Drilling and blasting is still the most efficient way to explore deep phosphate mine excavation and mining. There is a severe constraint on the efficiency of phosphate mine digging as its level remained at 70 to 80 meters every month for many years. Therefore, the ore rock blastability classification is critical for the deep phosphate mine working face. The longitudinal wave velocity tests of the rock body in an underground phosphate mine in Yichang, Hubei Province, and measurements of physical and mechanical properties such as rock density, uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength were carried out. The rock density, uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, and rock integrity coefficient were obtained for four types of rocks, namely, dolomitic striped phosphorite, dense striped phosphorite, argillaceous striped phosphorite, and carbon-bearing argillaceous dolomite. To complete the deep phosphorite workings of the mine rock blastability classification, a BP neural network model was established by stochastic functions to generate a large number of learning and testing samples using the Matlab neural network toolbox as taking the pre-measured rock density, uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength and rock integrity coefficients as inputs and the rock blastability classification as outputs. The grading results show that dolomite-banded phosphorite and mud-banded phosphorite are moderately blastable, and dense-banded phosphorite and carbonaceous mud dolomite are difficult to blast. According to the classification results, the blasting parameters of the stope can be optimized to enhance the blasting effect, reduce the single consumption and the bulk rate of explosives, and improve the safety and economic benefits of deep phosphate mining.

目前钻爆法仍是深部磷矿开拓掘进和回采的最高效方法。而磷矿钻爆法施工掘进水平长年维持在70~80 m/月,严重制约了掘进效率,因此对深部磷矿工作面开展矿岩体可爆性分级工作至关重要。以湖北宜昌某地下磷矿为研究背景,在现场进行了岩体的纵波波速测试,开展了岩石密度、单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度等物理力学性质的测量,得到了白云质条带磷块岩、致密条带磷块岩、泥质条带磷块岩和含碳泥质白云岩4种岩石的密度、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度和岩体完整性系数4项参数。通过调用Matlab神经网络工具箱,将岩石密度、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度、岩体完整性系数作为输入,以可爆性等级作为输出,采用随机函数法产生大量的训练样本,构建了基于BP神经网络的可爆性评价模型,实现了深部磷矿岩体可爆性分级。分级结果为白云质条带磷块岩和泥质条带磷块岩为中等可爆,致密条带磷块岩和含碳泥质白云岩为难爆。根据分级结果,可对采场爆破参数进行优化,增强爆破效果,降低炸药单耗及矿石大块率,提高深部磷矿开采的安全性及经济效益。

目前钻爆法仍是深部磷矿开拓掘进和回采的最高效方法。而磷矿钻爆法施工掘进水平长年维持在70~80 m/月,严重制约了掘进效率,因此对深部磷矿工作面开展矿岩体可爆性分级工作至关重要。以湖北宜昌某地下磷矿为研究背景,在现场进行了岩体的纵波波速测试,开展了岩石密度、单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度等物理力学性质的测量,得到了白云质条带磷块岩、致密条带磷块岩、泥质条带磷块岩和含碳泥质白云岩4种岩石的密度、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度和岩体完整性系数4项参数。通过调用Matlab神经网络工具箱,将岩石密度、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度、岩体完整性系数作为输入,以可爆性等级作为输出,采用随机函数法产生大量的训练样本,构建了基于BP神经网络的可爆性评价模型,实现了深部磷矿岩体可爆性分级。分级结果为白云质条带磷块岩和泥质条带磷块岩为中等可爆,致密条带磷块岩和含碳泥质白云岩为难爆。根据分级结果,可对采场爆破参数进行优化,增强爆破效果,降低炸药单耗及矿石大块率,提高深部磷矿开采的安全性及经济效益。

Drilling and blasting is still the most efficient way to explore deep phosphate mine excavation and mining. There is a severe constraint on the efficiency of phosphate mine digging as its level remained at 70 to 80 meters every month for many years. Therefore, the ore rock blastability classification is critical for the deep phosphate mine working face. The longitudinal wave velocity tests of the rock body in an underground phosphate mine in Yichang, Hubei Province, and measurements of physical and mechanical properties such as rock density, uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength were carried out. The rock density, uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, and rock integrity coefficient were obtained for four types of rocks, namely, dolomitic striped phosphorite, dense striped phosphorite, argillaceous striped phosphorite, and carbon-bearing argillaceous dolomite. To complete the deep phosphorite workings of the mine rock blastability classification, a BP neural network model was established by stochastic functions to generate a large number of learning and testing samples using the Matlab neural network toolbox as taking the pre-measured rock density, uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength and rock integrity coefficients as inputs and the rock blastability classification as outputs. The grading results show that dolomite-banded phosphorite and mud-banded phosphorite are moderately blastable, and dense-banded phosphorite and carbonaceous mud dolomite are difficult to blast. According to the classification results, the blasting parameters of the stope can be optimized to enhance the blasting effect, reduce the single consumption and the bulk rate of explosives, and improve the safety and economic benefits of deep phosphate mining.

