In order to comprehensively evaluate the effect of deep hole bench blasting in Weijiamao Coal Mine, considering the three objectives of blasting quality, safety and economy, eight parameters such as block rate, root rate, back crack distance, loose coefficient, unit consumption, long-meter blasting amount, vibration speed and flying distance were selected as evaluation indexes. Through UAV, high-speed photography, vibration monitoring and other technical means, the field monitoring of four production blasting flat plates in Weijiamao Coal Mine was carried out. In the meantime, the data analysis was carried out by Split-desktop, Motion studio and other software, and the quantitative indexes of the above parameters were obtained. The subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes are obtained by using analytic hierarchy process and CRITIC method respectively, and then the combined weights of each index are determined based on the principle of maximum sum of squares of deviations. The grey clustering method is optimized by using the center point triangle whitening weight function, and the grey clustering evaluation model of blasting effect is established. The deep hole bench blasting effect of Weijiamao Coal Mine is comprehensively evaluated, and the order of blasting effect of four flat plates is obtained according to the comprehensive clustering coefficient. Finally, the main problems of the flat plate with the worst blasting effect are analyzed by comparing the index data. The results show that the combined weight of explosive unit consumption, bulk rate and base rate is greater than 0.15, which has a great influence on the blasting effect. The order of blasting effect of four flat plates is that 1080 flat plate > 1064 flat plate > 1096 flat plate > 1112 flat plate. The 1112 flat plate needs to be combined with geological conditions to optimize the bench blasting parameters for the problems of large back crack distance, high unit consumption, small blasting amount per meter and large flying distance.

为了对魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果进行综合评价,考虑爆破质量、安全、经济三方面目标,选取大块率、根底率、后裂距离、松散系数、单耗、延米爆破量、振动速度、飞散距离等8个参量作为评价指标。通过无人机、高速摄影、振动监测等技术手段对魏家峁煤矿4个生产爆破平盘开展现场监测,并利用Split-desktop、Motion studio等软件进行数据分析,得到了上述参量的量化指标。分别利用层次分析法和CRITIC法,获得评价指标的主、客观权重,然后基于离差平方和最大原则确定了各指标的组合权重。利用中心点三角白化权函数对灰色聚类法进行优化,建立了爆破效果的灰色聚类评估模型,对魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果进行了综合评价,并根据综合聚类系数得到了4个平盘的爆破效果优劣顺序。最后对比指标数据分析了爆破效果最差的平盘主要存在的问题。研究结果表明:炸药单耗、大块率、根底率的组合权重都大于0.15,对爆破效果的影响较大;4个平盘的爆破效果优劣顺序为:1080平盘>1064平盘>1096平盘>1112平盘;1112平盘需要结合地质条件,针对后裂距离大、单耗高、延米爆破量小、飞散距离大等问题进行台阶爆破参数优化。

为了对魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果进行综合评价,考虑爆破质量、安全、经济三方面目标,选取大块率、根底率、后裂距离、松散系数、单耗、延米爆破量、振动速度、飞散距离等8个参量作为评价指标。通过无人机、高速摄影、振动监测等技术手段对魏家峁煤矿4个生产爆破平盘开展现场监测,并利用Split-desktop、Motion studio等软件进行数据分析,得到了上述参量的量化指标。分别利用层次分析法和CRITIC法,获得评价指标的主、客观权重,然后基于离差平方和最大原则确定了各指标的组合权重。利用中心点三角白化权函数对灰色聚类法进行优化,建立了爆破效果的灰色聚类评估模型,对魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果进行了综合评价,并根据综合聚类系数得到了4个平盘的爆破效果优劣顺序。最后对比指标数据分析了爆破效果最差的平盘主要存在的问题。研究结果表明:炸药单耗、大块率、根底率的组合权重都大于0.15,对爆破效果的影响较大;4个平盘的爆破效果优劣顺序为:1080平盘>1064平盘>1096平盘>1112平盘;1112平盘需要结合地质条件,针对后裂距离大、单耗高、延米爆破量小、飞散距离大等问题进行台阶爆破参数优化。

