In the reconstruction and expansion projects of expressways, a large number of cross-line bridges cannot meet the development needs of modern transportation and are facing demolition and reconstruction. Traditional manual and mechanical demolition methods have drawbacks, including low efficiency, prolonged timelines, and substantial traffic interference. In contrast, blasting demolition-with its inherent benefits of safety, economic viability, and operational efficiency has emerged as the optimal technique for dismantling cross-line bridges on expressways. Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of the section from the Hubei-Henan boundary to Junshan on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, one-time combined blasting demolition was carried out on five cross-line bridges in the K1018+990~K1048+550 section. Through the quantitative design, fine construction, and multidimensional protection of four types of bridges-such as equal-section catenary hingeless arch bridges, inclined-leg rigid frame bridges, half-through arch bridges, and steel frame arch bridges-the goal of safe and efficient blasting demolition was realized. The practical results show that the collapse mode and disintegration effect of the bridge can be effectively controlled by reasonably designing the blasting cut and initiation sequence. The distributed cooperative detonation system, based on radio communication, overcomes the spatiotemporal coordination problem of synchronously detonating group bridges over a long interval. The protection measures of ‘covered protection+near body protection’ were adopted to control the splash of individual flying debris effectively. The ‘rigid support layer+elastic buffer layer’ protection system effectively prevents the impact damage of the bridge collapse on the high-speed pavement. The engineering practices presented herein demonstrate that through meticulous design, synchronized control strategies, and multi-tiered protective measures, the safe and efficient demolition of cross-line bridge groups across extensive expressway sections in complex environments can be accomplished.

在高速公路改扩建工程中,大量跨线桥梁不能满足现代交通的发展需求,面临拆除重建。传统人工拆除和机械拆除方式存在效率低、周期长、交通干扰大等弊端,而爆破拆除凭借其安全、经济、高效等优点,是拆除高速公路跨线天桥的首选技术。依托京港澳高速公路湖北境鄂豫界至军山段改扩建工程,对K1018+990~K1048+550区间内5座跨线天桥实施了一次性联合爆破拆除。通过对等截面悬链线无铰拱桥、斜腿刚构桥、中承式拱桥和钢架拱桥等4种类型桥梁开展定量化设计、精细化施工和多维度防护,实现了安全高效的爆破拆除目标。实践结果表明:通过合理设计爆破切口和起爆顺序,能够有效控制桥梁的倒塌姿态和解体效果。基于无线电通信的分布式协同起爆系统,攻克了长区间内群桥同步起爆的时空协调难题。采用“覆盖防护+近体防护”防护措施,有效控制了个别飞散物的飞溅;“刚性支撑层+弹性缓冲层”防护体系,有效防止了桥体坍塌对高速路面的冲击损坏。本工程实践表明:通过精细化设计、协同化控制与多层级防护,可实现复杂环境下高速公路长区间跨线天桥群的安全高效拆除。

在高速公路改扩建工程中,大量跨线桥梁不能满足现代交通的发展需求,面临拆除重建。传统人工拆除和机械拆除方式存在效率低、周期长、交通干扰大等弊端,而爆破拆除凭借其安全、经济、高效等优点,是拆除高速公路跨线天桥的首选技术。依托京港澳高速公路湖北境鄂豫界至军山段改扩建工程,对K1018+990~K1048+550区间内5座跨线天桥实施了一次性联合爆破拆除。通过对等截面悬链线无铰拱桥、斜腿刚构桥、中承式拱桥和钢架拱桥等4种类型桥梁开展定量化设计、精细化施工和多维度防护,实现了安全高效的爆破拆除目标。实践结果表明:通过合理设计爆破切口和起爆顺序,能够有效控制桥梁的倒塌姿态和解体效果。基于无线电通信的分布式协同起爆系统,攻克了长区间内群桥同步起爆的时空协调难题。采用“覆盖防护+近体防护”防护措施,有效控制了个别飞散物的飞溅;“刚性支撑层+弹性缓冲层”防护体系,有效防止了桥体坍塌对高速路面的冲击损坏。本工程实践表明:通过精细化设计、协同化控制与多层级防护,可实现复杂环境下高速公路长区间跨线天桥群的安全高效拆除。

In the reconstruction and expansion projects of expressways, a large number of cross-line bridges cannot meet the development needs of modern transportation and are facing demolition and reconstruction. Traditional manual and mechanical demolition methods have drawbacks, including low efficiency, prolonged timelines, and substantial traffic interference. In contrast, blasting demolition-with its inherent benefits of safety, economic viability, and operational efficiency has emerged as the optimal technique for dismantling cross-line bridges on expressways. Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of the section from the Hubei-Henan boundary to Junshan on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, one-time combined blasting demolition was carried out on five cross-line bridges in the K1018+990~K1048+550 section. Through the quantitative design, fine construction, and multidimensional protection of four types of bridges-such as equal-section catenary hingeless arch bridges, inclined-leg rigid frame bridges, half-through arch bridges, and steel frame arch bridges-the goal of safe and efficient blasting demolition was realized. The practical results show that the collapse mode and disintegration effect of the bridge can be effectively controlled by reasonably designing the blasting cut and initiation sequence. The distributed cooperative detonation system, based on radio communication, overcomes the spatiotemporal coordination problem of synchronously detonating group bridges over a long interval. The protection measures of ‘covered protection+near body protection’ were adopted to control the splash of individual flying debris effectively. The ‘rigid support layer+elastic buffer layer’ protection system effectively prevents the impact damage of the bridge collapse on the high-speed pavement. The engineering practices presented herein demonstrate that through meticulous design, synchronized control strategies, and multi-tiered protective measures, the safe and efficient demolition of cross-line bridge groups across extensive expressway sections in complex environments can be accomplished.