钻爆法施工作为矿山中最常见的岩石破碎方式,岩体的强度和结构对爆破施工的效果有着巨大影响[1]。在进行爆破前对岩体可爆性进行分级,是爆破优化设计、降低爆破成本、提高劳动生产率的基础条件[2-4]。岩体可爆性是指在炸药爆炸的作用下岩石或岩体发生破坏的难易程度,是岩体的固有特性,反映了工程地质情况以及岩体的物理和力学特性[5]。在爆破工程实践中,为了制定管理制度、设定劳动定额、监控材料消耗以及客观评估爆破的影响,有必要对岩体可爆性进行等级划分[6]
50年代以来,我国一直沿用苏联的普氏分级和苏氏分级方法[7]。除此之外,岩石形变能系数和应变能因数由美国的C W Livingston确立[8],用于描述岩石可爆性和对岩石可爆性进行分级。邦德(F C Bond)以破碎功指数来确定岩石爆破性的方法[9]。而随着各学科的相互渗透和交融,大量的新理论和新方法被引入到岩体可爆性分级的研究中,如未确知测度理论、聚类分析法、粗糙元神经网络模型、灰色关联分析法、集对分析法、模糊综合评判法[10-15]。有些学者结合两种不同的理论和方法进行综合研究,如遗传法+投影寻踪回归分析方法、模拟退火算法+投影寻踪回归方法、PCA+BP组合分析、蚁群算法+投影寻踪回归方法、综合赋权+聚类分析法等等[1617],提出了较多的岩体可爆性多指标分级方法。
尽管经历几十年的发展,涌现的岩体可爆性分级方法和技术手段种类繁多,但适用于深部磷矿工作面矿岩体的可爆性分级方法非常有限。为突破岩体可爆性分级在准确性上的限制,实现在深部磷矿复杂环境下的岩体可爆性分级,本文通过调用Matlab神经网络工具箱,以实测岩石密度、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度、岩体完整性系数为输入,以可爆性等级为输出,采用随机函数法产生大量训练样本集,构建基于BP神经网络的可爆性评价模型,实现深部磷矿工作面矿岩体可爆性分级。
为了保证岩体可爆性分级的简单实用性,无法选择所有指标进行岩体可爆性分级。岩体可爆性分级指标的选取必须考虑岩体的特性,选取较少的具有代表性的指标从不同的侧面较全面地反映岩体的可爆性,各指标间应该不相关或者相关性较低,且指标应该较容易通过试验或者现场测量等方法得到[18]
岩石与爆破有关的物理性质主要包括岩石的矿物成分和组成特征、岩石的密度、孔隙度、波阻抗、风化程度等。如果炸药爆炸产生的应力能够克服岩体的内部阻力和惯性力,那么,爆炸的一部分能量就会转变成岩石的动能,使岩体产生位移甚至抛掷运动。岩石的密度一般与构成岩石的矿物成分和结构有关,岩石的密度越大,破碎、移动、抛掷岩石所消耗的能量也越大,岩体的可爆性越差[19]。因此,应该用岩石密度这一物理指标来衡量岩体爆破的难易程度。
岩体爆破实质上是一个包含了能量转化的力学行为过程。药柱周边岩石受爆破冲击应力场的作用,其幅值具有时空分布特征[20]。当应力值达到岩石强度时,炸药爆炸释放的部分能量会被岩石消耗掉,这会导致岩体内部应力下降。岩石强度指标可以反映岩石在外力作用下抵抗破坏的能力,岩石强度越大越不易被破碎。因此,岩石单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度是表征岩石力学性能和变形特性的重要指标。
大多数爆破施工都把岩体看作是岩块的聚合体,块体与块体之间有一定的构造面,例如节理、裂隙等。天然岩体结构的发育情况与最终的爆破效果密切相关[21]。在这种情况下,爆破的主要作用是通过使天然岩体沿着结构面破裂,导致岩块发生一定程度的断裂,使其变成更小的岩石。由此可见,岩体的地质结构越发育,爆破前岩体的破碎程度越高,达到预期爆破破碎效果所需的能量越小,即岩体的可爆性更佳[22]。因此,在对岩石可爆性进行评估时,必须考虑岩体的结构和构造的发育程度。
岩石密度测量采用量体积法,称取试件的质量并量取计算出试件的体积,进而计算出岩石的密度。测量结果见表1
