Underwater blasting tests are dangerous and costly. The requirements for the related test equipment and site in laboratory are very strict. Each test must be approved in accordance with relevant procedures. In view of the current situation of cumbersome blasting test procedures and long waiting periods, a wave barrier curtain which can achieve satisfactory results with as few underwater blasting tests was designed by using collision and vibration simulation technology. In order to achieve this purpose, the protection of wave barriers made of different materials were simulated by the ANSYS LS-DYNA module. Data were collected at a position 5 m away from the explosion point with a pressure of 7.5 MPa, and the detonation wave reduction coefficients of the canvas wave blocking curtain and other five different materials were compared and analyzed. The simulation results showed that the wave resistance performance in order from high to low is: air bubble, porous aluminum plate, automobile tire, foamed plastic, asbestos cloth. Among them, under the equivalent working condition of 1 kg TNT, and at the location 5 m away from the explosion point with a pressure of 0.22 MPa, the air bubble's pressure reduction rate reached 97%, and the protection effect was the best.

水下爆破试验危险性大、成本高,在实验室进行相关试验项目对设备和场地的要求非常严格,每次试验都要按照相关程序进行审批。针对目前爆破试验程序繁琐及等待周期长等现状,以水下爆破防护为研究对象,应用碰撞振动仿真技术设计水下爆破阻波帘,使设计的产品在尽可能少的水下试验次数下达到满意的效果。采用ANSYS LS-DYNA模块,使用不同材料做成的阻波帘进行防护仿真。在距爆炸点5 m,压强为7.5 MPa的位置进行数据采集,对比分析帆布阻波帘与其他5种不同材料的阻波帘的爆轰波减小系数。仿真结果表明,阻波性能从高到低排序为:空气泡、多孔铝板、汽车轮胎、泡沫塑料、石棉布。其中空气泡的阻波帘,在1 kg TNT当量工况条件下,距爆炸点5 m,压强为0.22 MPa处,压强降低率达到97%,防护效果最好。

水下爆破试验危险性大、成本高,在实验室进行相关试验项目对设备和场地的要求非常严格,每次试验都要按照相关程序进行审批。针对目前爆破试验程序繁琐及等待周期长等现状,以水下爆破防护为研究对象,应用碰撞振动仿真技术设计水下爆破阻波帘,使设计的产品在尽可能少的水下试验次数下达到满意的效果。采用ANSYS LS-DYNA模块,使用不同材料做成的阻波帘进行防护仿真。在距爆炸点5 m,压强为7.5 MPa的位置进行数据采集,对比分析帆布阻波帘与其他5种不同材料的阻波帘的爆轰波减小系数。仿真结果表明,阻波性能从高到低排序为:空气泡、多孔铝板、汽车轮胎、泡沫塑料、石棉布。其中空气泡的阻波帘,在1 kg TNT当量工况条件下,距爆炸点5 m,压强为0.22 MPa处,压强降低率达到97%,防护效果最好。

Underwater blasting tests are dangerous and costly. The requirements for the related test equipment and site in laboratory are very strict. Each test must be approved in accordance with relevant procedures. In view of the current situation of cumbersome blasting test procedures and long waiting periods, a wave barrier curtain which can achieve satisfactory results with as few underwater blasting tests was designed by using collision and vibration simulation technology. In order to achieve this purpose, the protection of wave barriers made of different materials were simulated by the ANSYS LS-DYNA module. Data were collected at a position 5 m away from the explosion point with a pressure of 7.5 MPa, and the detonation wave reduction coefficients of the canvas wave blocking curtain and other five different materials were compared and analyzed. The simulation results showed that the wave resistance performance in order from high to low is: air bubble, porous aluminum plate, automobile tire, foamed plastic, asbestos cloth. Among them, under the equivalent working condition of 1 kg TNT, and at the location 5 m away from the explosion point with a pressure of 0.22 MPa, the air bubble's pressure reduction rate reached 97%, and the protection effect was the best.