In order to comprehensively evaluate the effect of deep hole bench blasting in Weijiamao Coal Mine, considering the three objectives of blasting quality, safety and economy, eight parameters such as block rate, root rate, back crack distance, loose coefficient, unit consumption, long-meter blasting amount, vibration speed and flying distance were selected as evaluation indexes. Through UAV, high-speed photography, vibration monitoring and other technical means, the field monitoring of four production blasting flat plates in Weijiamao Coal Mine was carried out. In the meantime, the data analysis was carried out by Split-desktop, Motion studio and other software, and the quantitative indexes of the above parameters were obtained. The subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes are obtained by using analytic hierarchy process and CRITIC method respectively, and then the combined weights of each index are determined based on the principle of maximum sum of squares of deviations. The grey clustering method is optimized by using the center point triangle whitening weight function, and the grey clustering evaluation model of blasting effect is established. The deep hole bench blasting effect of Weijiamao Coal Mine is comprehensively evaluated, and the order of blasting effect of four flat plates is obtained according to the comprehensive clustering coefficient. Finally, the main problems of the flat plate with the worst blasting effect are analyzed by comparing the index data. The results show that the combined weight of explosive unit consumption, bulk rate and base rate is greater than 0.15, which has a great influence on the blasting effect. The order of blasting effect of four flat plates is that 1080 flat plate > 1064 flat plate > 1096 flat plate > 1112 flat plate. The 1112 flat plate needs to be combined with geological conditions to optimize the bench blasting parameters for the problems of large back crack distance, high unit consumption, small blasting amount per meter and large flying distance.