随着湖北省高速公路网络日益完善,交通量持续增长,部分已建成通车的高速公路交通量日渐饱和。特别是连接经济发达地区的高速公路,通行能力十分紧张,服务水平大幅下降,急需开展高速公路改扩建工程建设,以提高通行能力、提升服务水平、改善出行体验。目前,大量跨线桥梁不能满足现代交通的发展需求,面临拆除重建。相比传统人工和机械拆除方式,爆破拆除具有安全、经济、高效等优点,是拆除高速公路跨线天桥的首选技术[1]。同时,爆破技术可以实现高速公路长区间跨线天桥群一次性联合拆除,显著提高了拆除效率、节省了施工成本,降低了对交通的影响。
历经近几十年的革新与发展,高速公路跨线天桥爆破拆除理论与技术日臻成熟。在基础理论与数值模拟研究方面,王新生等引入预切割钢筋的数值模拟[2],发现对跨线天桥锚入桥台内的钢筋进行预处理可确保桥体顺利失稳塌落,且钢板与黄土垫层可有效减少塌落冲击对保护目标的影响;齐鹏等通过数值模拟对比跨路桥梁对称起爆、单向起爆与中间起爆方案[3],证实中间起爆结合长延期时间800~1700 ms可将触地振动峰值降低至0.86 cm/s,爆堆高度减少30%以上;周雯等分析爆破过程中钢筋混凝土的力学性能差异[4],模拟城市公路桥爆破塌落,分析了桥梁坍塌过程中桥体的形态;黄平明等通过分离式建模方法[5],针对钢筋混凝土复合效应,分别定义混凝土损伤塑性模型与钢筋双线性强化准则,成功模拟了桥墩爆破中混凝土压溃与钢筋屈曲的耦合失效过程;彭卫兵等利用OpenSEES平台[6],通过纤维单元简化圬工拱桥的宏观力学响应,同时结合细观层面的材料非线性分析,实现了倒塌过程的高效仿真;Son J等等则针对斜拉桥的索-梁协同作用[7],提出基于多体动力学的简化链式模型,为复杂桥梁体系的整体失稳预测提供了新思路。一系列创新成果为高速公路跨线天桥爆破拆除的技术设计提供了重要的理论支撑。
结合实际爆破拆除工程,王璞等采用对不同爆破部位的尺寸材料采用不同的爆破参数[8],来控制爆破有害效应,并应用竹排和轮胎的防护方案,从而更有效地控制飞石及振动对紧邻桥梁的影响;晏国泰等通过对不同工况下桥梁拆除方式类比分析[9],总结出爆破效果好,施工速度较快,工程造价适中,但是控制爆破技术难度大,对周边环境有较大影响,因此提高爆破工程效率、减少有害效应对环境的影响尤为重要;池恩安通过对比不同切口高度与角度的工况[10],发现“梯形切口”可有效降低桥梁触地冲击速度,并据此提出“预裂-主爆”两阶段控制策略;冯剑平等针对空心薄壁高墩结构[11],采用多排孔分层装药与延时分段起爆技术,解决了高耸构件定向倾倒中的重心偏移难题;王文辉等基于城市高架桥实测数据[12],验证了萨道夫斯基公式在密集建筑区的适用性,并提出通过调整单段药量与微差间隔时间,可将振动速度峰值降低30%以上;Singh等在美国Cooper River桥梁拆除案例中[13],采用“桥面预切割+桥墩分区爆破”的组合工艺,成功将振动传播范围限制在150 m内,凸显了环境敏感区域的技术适应性。实践研究结果表明,桥梁爆破切口参数设计与起爆时序控制是决定倒塌解体效果的关键因素。
单座桥梁爆破拆除的理论研究与工程实践比较丰富,但是高速公路长区间内跨线天桥群一次性联合爆破拆除的工程案例则并不多见。以京港澳高速公路改扩建项目为背景,围绕高速公路长区间条件下多种类型跨线天桥一次性联合爆破拆除工程实践,采取针对性、定量化的爆破参数设计,并依托现代信息技术实现爆破过程的监测与反馈,有效控制爆破振动和飞石等有害效应,实现了高速公路跨线天桥群安全、高效拆除。
