆系统进行起爆,起爆网路形式采用并联网路。因为数码电子雷管起爆网路能够做到精确延期的特性,采用瞬发齐爆的方式进行起爆,四座烟囱起爆延期时间分别为100 ms、200 ms、1100 ms、2100 ms。
烟囱筒体为曲面结构,爆破后其筒壁内侧受压,外侧受拉,砖砌体和混凝土的抗压强度均大于其抗拉强度,在爆破切口闭合时,必须保证烟囱的重心偏移至其筒体以外,才可确保烟囱顺利完成定向倾倒。所以对爆破切口闭合角以及切口形成后烟囱重心偏移距离的校核十分重要。
爆破切口的闭合角β计算公式为[13]
式中:rR分别为筒体在爆破处的内、外半径,m;a为保留筒壁对应的角度,取145°。
烟囱的重心偏移距离计算公式为
式中,ZC为烟囱相对爆破切口位置的重心高度。
表3校核计算结果可知,随着切口高度的增加,烟囱重心偏移至筒壁外的距离也同样加大,所设计的切口高度能够确保在烟囱倾倒至切口闭合时烟囱重心已偏移出烟囱筒壁外。以上表明爆破切口参数的设计是合理的,烟囱爆破的定向倾倒可靠性是能够得到保证的。
根据我国《爆破安全规程》(GB6722—2014)的规定,一般民用建筑物结构的安全振动速度为2~2.5cm/s,工业和商业建筑物的安全振动速度为3.5~4.5 cm/s。根据《铁路工程爆破振动安全技术规程》(TB10313—2019)的规定,有砟轨道路基的安全振动速度为6~7 cm/s。本工程最高单次起爆药量为98 m钢筋混凝土烟囱所使用的17.49 kg。根据萨道夫斯基控制爆破振动速度公式计算爆破振动速度[14],对爆破振动进行校核。
式中:V为质点最大振动速度,cm/s;Q为一次齐爆的最大药量,kg;R为最大一段齐爆药量的几何分布中心到邻近被保护物的距离,m;Kα为与爆破点至保护对象间的地形、地质条件有关的系数和衰减指数,K取80、α取1.6。
通过分别对四座烟囱周围的重点保护目标进行振动速度校核,将最大振动速度校核结果列入下表。结果表明,烟囱爆破时产生的爆破振动不会对保护目标造成危害。
根据量纲分析方法,集中质量(冲击或塌落)作用于地面造成的塌落振动速度计算公式为[15]
式中:Vt为塌落振动速度,cm/s;Kt为衰减系数,取3.37;σ为地面介质的破坏强度,一般取10 MPa;β为衰减指数,取1.66;R为观测点至撞击中心的距离,m;M为下落构件的质量,t;H为构件重心高度,m。
表5所示分别为四座烟囱对周围保护目标倒塌落地振动校核中最大的振速值结果。
结果表明,烟囱落地产生的塌落振动不会对周围保护目标产生危害。实际烟囱爆破施工时,在烟囱预计倒向落地地面上铺垫缓冲层、构筑2道减振堤,可以进一步衰减爆破振动与塌落振动,从而确保振动有害效应不会对保护目标造成危害。
对于烟囱(特别是钢筋混凝土烟囱)、水塔等高耸建(构)筑物在定向爆破倾倒时,爆体落地与地面(特别是混凝土、岩石等刚性地面)撞击,还会产生飞溅的碎片,这种碎片飞散距离有时会大于爆破飞石,80m以上的钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破未采取措施落地撞击混凝土地面时,有时可飞散150~200 m,国内在此方面曾发生过伤亡事故。因此,必须给予足够的重视并采取一定防护措施。
对于烟囱筒体撞击地面产生的飞溅碎片安全距离,目前尚无准确计算公式。根据我们同类工程的实践经验,在烟囱预计倒塌场地上垒筑一定宽度和一定高度的缓冲墙可以有效控制烟囱落地后二次飞溅的飞散距离,爆破部位用三层草帘外绑密目铁丝网进行直接防护,可有效控制爆破飞石的飞散距离,个别飞石不超过40 m。