表1可知,白云质条带磷矿岩密度最大,其次为致密条带磷块岩、泥质条带磷块岩、含碳泥质白云岩。通常,岩石的密度越大,岩石位移、抛掷运动所需能量越多,岩体越难爆破,但从现场爆破情况来看,巷道掘进过程中的含碳泥质白云岩相对于矿石来说更难爆破。因此,岩体可爆性分级还需考虑其他因素对可爆性的影响。
岩石力学性质试验将选取深部磷矿工作面处磷矿石及巷道掘进过程中需要进行爆破作业的含碳泥质白云岩作为研究对象,对现场岩体进行钻取岩芯、切割试件、打磨成型等操作,完成岩石单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度的测量,如图1所示。
试验结果如表2所示。
根据表2所示的试验结果,不难发现,含碳泥质白云岩虽然密度较小,但其强度远大于其他三类矿石强度,三类矿石的单轴抗压强度差距明显,而岩石强度指标可以反映岩石在外力作用下抵抗破坏的能力,岩石强度越大越不易被破碎,因此,不同类型磷矿石可爆性级别也必然不同。
根据巴西劈裂试验结果,得出含碳泥质白云岩抗拉强度最大,其次为致密条带磷块岩、白云质条带磷块岩和泥质条带磷块岩。炸药爆破破碎岩石的其中一种形式为爆轰应力波传播到裂隙表面反射形成拉伸波,使岩石受拉破坏。因此,岩石的抗拉强度很大程度上反映了岩体可爆性。
岩体完整性系数为岩体的纵波速度与岩石的纵波速度之比的平方,见公式1所示。
式中:vpm为岩体纵波波速;vpr为岩石纵波波速。如图2所示,试验采用ZBL-U5200非金属超声波检测仪用于声波检测,通过一对平面换能器发射和接收超声波,仪器通过记录声波经过岩体或岩石所用时间,再利用长度除以时间的方法测得岩体或岩石的纵波波速。
通过在掘进巷道等多个工作面进行多测点测量获得岩体纵波波速平均值,并取工作面岩石加工成标准样进行室内岩石纵波波速测量,岩体声波测试结果见表3所示。
根据测量结果结合表4kv及岩体完整程度对应关系不难发现,含碳泥质白云岩为完整,白云质条带磷块岩和致密条带磷块岩为较完整,泥质条带磷块岩为较破碎。
从现场的测量结果分析,含碳泥质白云岩岩体纵波波速最大,说明其内部节理裂隙不发育,完整性最好,其可爆性最差。而泥质条带磷块岩岩体纵波波速最小,完整性最差,其可爆性最佳。白云质条带磷块岩和致密条带磷块岩居中,属于较完整类。
根据前文分析,选取岩石密度、岩石单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度和岩体完整性系数四项指标,并将岩体可爆性等级分为极易爆、易爆、中等、难爆和极难爆五个等级。因此神经网络模型的输入层个数为4,输出层个数为5。
BP神经网络隐含层层数确定是BP神经网络算法的关键。中间层的神经元数目选择较为复杂,它的个数与误差要求的精度、输入和输出单元的数目都有着密切的关系。中间层数目太多,学习时间过长,误差可能不佳,中间层数目过少则可能导致神经网络学习能力降低,容错能力变差。一般采用公式(2)确定
式中:ni为中间层节点数;n为输入层节点数;m为输出层节点数;a为1~10之间的常数。通过反复调整尝试,最后将隐含层神经单元的个数定为12;在完成输入层、输出层及中间层设计后,完成了深部磷矿矿岩体可爆性判别的BP神经网络结构,如图3所示。
如果训练集中的学习样本太少,训练后的神经网络模型对学习样本的近似精度可能很高,但对非学习样本的输出结果表达不准确,无法达到合理的评价结果。根据对现有文献的总结,表5给出了岩体可爆性分级评价标准。
表6所示,对应于各岩体可爆性等级的各单项评价因子的分级界限均是一个区间值,利用excel中的round及rand函数,将每个岩体可爆性等级对应的输入层指标界限范围内进行随机取值,生成学习样本,其中部分学习样本期望输出见表6
神经网络的目标就是找到一个能更好地近似样本集合的函数f,使得误差最小。利用均方误差函数来训练神经网络的性能函数ED