爆破拆除对象为5座跨线天桥,分布在京港澳高速公路湖北境鄂豫界至军山段改扩建工程第JGATJ-1标段沿线,位于湖北省孝感市大悟县境内。自北向南对应的桩号及桥梁类型分别为:K1018+990(等截面悬链线无铰拱桥)、K1020+782(斜腿刚构桥)、K1035+561(斜腿刚构桥)、K1048+392(中承式拱桥)和K1048+550(刚架拱桥)。5座桥梁分布位置的总里程为29.56 km,其中,钢架拱桥与中承式拱桥相距158 m,与K1035+561斜腿刚构桥相距12.989 km,与K1035+561斜腿刚构桥相距27.768 km,与等截面悬链线无铰拱桥相距29.56 km。
5座跨线天桥有4种桥梁类型,分别为等截面悬链线无铰拱桥、斜腿刚构桥、中承式拱桥和钢架拱桥。其中,等截面悬链线无铰拱桥由桥面系、拱圈、4块立墙和两侧桥台组成,长39.8 m,宽5.5 m。天桥为钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土等级为C30。桥面厚0.25 m,拱圈宽4.5 m,厚度为0.7 m。拱上4块立墙对称布置,高度分别为2.9 m和1.3 m,宽度4.5 m,厚度0.25 m,如图1(a)所示。两座斜腿刚构桥均由桥面系、现浇箱梁、斜腿和两侧桥台组成,长54.1 m,宽5.5 m。桥面为10 cm钢筋混凝土铺装层,上部为混凝土现浇空心箱梁结构。桥梁下部斜腿宽3.5 m,下部最小厚度0.45 m,上部最大厚度0.9 m,如图1(b)1(c)所示。中承式拱桥由桥面系、拱圈、吊杆、拱座、台帽和两侧桥台组成,长48.4 m、宽6.2 m。拱肋为悬链线拱,矢跨比为1/5,拱轴系数为1.167,拱肋截面设置7 cm的预拱度,按二次抛物线分配到各竖立截面;拱肋和桥面系均采用C30混凝土,如图1(d)所示。钢架拱桥由桥面系、拱肋、斜撑和两侧桥台组成,长52 m,宽9.3 m,桥面厚度为0.4 m;单根拱肋长9.65 m,宽0.7 m,厚度为0.35 m。拱上单根斜撑长4.34 m,宽0.4 m,厚度为0.35 m,如图1(e)所示。
5座跨线天桥东西向跨越京港澳高速,其中,等截面悬链线无铰拱桥及2座斜腿刚构桥的周边环境较好,150 m范围内没有重点保护目标。中承式拱桥和钢架拱桥的周边环境相对复杂,其中,中承式拱桥周边有多处民房,东侧距离最近民房82.7 m;西侧距离鱼棚最近距离为17.5 m,距离最近民房79.3 m。钢架拱桥东北侧距离最近民房55.8 m;西侧距离架空电线杆14.0 m,距离最近民房87.6 m。见图2
结合跨线天桥群的结构特点及周边环境情况,本工程具有以下特点与难点:
(1)5座跨线天桥群的地理位置分布广,一次性联合爆破拆除的协同控制难度高,警戒与疏散难度大。
(2)爆破施工准备过程中跨线天桥下高速公路仍正常行车,钻孔、装药、防护等施工安全风险高。
(3)2座跨线天桥的爆破周边环境较为复杂,两端靠近民房和高压铁塔,须严格控制塌落冲击、振动和爆破飞石等,需最大限度地降低爆破有害效应对高速路面和周边保护目标的影响。
(4)爆破区域位于京港澳高速交通要道,车流量大,社会关注度高,爆破结束后要快速完成破碎和清渣,及时恢复高速公路交通的正常运行。
为避免逐桥拆除导致的多次禁戒和多次疏散,减小爆破拆除对交通的影响时间,采取5座桥梁一次性联合爆破拆除的方案。综合考虑5座桥梁的地理位置和工期要求,采取平行作业方式,其中,标定孔网参数、钻孔、装药和连网等作业,安排5个施工小组各负责一座桥梁独立开展;防护桥体与路面、天桥群联合警戒、一次性联合起爆、破碎桥体、清运渣块、清理路面和恢复交通等作业,按照现场指挥部进行统一指挥,联合开展作业。