目前露天矿山的开采主要以深孔台阶爆破为主,爆破效果的好坏不仅影响着爆堆岩(矿)块的铲装和运输效率,还会影响到爆区周围的环境,以及现场作业安全,即直接关系到矿山经济效益和生产安全[1,2]。所以结合矿山生产实际,进行深孔台阶爆破的效果的合理、准确评价,对优化爆破参数,降低开采成本,保证开采安全具有重要的应用价值[3]
露天台阶爆破效果评价涉及多个指标,评价方法也多样,目前为止还没有统一的爆破效果评价方法。专家学者们多选取大块率、松散系数、根底率、后裂距离、炸药单耗、振动速度、飞石飞散距离等多项评价指标,采用模糊综合评价、模糊神经网络、物元理论、未知测度理论、云模型理论等方法对爆破效果进行定性和定量的评价。如李建华等采用模糊综合评价方法,分析层次结构,确定了爆破质量的影响因素及权重,建立了2个层次、3个单元、总计12项指标的多因素二级结构质量评价模型[4]。王小涵等基于赵固二矿煤层的深孔预裂爆破,提出了运用AHP-模糊综合评价法建立深孔预裂爆破效果综合评价模型的方法[5]。李春旭等运用以信息熵计算指标权重的未知测度理论构建了露天孤石群爆破效果综合评价模型,对广西隆林县某二级公路土石开挖过程中露天大块孤石的爆破效果进行了评价[6]。雷振等选取大块率、爆堆形态、松散系数等12项指标,利用置信度识别准则和信息熵理论确定判定标准和指标权重,根据实测数据建立各指标的未知测度函数,对台阶爆破效果做出了综合评价[1]。陈庆凯等选取了8项评价指标,运用模糊神经网络理论建立了爆破效果综合评价模型,并对研山露天矿三种不同孔径方案的爆破效果进行了评价[7]。江文武等考虑矿岩破碎质量、技术经济效益、对环境产生影响三个方面,选取大块率、松散系数、爆堆形态等指标,基于物元理论建立了爆破效果评价模型[8]。柯丽华等考虑爆破效果评价中语言的模糊性和评价等级定量分析的随机性,运用DEMATEL(决策实验室分析法)和SEWM(结构熵权法)计算了爆破效果评价指标的混合权重,然后建立爆破效果评价云模型,对某露天矿的爆破效果进行了评价[9]
从以往的研究可以看出,在选取不同的指标体系并结合不同分析方法进行爆破效果评价时,评价方法选择和指标权重确定是最重要的两个方面。目前常用的赋权方法主要有两大类,主观赋权法,如层次分析法、德尔菲法等;客观赋权法,如熵权法、变异系数法等。不同方法都存在一定的局限性,如层析分析法、有较强的主观性,其准确性受专家意见影响较大;熵权法对样本的依赖性较大,随着样本数据变化权重会有一定波动;变异系数法未考虑指标间的相关性等。
结合魏家峁煤矿实际生产需求,考虑爆破质量、安全、经济三个目标,选取大块率、根底率、后裂距离、松散系数、单耗、延米爆破量、振动速度、飞散距离等8个参量作为魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果的评价指标。通过无人机、高速摄影、振动监测等技术手段开展现场监测,并利用Split-desktop、Motion studio等软件进行数据分析,得到各参量的量化指标。分别使用层次分析法和CRITIC法获得指标的主观和客观权重,然后基于离差平方和最大原则获得组合权重,得到每个指标对深孔台阶爆破效果的影响程度。利用中心点三角白化权函数对灰色聚类法进行优化,建立了爆破效果的灰色聚类评估模型,对魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破效果进行了综合评价,并根据综合聚类系数得到了4个平盘的爆破效果优劣顺序。最后对比指标数据分析了爆破效果最差的平盘主要存在的问题,为煤矿开展爆破参数优化提供了一定的依据。文中所用的研究方法对类似矿山也具有一定的参考价值。
魏家峁露天矿地处内蒙古鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗魏家峁镇境内,矿区总体构造形态为一走向NNE,倾向NWW的单斜构造,区内无断裂构造和岩浆岩活动,地质构造类型简单。矿区主要的岩土体包括黄土即轻亚黏土、红土即轻亚黏土和黏土、砾岩、砂质砾岩、粗砂岩、中砂岩、细砂岩等。
矿区采用深孔台阶爆破的方式剥落覆盖层岩体,台阶高度9~18 m,坡面角70°,炮孔直径250 mm,采用多孔粒状铵油炸药,装药密度0.8~1.0 g/cm3,连续耦合装药。每次爆破根据台阶宽度一般布孔4~8排,为梅花形布孔。
本文选取矿区具有代表性的4个平盘,对其生产爆破过程开展了系统监测。不同平盘的爆破参数见表1所示,其中1064和1080平盘因台阶下方为煤层故钻孔超深为0。
灰色聚类法依据不同聚类指标所拥有的白化数将观测对象按事先划分的灰类进行归纳,以判定该聚类对象所属的类别。它可以将多特征指标的对象划分为若干个可定义的类别,通过白化权函数的构建与计算将系统整体特性作出归类。
设有n个深孔台阶爆破聚类对象,m个聚类指标,s个不同灰类,记第ii=1,…,n)个评价对象关于聚类指标jj=1,…,m)的样本值为xijj指标kk=1,…,s)灰类的白化权函数为j指标关于k灰类的权为。则爆破效果样本矩阵X满足
运用灰色聚类法,需要构造适用于深孔台阶爆破各评价指标的中心点白化权函数,具体计算步骤如下[10]
(1)根据台阶爆破要划分的灰类数,分别确定kk=1,…,s)灰类中心点λk,并将指标j的取值范围相应地划分为s个灰类。
(2)构造各指标的白化权函数j=1,…,mk=1,…,s),计算观测值x属于k灰类的隶属度,并确定权系数
(3)赋予各指标权重并计算综合聚类系数,即爆破效果评价对象i关于灰类k的综合聚类系数表达式为
(4)判断爆破效果评价对象i属于灰度k*的关系式满足
为了能够全面评价不同平盘的爆破效果,结合魏家峁实际并参考相关文献[78],从爆破质量指标、经济性指标、安全性指标三个方面选取大块率、根底率、后裂距离、松散系数、单耗、延米爆破量、振动速度、飞散距离共8项。
选取的8项评价指标均采用实测值进行评价,建立指标等级分级标准见表2所示。表中深孔台阶爆破效果评价的聚类指标数m=8,分化的灰类数s=5,各灰类对应的爆破效果评价等级依次划分为很好(k=1)、较好(k=2)、一般(k=3)、较差(k=4)、差(k=5)。
根据表2中对各评价指标的分级,构造适用于魏家峁矿深孔台阶爆破效果评价的各灰类中心点三角白化权函数,如图1所示,图1λ2λ3λ4分别为灰类2、灰类3、灰类4的中心点,λ1λ5分别为灰类1和灰类5的白化权函数转折点。对于值越大越好的正向指标松散系数和延米爆破量,采用上限测度白化权函数,将指标向右延扩,对采用下限测度白化权函数,将指标向左延扩。剩余指标值越小越好,为逆向指标,对采用下限测度白化权函数,对采用上限测度白化权函数。正向指标的白化权函数表达式为式(4)~(6),逆向指标的白化权函数表达式为式(7)~(9),各评价指标的白化权函数形式如图2所示。
(1)大块率
设定最长边大于120 cm为大块,运用Splitdesktop数字图像法块度分析软件计算爆破后岩体的块度分布。1064平盘生产爆破块度分析过程及结果如图3~4所示。
(2)后裂距离、松散系数、根底率均采用现场人工实测数据进行计算,计算结果见表3所示。
经济性指标包含延米爆破量和炸药单耗,可根据现场统计数据直接计算。根据爆破参数计算得到4个生产平盘的延米爆破量分别为63 m2、63 m2、73.14 m2、41.45 m2。爆破后统计各平盘炸药用量和爆破方量,计算得到炸药单耗分别为0.33 kg/m3、0.32 kg/m3、0.35 kg/m3、0.41 kg/m3
(1)振动速度
爆破振动速度监测采用Micromate及其配套的振动速度三轴传感器。1064平盘现场测点布置情况见图5所示,图中三个测点的爆心距分别为30 m、50 m、100 m。根据三个测点的实测数据拟合出对应平盘的萨道夫斯基公式,计算出200 m安全距离处的振速进行爆破效果评价。计算得出各平盘200 m安全距离处峰值振速为4.75 cm/s、1.21 cm/s、2.16 cm/s、0.45 cm/s。
(2)飞石飞散距离
飞散距离监测采用IDT Y7-S2高速摄影相机,如图6所示。飞散距离计算采用配套的Motion studio软件,根据参照物的尺寸计算爆破飞石的飞散距离。
通过上述方法,监测、统计、计算得到魏家峁煤矿位于不同平盘的四次生产爆破各项评价指标见表3所示。
层次分析法结合定性和定量,且灵活、实用、计算分析简单,现已被广泛应用于指标权重的确定,但在构造比较判断矩阵时受人为主观判断的影响,不够客观全面[11,12]
综合相关文献[1314]中的专家意见,按照表3中的指标顺序构造判断矩阵。
矩阵R中的元素Rij表示第i个指标相比第j个指标的重要程度,满足Rii=1和Rij=1/Rji。可以算出矩阵R的最大特征值λmax=8.1880,代入相关公式进行一致性检验表明判断矩阵一致性很好[14,15]。对应的特征向量w=[0.4406 0.4406 0.0514 0.1704 0.6534 0.3103 0.2190 0.0939]T。继续归一化处理即得到权向量w*=[0.1852 0.1852 0.0216 0.0716 0.2746 0.1304 0.0920 0.0395]T
CRITIC法以指标的对比强度和指标之间的冲突性来衡量指标的重要性,同时考虑了指标间的差异性和相关性,完全利用数据自身的客观属性进行科学评价。

