This paper aims to explore the development of a risk management system for engineering blasting to achieve systematic management of quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health risks throughout the entire life cycle, encompassing all aspects and elements of blasting activities. Based on the establishment of comprehensive safety and environmental awareness, it advocates the use of systems engineering methodology to analyze risks in the field of engineering blasting in depth. The article follows the internationally accepted ISO 9001(Quality Management System), ISO 45001(Occupational Health and Safety Management System), and ISO 14001(Environmental Management System) standards, and constructs a scientific risk management framework. It is proposed to combine technical means, such as standards, metrology, inspection and testing, certification, and accreditation, with a risk management model for engineering blasting systems based on the PDCA (PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT) cycle. This model emphasizes prevention as its primary focus, and through improvement, it ensures that risks are within a controllable range. The article further introduces digital twin technology, and constructs the engineering blasting B-NQI (B-NQI risk-based digital integration of engineering blasting quality, safety, environment and occupational health) system, which realizes real-time monitoring, prediction, control and decision of risk information, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of risk management of engineering blasting system. The research not only enriches the theoretical framework of engineering blasting risk management but also provides practical tools and methods for industry applications. Constructing the B-NQI system helps reduce various risks in the engineering blasting process, ensures project progress, and provides strong protection for worker safety and environmental protection.

旨在探讨工程爆破系统的风险管理体系建设,以实现对爆破活动全生命周期、全过程、全方位、全要素的质量、安全、环境与职业健康风险的系统化管理。立足于树立全面的质量、安全和环境意识,倡导运用系统工程的方法论,对工程爆破领域的风险进行深入剖析。文章遵循国际通行的ISO9000(质量管理体系)、ISO45000(职业健康安全管理体系)及ISO14000(环境管理体系)标准,构建了一套科学的风险管理框架,提出以“全链条设计、一体化实施”为原则,将标准、计量、检验检测和认证认可等技术手段相结合,形成工程爆破系统风险管理以PDCA(PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT)循环为基础的风险管理模式。这一模式强调预防为主,通过持续改进,确保风险在可控范围内。文章进一步引入数字孪生技术,构建了工程爆破B-NQI(Blast-NQI基于风险的工程爆破质量、安全、环境与职业健康的数字化集成)系统,实现了风险信息的实时监控、预测、控制及决策支持,大大提升了工程爆破系统风险管理的效率和精准度。研究不仅丰富了工程爆破风险管理的理论体系,也为行业实践提供了可操作的工具和方法。通过构建B-NQI系统,有助于降低工程爆破过程中的各种风险,保障项目顺利进行,同时也为保障工人安全、保护环境提供了有力保障。

This paper aims to explore the development of a risk management system for engineering blasting to achieve systematic management of quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health risks throughout the entire life cycle, encompassing all aspects and elements of blasting activities. Based on the establishment of comprehensive safety and environmental awareness, it advocates the use of systems engineering methodology to analyze risks in the field of engineering blasting in depth. The article follows the internationally accepted ISO 9001(Quality Management System), ISO 45001(Occupational Health and Safety Management System), and ISO 14001(Environmental Management System) standards, and constructs a scientific risk management framework. It is proposed to combine technical means, such as standards, metrology, inspection and testing, certification, and accreditation, with a risk management model for engineering blasting systems based on the PDCA (PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT) cycle. This model emphasizes prevention as its primary focus, and through improvement, it ensures that risks are within a controllable range. The article further introduces digital twin technology, and constructs the engineering blasting B-NQI (B-NQI risk-based digital integration of engineering blasting quality, safety, environment and occupational health) system, which realizes real-time monitoring, prediction, control and decision of risk information, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of risk management of engineering blasting system. The research not only enriches the theoretical framework of engineering blasting risk management but also provides practical tools and methods for industry applications. Constructing the B-NQI system helps reduce various risks in the engineering blasting process, ensures project progress, and provides strong protection for worker safety and environmental protection.

