Studying the dynamic response and failure mechanism of hazardous substances storage cabinet structures under internal combustible gas explosion loads can minimize the consequences of explosion accidents, reducing casualties and property losses, which holds significant engineering and social value. This study used methane mixed with air as the combustible gas in internal explosion tests conducted within a hazardous substances storage cabinet structure. Tests were performed under four gas cloud conditions: 1 m3, 8 m3, 27 m3 and 78 m3. Typical overpressure and displacement time-history curves from internal explosion were obtained, and the dynamic response was analyzed. The results show that the displacement response of the storage cabinet structure synchronized with the load response. As the overpressure load increased, the displacement of the storage cabinet wall increased accordingly, reaching their peak nearly simultaneously. The results of overpressure and structural response tests indicate that the peak value of the overpressure load measured in the test did not follow the expected trend, as the more extensive gas volume did not consistently result in higher peak overpressure values.

研究危险品储柜结构在内部可燃气体爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应特征和破坏机理,可以最大限度地降低危险品储柜爆炸事故后果,减少人员伤亡和财产损失,具有重要的工程意义和社会价值。本试验研究以甲烷与空气混合气云作为气体爆炸源,分别开展1 m3、8 m3、27 m3及78 m3气云4种工况下的钢结构危险品储柜可燃气体内爆炸试验,得到内爆炸作用下典型超压及位移时程曲线并进行动力响应分析与研究。试验及研究结果表明:储柜结构位移响应与荷载响应保持同步,即超压荷载在增大的同时,储柜壁板位移也在增加,二者达到峰值的时间几乎是相同的;根据超压试验和结构响应试验结果,试验测得的超压荷载峰值并不满足燃气体积越大,超压峰值越大的规律。

研究危险品储柜结构在内部可燃气体爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应特征和破坏机理,可以最大限度地降低危险品储柜爆炸事故后果,减少人员伤亡和财产损失,具有重要的工程意义和社会价值。本试验研究以甲烷与空气混合气云作为气体爆炸源,分别开展1 m3、8 m3、27 m3及78 m3气云4种工况下的钢结构危险品储柜可燃气体内爆炸试验,得到内爆炸作用下典型超压及位移时程曲线并进行动力响应分析与研究。试验及研究结果表明:储柜结构位移响应与荷载响应保持同步,即超压荷载在增大的同时,储柜壁板位移也在增加,二者达到峰值的时间几乎是相同的;根据超压试验和结构响应试验结果,试验测得的超压荷载峰值并不满足燃气体积越大,超压峰值越大的规律。

Studying the dynamic response and failure mechanism of hazardous substances storage cabinet structures under internal combustible gas explosion loads can minimize the consequences of explosion accidents, reducing casualties and property losses, which holds significant engineering and social value. This study used methane mixed with air as the combustible gas in internal explosion tests conducted within a hazardous substances storage cabinet structure. Tests were performed under four gas cloud conditions: 1 m3, 8 m3, 27 m3 and 78 m3. Typical overpressure and displacement time-history curves from internal explosion were obtained, and the dynamic response was analyzed. The results show that the displacement response of the storage cabinet structure synchronized with the load response. As the overpressure load increased, the displacement of the storage cabinet wall increased accordingly, reaching their peak nearly simultaneously. The results of overpressure and structural response tests indicate that the peak value of the overpressure load measured in the test did not follow the expected trend, as the more extensive gas volume did not consistently result in higher peak overpressure values.