通过综合地理位置和工期要求,分析五座桥梁结构特点制定不同的起爆顺序和爆破切口,对于等截面悬链线无铰拱桥,起爆顺序为“拱圈→立墙→桥面”;对于中承式拱桥,对其桥面、拱圈分别进行钻孔爆破,按照“拱圈→桥面”的起爆顺序;对于钢架拱桥,利用刚架拱桥原有的2个伸缩缝,在拱肋布置5个爆破切口,将桥面分割为6段,对桥梁钢筋混凝土拱等承载结构进行钻孔爆破;对于两座斜腿刚构桥,斜腿钢构桥的斜腿等承重结构进行钻孔爆破,桥面及拱顶布置2个爆破切口,斜撑布置2个爆破切口。为了让五座桥梁结构整体失稳坍塌,实现跨线天桥“原地坍塌”效果,采用工业电子雷管起爆网络,用毫秒延期起爆网路方式爆破,把起爆药量分成多段起爆,严格控制各段最大药量,通过设计控制有害效应的产生,使桥梁原地塌落并均匀分布在整个防护区间,既最大限度地降低爆破有害效应对高速路面和周边保护建筑的影响,也方便爆破后机械清理,达成安全、高效的爆破效果。
爆破切口设置在桥面、拱圈上立墙和拱脚部位,桥台布置少量深孔进行松动爆破。拱圈上选取4处位置按矩形布置垂直炮孔;拱圈顶部的桥面中心布设3排垂直炮孔;立墙布置2排水平炮孔;桥面距离桥台1.0m往桥中心方向处布设2排垂直炮孔,桥梁两端炮孔对称布置。桥梁爆破切口布置,如图3所示。各承载构件的爆破参数,详见表1
为控制爆破振动和塌落振动,保证大桥原地塌落后更好解体,采用工业电子雷管毫秒微差起爆网路,按照“拱圈→立墙→桥面→桥台”的起爆顺序依次起爆,共分为5个爆破区域,两端对称起爆,实现等截面悬链线无铰拱桥“原地坍塌”的爆破拆除效果。总体延期方案为:①拱圈拱脚部位为第一起爆区域,起爆时间为50 ms;②拱圈拱顶部位为第二起爆区域,起爆时间为150 ms;③立墙为第三起爆区域,起爆时间为250 ms;④两侧桥面为第四起爆区域,起爆时间为350 ms;⑤桥台为第五起爆区域,起爆时间为450 ms。详细延期时间设置,如图3所示。
对斜腿、承台和桥面等桥梁结构进行钻孔爆破,使桥面结构整体失稳坍塌。由于斜腿上支撑桥体有长2m的实心区域,桥台为3.6 m高片石混凝土结构,为改善爆破效果,对其钻孔进行松动爆破。桥面及拱顶布置2个爆破切口,斜撑布置2个爆破切口,切口1左侧、切口2右侧距离伸缩缝30 cm进行布置。桥梁爆破切口布置,如图4所示。各承载构件的爆破参数,详见表2
斜腿刚构桥采用工业电子雷管毫秒微差起爆网路,按照“斜腿→斜腿桥面交汇区→斜腿承台→两端桥面”的起爆顺序依次起爆。延期时间依次设置为50 ms、100 ms、200 ms和310 ms,两端对称起爆,实现斜腿刚构桥“原地坍塌”的爆破拆除效果。详细延期时间设置,如图4所示。
在拱肋处布置矩形水平炮孔,在两侧桥面实心板处布置梅花形垂直炮孔,在横梁处布置单排垂直炮孔。桥梁爆破切口布置,如图5所示。各承载构件的爆破参数,详见表3
采用工业电子雷管毫秒延期起爆网路,按照“拱肋→桥面”的顺序延期起爆,横梁与相邻桥面同时起爆,实现中承式拱桥“原地坍塌”的爆破拆除效果。具体延期方案为:①拱肋底部为第1起爆区域,起爆时间为50 ms;②拱肋中部为第2起爆区域,起爆时间为200 ms;③两侧桥面实心板为第3起爆区域,起爆时间为300 ms;④中部桥面实心板为第4起爆区域,起爆时间为500 ms。详细延期时间设置,如图5所示。
爆破切口主要布置在斜撑、拱肋和拱顶上方的桥面,拱顶横向布置3排炮孔。桥梁爆破切口布置,如图6所示。各承载构件的爆破参数,详见表4