随着全球化和工业化进程的加速,工程爆破在基础设施建设、矿山开采、城市改造、地质灾害治理等领域的应用日益广泛。然而,爆破活动因其固有的复杂性和危险性,产生了多种风险,包括但不限于施工安全、环境影响、成本超支和工期延误等,这些风险不仅直接关系到工程项目的成败,还对社会环境和公众安全构成了潜在威胁。因此,构建一套全面、深入的风险管理体系,确保工程爆破的顺利进行和相关人员的安全,成为了行业的迫切需求[1-3]
研究背景主要基于以下几个方面:首先,工程爆破的复杂性及不确定性要求风险管理必须贯穿于设计、施工、民爆物品管理、有害效应控制以及效果评估的全生命周期,以降低潜在风险[4]。其次,国际标准如ISO9000(质量管理)、ISO45000(职业健康安全)和ISO14000(环境管理)的实施,为风险管理提供了强有力的框架和方法论支持,推动了风险管理的标准化、量化和认证认可[3]。再次,随着技术的进步,数字孪生等新兴技术为风险管理提供了新的手段,如通过模拟与现实的双向反馈,实现风险的实时监控和动态控制[3]
研究目的旨在通过理论与实践的结合,针对工程爆破的全生命周期,从系统工程的视角出发,深入剖析各类风险,提出一套符合ISO国际标准要求的风险管理框架。这一框架强调“全链条设计、一体化实施”的原则,采用PDCA(计划-执行-检查-行动)循环模式,结合标准、计量、检验检测和认证认可等技术手段,形成一个动态的过程管理策略联合库[5]。同时,为了提升风险管理的精准性和效率,研究还引入了数字孪生技术,构建了工程爆破数字化系统风险管理体系——B-NQI,实现对风险的实时监控、预测分析和优化决策,从而确保爆破作业的合规性,降低事故风险,促进工程爆破数字化、智能化、精细化与可持续发展[5]
在工程爆破风险管理中,全生命周期管理理念的贯彻是确保整体安全与效率的关键。这一理念强调从爆破工程项目规划设计、施工实施直至爆破后的工作的全过程管理[6],它充分认识到各个阶段风险的相互关联性和动态变化,要求在爆破活动的早期阶段就充分考虑其未来可能产生的各种风险,通过预防性措施降低潜在问题的发生概率[7]。全生命周期管理不仅能保证工程爆破品质的一致性和可靠性,还能在源头上控制安全、环境和职业健康风险,从而在整个项目周期内实现风险的有效管理[8]
依据ISO9000、ISO45000和ISO14000标准,全生命周期风险管理的实施应以预防为主,通过持续改进,形成一种闭环管理机制,即PDCA循环(Plan-Do-Check-Act)。在规划设计阶段,通过风险识别、风险评估,制定预防措施[9];在施工执行阶段,落实风险管理计划,实施控制措施;在检查监控阶段,通过数据收集与分析,评估风险控制效果;在改进提高阶段,根据检查结果,调整风险管理策略,持续优化[10]。这四个阶段的不断循环,确保了风险管理的动态性和适应性,使工程爆破活动始终处于受控状态。如图1,全生命周期的质量、安全、生态环境、职业健康风险PDCA循环管理机制。
在具体实践中,全生命周期管理理念的体现包括但不限于以下几个方面[11]
(1)设计阶段的风险评估:在设计初期,通过系统工程的方法,对爆破活动进行细致的分析,识别潜在风险,如爆破对周围安全与环境的影响、爆破质量效果、施工人员的健康等,从而在设计阶段就制定相应的控制策略。
(2)施工阶段的实时监控:利用数字孪生技术,在施工现场建立虚拟模型,对实际操作进行实时监控,以预测可能的风险,并在风险转化为事故前采取预防措施。
(3)爆后阶段的风险考虑:爆破项目结束后,还要考虑爆后阶段的风险,如:爆破效果的评估,爆破对周围建(构)筑物、工程地质、生态环境的影响,留存民爆物品的处理、场地的恢复等,确保爆破活动的整个生命周期中风险始终控制在可接受范围内[12]
全生命周期管理理念是工程爆破风险管理体系建设的基石,它要求风险管理贯穿于工程的始终,通过系统的思维和科学的方法,对各类风险进行全过程、全方位的把控[13],从而提升工程爆破的安全性、环境友好性和经济效益。
系统工程原理提供了一种结构化和综合的方法来理解和管理复杂系统中的风险,这种原理在工程爆破风险管理中的应用至关重要。它强调将系统视为一个整体,而非孤立的组成部分,通过分析各部分之间的相互作用,识别潜在问题,从而制定有效的预防和应对策略。工程爆破作为一个涉及多学科、多环节的综合系统,系统工程原理的应用有助于确保风险管理的全面性与科学性。