再将矩阵Y依次带入相关公式进行计算[15],最终得到权向量Wj=[0.1287 0.1251 0.1135 0.1142 0.1624 0.1154 0.1319 0.1089]T
层次分析法按照评价人员的主观评价进行权重计算,CRITIC法完全利用数据自身的客观属性进行科学评价,两种赋权法都具有各自的优势和特点,但单纯使用一种方法考虑不够全面,可能导致指标权重与实际不符。故通过离差平方和法将层次分析法和CRITIC法得到的权重按离差平方和最大原则计算[16,17],得出各评价指标的组合权重。
设层次分析法得到深孔台阶爆破效果评价指标权向量为W1=[w11 w21wm1]T,CRITIC法得到评价指标权向量为W2=[w12 w22wm2]T,组合权向量为

求出Θ*后,代入式(10)可进一步求出组合权向量W*。由于权向量一般都满足归一化条件,因此需要对W*进行归一化处理,即令
层次分析法和CRITIC法计算得到权向量分别为w*=[0.1852 0.1852 0.0216 0.0716 0.2746 0.1304 0.0920 0.0395]TWj=[0.1287 0.1251 0.1135 0.1142 0.1624 0.1154 0.1319 0.1089]T。由矩阵Y根据上述Y1的定义式计算可得

其最大特征值为λmax=1.5074,最大特征值所对应的单位特征向量为Θ*=[0.6474 0.7621]T。最后带入式(10)、(17)得到深孔台阶爆破效果评价指标组合权重
前文组合赋权得到各聚类指标的综合权向量为。根据式(4)~(9)及各指标的中心点白化权函数计算魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破x所属k灰类的隶属度,依据综合聚类系数表达式(2)和深孔台阶爆破效果评价关系式(3)即可判断4个平盘深孔台阶爆破的爆破效果等级。最终计算得到魏家峁煤矿深孔台阶爆破综合聚类系数及评价结果如表4所示。
表4可知,四个爆破平盘,1064、1080、1096平盘爆破效果评价结果都为较好,1112平盘评价效果为较差。1064、1080、1096平盘评价结果都为较好,同属于k=2灰类,但综合聚类系数的大小关系有,可以得到1080平盘的爆破效果最好,1064平盘次之。即得到4个爆破平盘的爆破效果有:1080平盘>1064平盘>1096平盘>1112平盘。1112平盘爆破评价效果综合评价结果为较差,结合表2图2中各项指标的监测统计数据和白化权函数可以得出,需要针对后裂距离大、单耗高、延米爆破量小、飞散距离大等问题对1112平盘的爆破参数进行优化。
(1)基于离差平方和最大原则确定的组合权重比单一的主观或客观权重更加科学和合理,计算得到各指标的组合权重分别为:0.1546 0.1526 0.0713 0.0946 0.2139 0.1223 0.1136 0.0770,其中炸药单耗、大块率、根底率的组合权重均大于0.15,对爆破效果的影响较大。
(2)利用中心点三角白化权函数优化灰色聚类法建立的评估模型,能较好地反应深孔台阶爆破效果,应用于魏家峁煤矿得到4个爆破平盘的深孔台阶爆破效果为:1080平盘>1064平盘>1096平盘>1112平盘。
(3)结合各项指标的白化权函数,对比4个平盘的实测数据可以得出魏家峁煤矿1112平盘的劣势指标,表明1112平盘需结合地质条件,针对后裂距离大、单耗高、延米爆破量小、飞散距离大等问题进行台阶爆破参数优化。