式中:n为样本数;εi为期望值;aif(xiyi)为网络实际输出值。正则化是指在公式(3)中的平均误差函数加上一个约束近似函数复杂度的项EW,其中判定网络性能的函数如下
式中:EW为网络权重的平方和;Wi是神经网络连接权值;M为神经网络连接权的个数;ED为期望值与网络输出值的残差平方和;αβ是目标函数的参数。通过实施新的性能指标函数,该网络可确保在减少权重的情况下将训练误差降至最低。
利用生成的训练样本对神经网络进行训练,首先需创建inputoutput两个输入和输出样本矩阵,样本数量为500个。然后设置训练集、验证集和测试集,所占样本比例分别为80%、10%和10%。最后设置隐含层数目为12,完成神经网络的训练。
网络在训练过程中达到了预期的误差水平,即均方误差降至2.6655×10-12,在第155次迭代时稳定。网络的性能良好,如图4所示为网络误差变化曲线。
在完成神经网络的训练后,将文献[4]和[15]中已完成岩体可爆性分级作为检验样本,共计10类岩石。利用MATLAB中的Sim函数对模型进行仿真检验,检验结果和期望输出如表7所示。
通过表7可以看到:该神经网络模型除对粗砂岩和砂质页岩判断存在误差外,对其他类型矿岩网络检验实际结果与期望输出结果完全吻合,该模型对岩体可爆性分级准确率达到80%。因此,通过这种方法,确立了判别因子集和判别等级集之间的非正交对应关系,从而确定了用于岩体可爆性分级的BP神经网络判别模型。上述结果表明,训练好的网络模型完全可以用于识别未知样本。
通过神经网络模型的建立,并完成对模型的训练和验证,结合室内和现场试验对矿岩体物理力学试验的测定,将获得的参数代入该神经网络模型中,得出结果如表8所示。
由上述结果可知,白云质条带磷块岩和泥质条带磷块岩为中等可爆,致密条带磷块岩和含碳泥质白云岩为难爆。在此基础上,进一步优化爆破参数,达到提高爆破效果、降低炸药单耗和提高安全性的目的。
通过试验确定了宜昌某深部磷矿巷道掘进及矿石回采中白云质条带磷块岩(上贫矿)、致密条带磷块岩(中富矿)、泥质条带磷块岩(下贫矿)及含碳泥质白云岩四类岩石的密度、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度及岩体完整性系数。通过调用MATLAB神经网络工具箱,采用随机函数的方法将岩体可爆性分级标准表界限生成学习样本,将现有文献中已完成可爆性分级的矿岩体作为检验样本,建立了深部磷矿矿岩体可爆性分级的BP神经网络判别模型,并运用该模型完成了四类矿岩体的可爆性分级,主要得出以下结论:
(1)通过室内和现场试验发现,含碳泥质白云岩密度最小,但单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度最大,岩体完整性最好,三类矿石中白云质条带磷块岩密度最大,单轴抗压强度最小,岩体完整性最好,致密条带磷块岩单轴抗压强度及抗拉强度均最大,泥质条带磷块岩完整性最差。根据爆破理论分析,岩石密度、单轴抗压强度及抗拉强度越大,岩体完整性越好,其可爆性越差,越难爆破。通过上述试验分析,可初步判断含碳泥质白云岩可爆性最差,而三类矿石的四项参数并无一定规律,因此,可爆性等级需要进一步分析。
(2)通过将岩石密度、岩石单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度和岩体完整性系数四项指标设置为输入层,岩体可爆性等级极易爆、易爆、中等、难爆和极难爆五个等级为输出层,设置中间层数目为12,经样本检验发现,该模型准确性达到80%,训练后的网络模型完全可以应用于识别未知样本,确定了岩体可爆性分级的BP神经网络判别模型。
(3)将深部磷矿矿岩体相关参数代入后,得出白云质条带磷块岩和泥质条带磷块岩为中等可爆,致密条带磷块岩和含碳泥质白云岩为难爆,神经网络模型作为一套科学合理的决策手段,为岩体可爆性评级提供了一种新思路。通过对岩体可爆性分级,使得在保证爆破质量的同时,降低了炸药单耗,提高了深部磷矿开采的安全性及经济效益。