由于危险品储柜(又称危险品集装箱)具有安装方便、管理使用便利、适用范围广等优点,在危险品道路运输、海上运输、铁路运输和工业企业储存等方面得到广泛的应用,典型危险品储柜在运输和储存环节应用见图1
随着社会经济的快速发展,各类危险品原辅料的需求也日益旺盛,危险品储柜的数量和使用范围越来越大,但随之而来的危险品储柜火灾、爆炸事故也不断发生,造成了大量的人员伤亡和严重的财产损失,社会影响十分恶劣。2019年3月31日,位于江苏昆山的汉鼎公司发生危险品储存柜内可燃气体爆炸。该事故共造成7人死亡、5人受伤,直接经济损失4000多万元。2021年5月25日,韩国航运公司KMTC旗下的危险品集装箱船在港口发生内部可燃气体爆炸事故,事故共造成34个集装箱烧毁,130人受伤。
20世纪80年代以来,国内外学者针对可燃气体内爆炸的研究较多,研究所用结构多集中于储罐、管道、柱形容器、连通器等,并在气体爆炸原理、爆炸安全防护等方面取得了一定的成果1-3]。王志荣等开展了单个容器和容器管道系统气体爆炸实验研究[4];Bao Qi等研究了开敞空间的可燃气体爆炸特性[5];Woolley、Fairweather使用计算流体动力学方法预测受限、排放的甲烷-氢气爆炸[6];石立旺、于志华、王震、胡可等研究了气体爆炸作用下抗爆间、球形储罐、拱顶钢储罐的动力响应和冲击荷载的影响[710]。目前国内外对于危险品储柜这类长方体大空间薄壁结构的研究相对较少,在危险品储柜爆炸安全方面的研究还处于起步阶段,尚未形成设计规范,且研究多采用缩比实验模型或装置,缺少原型试验数据,尺寸效应导致相应研究成果难以指导工程设计。
研究危险品储柜结构在内部可燃气体爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应特征和破坏机理,分析各类设计参数对危险品储柜泄爆抗爆性能的影响规律,可以有效指导结构设计,提高危险品储柜的本质安全性,有利于最大限度地降低危险品储柜爆炸事故后果,减少人员伤亡和财产损失,具有重要的工程意义和社会价值。
试验系统由钢结构危险品储柜、气体供应装置、浓度控制装置、点火装置、影像装置和数据采集装置组成,如图2所示。试验所用的原型危险品储柜尺寸为10 m×2.6 m×3.0 m,储柜侧封板及顶板均为双层铁板+岩棉板(起到保温隔热作用),底部为单层铁板,板厚均为1.5 mm,立柱采用空心矩形钢,立柱尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×3.0 m,立柱所用钢材厚度为1.75 mm。柜子左右两侧各有1个排风扇,顶部有2个泄爆板,尺寸为2.0 m×1.0 m,初始状态下泄爆板为关闭状态,泄爆阈值为0.6 kPa。采用甲烷作为典型气体危险品开展内爆炸试验。由于储柜是在均匀气云状态下引爆,上下两部分对称,因此实验压力和位移测点选择在下半部分设置。
试验工况如表1所示,其中,甲烷均匀分布状态的实现是采用防爆风机对柜子内部气体进行搅拌。燃料区域体积定为1 m3、8 m3、27 m3及78 m3(充满整个柜子),采用塑料薄膜对柜子内部空间进行隔断,且保证有一个泄爆口位于燃料区域的正上方,具体位置如图3所示,其中1 m3工况体积较小,仅布置一个浓度测点。8 m3和27 m3工况在气云斜对角均匀布置三个浓度测点。78 m3空间体积较大,为了更加准确测量柜体中甲烷分布状况,在柜子斜对角均匀布置5个浓度测点。
超压测量选用石英压电式压力传感器,燃气爆炸压力传感器量程为0~150 kPa,采样频率为30 kHz。危险品储柜共布置4个压力传感器,其中背板布置3个,侧板布置1个,其中4号测点位于正对立方体气云侧面点,其它三个测点均位于板中心,具体位置分布如图4所示。
位移传感器量程为0~300 mm,前门和背板各布置4个,侧板1个,位置如图5所示,5、6、7三个测点为同一扇不同位置处的测点,8号测点位于另一扇门中心,是对5号测点数据的校核。10、11、12三个测点为同一背板不同位置处的测点,13号测点位于另一块背板中心,是对11号测点数据的校核。