采用工业电子雷管毫秒延时起爆网路,按照“拱肋→斜撑→桥面”的起爆顺序,实现钢架拱桥“原地坍塌”的爆破拆除效果。起爆网路共分为7个爆破区域,具体延期方案为:①拱肋底部为第1起爆区域,起爆时间为50 ms;②拱肋中部为第2起爆区域,起爆时间为100 ms;③拱肋上部为第3起爆区域,起爆时间为150 ms;④斜撑底部为第4起爆区域,起爆时间为200 ms;⑤斜撑中部为第5起爆区域,起爆时间为250 ms;⑥两侧桥面为第6起爆区域,起爆时间为300 ms;⑦中部桥面为第7起爆区域,起爆时间为500 ms。详细延期时间设置,如图6所示。
长距离条件下大规模工业电子雷管一次性可靠起爆,是爆破工程亟须解决的难题。为实现高速公路近30 km长区间内5座跨线天桥一次性可靠高效拆除,采用基于无线通信技术的分布式协同起爆系统,即通过无线通信模块保证各桥梁起爆站的独立控制又能实现全局同步。5座桥梁通过5台起爆器分别按照各自的爆破设计独立起爆,但是通过无线通信系统实现统一联动触发。指挥中心在确认高速公路安全禁戒和安全防护措施到位后,向各起爆站下达起爆网路自检和充电指令。待所有起爆器完成网路自检和充电后,由指挥中心下达起爆指令。无线通信双向反馈校验机制,适用于长区间、多目标协同拆除场景,实现了高速公路长区间跨线天桥群一次性联合爆破拆除。见图7图8
安全防护主要针对爆破飞石和桥梁塌落触地冲击振动等有害效应。针对爆破飞石,主要采取“覆盖防护与近体防护相结合”的综合防护方案。一方面,严格控制装药量,提高炸药能量利用率,使其主要用于破碎介质,最大程度减少个别飞散物。另一方面,对爆破构件采用废旧棉被进行包裹,采用胶皮、沙袋等进行覆盖防护,再使用双层密目安全网对整个桥面进行遮挡。针对塌落触地冲击振动效应,主要采取在桥体投影面下方,利用叉车转运覆盖两层热轧钢板作为刚性支撑层,各钢板间用钢筋焊接形成组合单元;在钢板表面交错铺设汽车轮胎作为弹性缓冲层,利用钢筋卡槽将轮胎与钢板之间锚固,通过轮胎的弹性变形消散桥梁塌落引起的冲击动能。这种防护措施能适应各类桥梁下方差异化的空间,对路面实施快速化的防护,并且在爆后能快速完成清退工作,缩短高速交通的管制时间。见图9图10
2024年6月30日8时41分,在爆破指挥中心的统一指令下,京港澳高速K1018+990~K1048+550区间内五座跨线天桥同时爆破,并按设计方案坍塌解体。“覆盖防护+近体防护”防护措施,有效控制了个别飞散物的飞溅。“刚性支撑层+弹性缓冲层”防护体系,有效防止了桥体坍塌对高速路面的冲击损坏。爆破振动监测结果表明,距离桥梁50 m处的质点振动峰值为0.13 cm/s,主频为15 Hz,冲击振动效应得到有效控制。见图11
在高速公路长区间跨线天桥一次性联合爆破拆除中,通过精细化设计与多维度控制,成功实现了五座不同类型桥梁的安全高效拆除。基于无线电通信的分布式协同起爆系统,既保障了全局同步性,又满足了各桥独立时序需求,为长区间、多目标一次性拆除爆破提供了可复用的技术范式。通过本次高速公路跨线天桥群爆破拆除工程实践,可以得出以下结论。
(1)通过合理设计爆破切口和起爆顺序,能够有效控制桥梁的倒塌姿态和解体效果。采用“拱圈→桥面”和“拱肋→斜撑→桥面”等分阶段起爆顺序,确保了桥梁在空中解体并原地坍塌。
(2)基于无线电通信的分布式协同起爆系统,攻克了长区间内群桥同步起爆的时空协调难题。通过双向校验机制与毫秒级时序控制,五座桥梁的起爆误差被压缩至最低。
(3)采用“覆盖防护+近体防护”防护措施,有效控制了个别飞散物的飞溅;“刚性支撑层+弹性缓冲层”防护体系,有效防止了桥体坍塌对高速路面的冲击损坏。