采用集成式的建模方法模拟四座烟囱的定向倒塌过程。首先使用ANSYS-WorkBench软件分别对四座烟囱进行比例为1∶1的整体式建模,然后使用Hypermesh软件对模型网格进行划分,最后使用有限元软件LS-DYNA的前处理器LS-PrePost进行材料赋予等相关设置,单位制采用kg-m-s。烟囱筒体和地面的单元类型分别选取为solid164和shell163单元,材料模型分别选择弹性体和刚性体。烟囱与地面的接触设置为面对面自动接触。烟囱爆破切口单元类型与材料模型的选取与筒体相同,并且对其定义失效准则,分别按照四座烟囱的起爆延期时间设置失效时间,即在计算时间累计到达设定值时爆破切口从系统中自动删除,这样的处理方法将会忽视爆炸所产生的冲击波造成的影响,但因为烟囱的倒塌主要是受到倾覆力矩的作用,因此这种简化对于模拟筒体结构倒塌过程的主要特征是可行的。
图4所示为四座烟囱的数值模拟和实际倒塌过程。t=0 s时为初始时刻;t=5 s时,四座烟囱的爆破切口已经依次形成,筒体结构稳定性遭到破坏,导致烟囱重心产生位移,并且在自重作用下形成倾覆力矩,迫使筒体按照爆破切口方向发生定向倒塌;t=10 s时,首先起爆的两座砖烟囱已基本完成倒塌,另外两座烟囱仍在倒塌过程中;t=14 s时,两座钢筋混凝土烟囱也依次完成倒塌。从图中结果可知,四座烟囱按预定方向成功完成倒塌,模拟过程与实际倒塌过程几乎一致,倒塌完成时间均在14 s左右。
通过分析筒体结构顶部关键节点的速度位移规律,可以进一步判断烟囱在倒塌过程中是否出现偏移和下坐。使用处理软件LS-PrePost分别导出四座烟囱顶部某一关键节点在Y方向(竖直方向)的速度数据与位移数据,并在绘图软件Origin中进行绘制,结果如图5图6所示。
图5所示为四座烟囱顶部某一节点在Y方向的速度随时间的变化规律。在0~5 s内,四个节点的速度变化都非常小。对于1#、2#砖烟囱,在5~10内,顶部节点的Y方向速度迅速增加至45 m/s左右,随着烟囱完全倒塌,顶部节点触地,速度瞬间减小为0。对于3#、4#钢筋混凝土烟囱,在5~8 s内,顶部节点的速度出现了增加、减少、再增加的现象,这是因为在最初的切口闭合阶段,在切口余留部分的支撑作用下,筒体近似做定轴转向运动,顶部节点速度开始增加,然后随着中性轴的后移,余留部分因承受上部分筒体拉压共同作用,其结构产生严重破坏,从而导致筒体出现下坐现象,顶部节点速度进而减小,待下坐结束后,筒体围绕新支点继续做定轴转向运动,速度增加至55 m/s左右,最终在顶部触地时减少为0。
图6所示为四座烟囱顶部某一节点在Y方向的位移随时间的变化规律。在0~5 s内,顶部节点位移变化很小。对于1#、2#砖烟囱,在5~10 s内,顶部节点的位移迅速增加至64 m左右,最终触地,位移停止增加。对于3#、4#钢筋混凝土烟囱,在5~8 s内,由于筒体出现下坐现象,顶部节点竖向位移增加缓慢,随后在8~14 s内,筒体停止下坐,顶部节点位移迅速增加至96 m左右,最终烟囱顶部触地,位移停止增加。
以上模拟结果均表明了本次爆破方案设计实施的可行性,四座烟囱倒塌效果充分,爆破结果达到预期目标。
通过本次四座烟囱的爆破拆除,得出以下总结:
(1)使用齐次定向爆破的方法对复杂环境下多座相邻烟囱进行拆除是可行的,根据烟囱不同的结构特点制定对应的切口预处理方式,并且分别对爆破切口和爆破相关参数进行设计与计算,可以确保烟囱成功倒塌。
(2)使用能够达到精确延期的数码电子雷管系统进行起爆,同时起爆网路选择为并联形式,可以有效地对多座烟囱实施拆除工作。
(3)通过对烟囱定向倒塌可靠性、爆破振动、倒塌落地振动进行校核以及设置缓冲墙以及防护网对飞溅碎片和爆破飞石进行控制,可以确保周边保护目标的安全;
(4)通过使用有限元软件LS-DYNA对烟囱倒塌过程进行数值模拟,模拟倒塌结果与实际结果几乎一致,并且通过分析顶部节点的位移与速度规律可以判断烟囱倒塌效果充分,这进一步表明了数值模拟对工程实践的指导意义。