水下钻孔爆破过程中冲击力会冲出介质面在水中形成冲击波,是水下爆破最主要的有害效应。国内学者对爆破仿真开展了一些相关研究,赵根等介绍了各时期水下爆破新技术在水下炸礁爆破、水下岩塞爆破、围堰拆除爆破等工程中应用的典型案例[1]。王鑫等采用了理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法[2],提出一种基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件的工业炸药材料参数标定方法。郑欣等以米仓山竖井及隧道工程为例[3],从竖井掏槽孔延时爆破的角度,采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,针对既有隧道的降振效果进行了一系列的数值模拟。刘兵兵等运用非线性显式动力分析程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立水下钻孔爆破数值仿真模型[4],在考虑水体重力作用下对不同起爆方式和不同堵塞材料下水下岩体钻孔爆破效果进行分析。运用模块化设计原则和方法开展了系统性研究和论证。胡冬冬等结合ANSYS/LS-DYNA对水下钻孔爆破进行数值模拟分析[5],建立水介质轴向不耦合和空气轴向不耦合单孔钻孔爆破模型,对岩石爆破破碎机理进行研究。苏高峰等通过建立简单立方模型模拟开孔泡沫铝[6],选用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析孔隙率及孔径对开孔泡沫铝准静态压缩及吸能性能的影响。运用非线性显式动力分析程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA基于以往的研究成果。
同时,针对爆破振动引起的一系列危害,采取科学合理的爆破振动控制措施有着重要意义。例如孙冰根据爆破振动衰减理论,从爆源条件和传播途径两个方面分析了爆破振动影响因素,并总结了几种爆破振动控制技术在理论、实验与数值模拟方面的研究情况[7]。蔺文帅等对钻爆过程中爆破地震波的传播机理、衰减规律,以及建筑物动力响应特性进行研究[8]。张琪帆等将理论推导,现场测试和计算机数值模拟相结合,分别研究了炸药爆炸在空旷区域和地下受限区域内传播的衰减规律,对炸药爆炸所产生的冲击波在空旷区域随爆心距的衰减公式进行了修正,设计了一种适用于地铁隧道爆破施工的阻波设备[9]。陈吉辉等采用小波包技术对爆破振动信号的频率、能量分布特征进行了研究[10]。周建敏等为探索缓冲孔对爆破振动信号的峰值质点振动速度、主振频率和各频带能量分布等的影响[11],依托贵州某露天矿临近边坡爆破振动试验,获得了现场主爆破和缓冲爆破的振动信号。通过对诸多研究成果分析得知:使用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模块对爆破碰撞振动领域进行仿真,并对岩石爆破破碎机理进行研究是一种常见的方法。因此,从提升了水下爆破防护安全环保技术水平方面,仿真阻波帘结构在水下爆破中的阻波性能。
试验装置采用帆布悬挂装置,受力框架长高为10 m×8 m,框架下部连接配重铁件以便阻波帘吊挂在水中,阻波帘帆布如图1所示。采用帆布作为悬挂支撑,把橡胶轮胎、多孔铝、耐热石棉、泡沫塑料、空气泡这五种材料置于0.5 cm厚度的帆布帘前方。仿真分析上述阻波帘结构在水下爆破中的阻波性能。通过对比水下爆破试验空白帆布和另外5种材料后方仿真数据,计算压强降低率。
选用1 kg的TNT进行水下爆炸试验,根据TNT的当量,结合炸药密度计算得到球形炸药的半径为r=63 mm,分别监测离爆炸中心3.5 m、5 m、6.5 m处的超压值。图2为1 kg TNT水下爆破实验模型。