燃气在危险品储柜内部爆炸是一个复杂的物理和化学过程,当燃气被点火装置点燃后,火焰快速传播,柜体内温度和压力随之上升,当内部压力达到泄爆阈值时,泄爆板打开,内部火焰及燃烧产物从泄爆口泄出,导致压力降低。通过对各个工况爆炸试验得到的超压时程曲线进行总结分析,可以得出危险品储柜内部燃气爆炸4种典型的超压时程曲线,如图6所示。最简单的超压时程曲线仅有一个超压峰值,如图6(a)所示,该种工况下爆炸压力释放较为稳定,未产生压力振荡现象;图6(b)所示的超压时程曲线与图6(a)相似,不同之处在于前者在峰值过后出现一段负压区,出现该现象的原因在于泄爆过程中由于危险品储柜内部燃烧产物的不断喷出,导致内部压强低于初始压力,之后外部气体涌入柜子内部使得超压逐渐恢复至初始压力;如图6(c)所示的超压时程曲线在峰值处出现一段震荡区域,随后压力恢复至初始压力,出现该现象的原因在于泄爆板打开之前,储柜内部火焰与压力波相互耦合,造成内部压力场的不稳定,从而在超压时程曲线峰值区域处产生震荡;如图6(d)所示的超压时程曲线在压力下降阶段出现压力突增,形成单个或多个峰值,尤其是在燃气充满整个柜体时,该现象尤为显著,其主要原因在于泄爆板打开后储柜内部压力得到释放,然而在释放过程中,柜子内部未反应完全的燃料继续反应,使得压力释放的同时,剩余燃料继续反应产生的压力对柜子内部压力给予补充,因此会出现压力在下降阶段突增的现象,内部燃料越多,未反应的燃料也越多,下降阶段出现压力陡增的现象就会越明显。
3种典型的结构位移时程曲线如图7所示。图7(a)的位移时程曲线仅有一个峰值,残余位移也较小,曲线形状单一;图7(b)的位移时程曲线有一个主峰值,且曲线变化过程中出现振动,形成多个峰值,残余位移较小,表明结构位移属弹性位移,结构未出现明显损伤;图7(c)为燃气充满整个柜体的工况,由于该工况爆炸能量较大,导致爆炸过程中危险品储柜出现振动,因此位移时程曲线在下降段出现较大的波动。
图8~图11分别为1 m3、8 m3、27 m3和78 m3甲烷爆炸荷载时程曲线,超压峰值汇总于表2
从测得的超压时程曲线上看,储柜内部荷载并非均匀分布,工况1-1和工况1-2中,测点1和测点3测得的超压相同,测点2和测点4测得超压峰值比测点1和测点3高,工况1-3未测到测点4的超压,工况1-4~工况4的测点1、3、4的超压均相同,测点2比其它几个测点的超压均高。
在所开展的9组试验工况中,工况1-1和工况1-2使用的薄膜较厚,爆炸时立方体上面和侧面薄膜打开,其他几个面未打开,为使其他几个面的薄膜同时打开,从工况1-3之后都更换为较薄的塑料膜,根据表2图12的超压数据可以看出,并非是燃气体积越大,超压峰值越大,而是随着燃气体积的增大,超压峰值在一定范围波动,测点1、测点3及测点4测得的超压较为接近,超压峰值在0.92~1.18 kPa内,峰值不高且变化幅度小,测点2测得的超压比其他测点大,但未超过4.0 kPa,超压峰值总体在1.0~4.0 kPa之间。产生该种规律的原因在于储柜的泄爆面积较大,泄放系数达到4.56(KvV2/3/Av,式中:V为爆室体积;Av为泄爆面积),无论柜子内部燃气体积大小,内部的超压能够有效且及时泄放至柜子外部,因此超压峰值总体不高,且不随燃气体积的增大而增大。
本试验测得超压时程曲线中工况1-1~工况3-1的超压时程曲线均只有一个峰值,工况3-2存在两个峰值,工况4存在4个峰值,且所有工况中均未出现声震现象,相较于文献中的泄爆试验[56],本试验测得的超压数据较小,表明本研究中危险品储柜的泄爆面积设计得较为合理,能够有效将柜体内部压力释放。从危险品储柜爆炸结果来看,柜体结构并未出现明显损伤,说明了危险品储柜能够满足抗燃气内爆要求。
图13~图16分别为1 m3、8 m3、27 m3和78 m3甲烷爆炸下危险品储柜结构位移时程曲线图,将数据汇总于表3。从表3位移数据可以看出,前门位移总体比侧板及背板均大,前门位移总体在6.0~18.0 mm范围内,工况1-2的位移稍小,在3.62~6.09 mm之间,最大位移出现在工况1-1的7号测点,位移值为17.81 mm。随着燃气体积的增大,位移值呈减小的趋势,与荷载变化规律相同。所有工况中柜体的位移均处于弹性阶段,未发生塑性变形,从柜子的爆炸图像也可看出危险品储柜并未出现大变形及损伤。
为研究钢结构危险品储柜在气体爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应,本次试验以甲烷与空气混合气云作为气体爆炸源,设计了试验方案,开展了原型尺寸危险品储柜结构可燃气体内爆炸试验,得到的主要结论如下:
(1)试验得到了危险品储柜可燃气体内爆炸作用下典型超压及位移时程曲线。试验结果表明:储柜结构位移响应与荷载响应保持同步,即超压荷载在增大的同时,储柜壁板位移也在增加,二者达到峰值的时间几乎也是相同的。
(2)根据超压试验和结构响应试验结果,试验测得的超压荷载峰值并不满足燃气体积越大,超压峰值越大的规律,而是所有ΔPmax均接近某一特定值,即9组试验工况所测得的最大超压峰值ΔPmax的平均值2.48 kPa,上下浮动不超过1.5 kPa。产生该种规律的原因可归结于储柜有足够大的泄爆面积,内部的超压能够有效且及时泄放至柜子外部。