水下爆炸冲击波试验置将浮台和网箱按试验方法拼接并锚定在水面上,浮台一端通过缆绳锚定到岸上固定点,另一端则通过缆绳锚定到钻爆船一侧;试验时作业人员需上到浮台和网箱上安装试验炸药包、传感器及投放试验鱼类,试验药包安装固定于水面以下4 m位置,采用水中裸爆方式起爆,传感器安装于药包左右两侧的测点1#和测点2#位置,每个测点安装两支传感器于水面下1.5 m位置。试验布置示意图如图3所示。
采用Blast-Pro型冲击测试系统检测水下炸药爆破的水击波超压,采用TC-4850爆破测振仪检测水下爆破的地震波峰值,根据检测的地震波峰值分析振动数值,图4为水击波历时曲线。
将厚度20 cm、长度80 cm的汽车轮胎悬挂在厚度0.5 cm,长度为2500 cm的帆布上,结构如图5所示。将该阻波帘放入离爆炸中心距离为5 m的水域中。计算该结构在1 kg TNT炸药产生冲击波的衰减效果。
为提高计算速度,将模型简化,忽略冲击波在轮胎之间的相互作用。设置TNT的EOS参数与水的EOS参数,模型参数选用对应的橡胶类材料,利用程序提供的参数选项,装药密度为1.2 g/cm3,初始内能密度3.6×10 J/m3,爆速D=5500 m/s,爆压1.0×10 GPa。通过计算TNT炸药冲击波在水中传播,以及与阻波帘的耦合作用过程。其中忽略作用过程中爆炸冲击波在接触阻波帘结构时的反射,以及爆炸冲击波阻波帘的作用造成的结构运动以及结构材料的弹性变形。图6为爆炸冲击波在汽车轮胎单层阻波帘作用下t=0.9 ms出现最大爆轰波压强结果,图7为距离爆炸中心5 m处的压强与时间曲线。
将厚度为20 cm、宽度为80 cm的石棉布用厚度为0.5 cm的帆布支撑,结构如图8所示。将耐高温石棉材料放入离爆炸中心距离为5 m的水域中。仿真评估该结构对1 kg TNT炸药产生冲击波的衰减作用。
采用2.1中标定好过TNT的EOS参数与水的EOS参数,其本参数参考了耐高温陶瓷和柔韧性较好的硅橡胶材料设定。计算TNT炸药冲击波在水中传播,爆炸冲击波在耐高温石棉阻波帘作用下t=1.2 ms出现最大爆轰波压强结果如图9所示。
将单个长度为30 cm的多孔铝板用厚度为0.5 cm、长度为2500 cm的帆布悬挂,结构如图10所示。将多孔铝板放入离爆炸中心距离为5 m的水域中。计算该结构对1 kg TNT炸药的吸能性能。
本构模型及参数设定采用ANSYS数据库中多孔金属模块计算TNT炸药冲击波在水中传播,以及与阻波帘的耦合作用过程。爆炸冲击波在阻波帘(多孔铝板+尼龙)作用下的传播压强,结果如图1112所示。
用单个长度为50 cm的泡沫塑料用厚度为0.5 cm,长度为2500 cm的帆布悬挂支撑,结构如图13所示。将泡沫塑料放入离爆炸中心距离为5 m的水域中。计算该结构对1 kg的TNT炸药的吸能性能。
采用标定好过TNT的EOS参数与水的EOS参数,其本构模型及参数选用高分子模型。结果如图14所示。
将平均直径为20 cm的空气泡放置在两块厚度为0.5 cm、长度为2500 cm的帆布之间,结构如图15所示。
爆炸冲击波在有阻波帘(帆布+空气泡+帆布)作用下的传播压强结果图16所示。
通过5种不同材料阻波帘对比空白帆布悬挂压强数据,对比结果见表1所示。
由于水击波传播过程中影响因素众多,难以进行精确计算。通过水下钻孔破岩爆轰、水击波传播以及水介质与空气泡、多孔铝板、汽车轮胎、泡沫塑料、石棉布的相互作用。分析减少水下钻孔爆破水击波有害效应,研究水下钻孔爆破振动衰减规律,以解决实际工程问题为基本出发点,在研究水下钻孔爆破水击波传播规律的基础上,通过对水下爆破和5种不同材料的单层阻波帘数值模拟分析,得到了空白悬挂和5种不同材料阻波帘性能,得出空气泡帆布帘悬挂后方压强为0.22 MPa,压强降低率达到97%,从数值模拟结果可以确定空气泡的降压效果最好,因此在实际应用中,宜选用含有空气泡的材料做阻波帘效果最佳,其研究结果为仿真技术在水下爆破试验仿真,降低对周边环境的危害性上提供了参考。