系统工程在风险识别阶段发挥了关键作用。通过对工程爆破的系统分析,可以揭示各个环节之间的复杂关系,例如工程爆破设计、施工工法、民爆物品管理、设备性能、人员技能、环境因素等。通过构建系统模型,可以更直观地识别出风险点,比如爆区的地质条件、爆破对周围建筑物的影响、爆破器材和设备故障可能导致的安全事故等,为后续的风险评估和控制提供基础。如图2,工程爆破系统风险管理。
系统工程的评估与决策过程在爆破风险管理中同样重要。在评估阶段,运用定量和定性的分析方法,如概率论、风险矩阵等,量化各个风险因素的潜在影响和发生的可能性,从而为风险优先级排序和资源分配提供依据。在决策阶段,系统工程方法可以帮助决策者在众多的控制措施中选择最优方案,考虑到各种可能的后果和资源的限制,以达到风险最小化的目标。
数字孪生技术的引入,进一步丰富了系统工程在爆破风险管理中的应用。通过在数字空间中创建物理工程爆破的镜像,可以模拟真实世界中的爆破过程,实时监控各项参数,对风险进行预测。这种虚拟现实与实际爆破施工的深度融合,使得风险评估更加精准,决策支持更加及时,从而提高了风险管理的效率和效果。
系统工程还促进了风险管理的持续改进[14]。在PDCA循环的每个阶段,通过系统性地收集、整合和分析数据,可以不断优化风险管理策略。例如,在规划设计阶段,通过对历史数据的分析,可以发现潜在的风险模式,为新项目的设计提供参考;在施工执行阶段,通过实时监控数字孪生模型,可以及时发现并纠正可能的偏差[15];在检查评估阶段,通过系统地评估风险管理的成效,可以调整策略以适应不断变化的工程条件;在总结提高阶段,基于数据分析的结果,可以优化流程,实现风险管理的持续优化。
系统工程原理在爆破风险管理中的应用,有助于将风险管理视为一个动态、协调、优化的过程,通过整体视角和科学方法,对工程爆破的风险进行深入剖析、量化评估和有效控制,从而确保整个工程过程的安全、高效和环境友好。随着技术的不断进步,系统工程与新技术的融合,如人工智能、大数据等,将进一步提升爆破风险管理的智能化水平[16],为工程爆破行业的可持续发展提供强大支撑[17]
ISO9000质量管理体系是国际公认的质量管理标准,其核心理念是通过持续改进和预防性措施,确保产品或服务的高品质。在工程爆破领域,应用ISO9000标准能有效提升爆破作业的品质、安全与效率。这一标准强调了风险管理在质量控制中的重要性,鼓励组织在设计、执行、检查和改进过程中,系统地识别、评估、控制和监控风险。如图3,标准质量控制体系架构。
规划设计阶段是风险管理的起点。依据ISO9000,爆破设计阶段应充分考虑可能的风险因素,如爆破设计方案对爆破质量、安全、职业健康、生态环境的影响,对民爆物品与设备的可靠性和施工人员的技能要求等。通过风险评估,设计者能够在设计初期就制定预防措施,降低潜在问题发生的可能性,确保设计的品质与安全性。
施工执行阶段是风险控制的关键。在实施爆破作业时,严格按照ISO9000要求,对施工流程、设备维护、人员培训、民爆物品管理等进行严格的管理,确保所有操作符合质量标准,同时通过PDCA循环,持续监控并优化操作流程,预防风险发生。运用数字孪生技术,可以在实际操作前进行模拟,提前发现并解决潜在问题,进一步确保爆破作业的高效安全。
在检查监控阶段,ISO9000要求对整个爆破过程进行系统评估,包括对执行结果的监控、数据分析以及对风险控制措施的验证。这通过收集和分析数据,如爆破结果的精确度、设备故障率、作业人员的安全行为等,可以识别出风险管理的薄弱环节,为后续的改进提供依据[18]
改进提高阶段是ISO9000质量管理的核心。爆破作业完成后,通过对数据的深入分析和反思,组织能识别出风险管理的成功之处和需要改进的地方。通过改进,可以不断优化爆破作业的流程,提升整体的品质,降低风险,确保爆破活动的精细、安全和可持续性。
ISO9000质量管理体系在工程爆破中的应用,通过全链条的设计、实施、检查和改进,实现了对工程爆破风险的系统化管理。其强调的预防性、持续改进以及数据驱动的管理方式,有助于爆破行业提升安全标准,确保工程的高品质完成,同时为环境保护和职业健康提供了有力保障。随着技术的进步,ISO9000与数字孪生技术的结合,将进一步推动爆破风险管理的智能化,为行业的长期发展奠定坚实的基础。
ISO45000职业健康安全管理体系(OHSMS)是国际标准化组织为提升组织在职业健康安全方面的管理而制定的一套标准[19]。在工程爆破系统中,实施ISO45000体系旨在确保所有参与爆破活动的人员在工作中免受伤害,预防职业病,并持续改进工作环境。这一标准强调风险预防、参与和沟通,以及系统化地管理职业健康安全风险。
在爆破项目的启动阶段,依据ISO45000,首先进行的是风险评估,通过对爆破作业的每个环节进行深入分析,识别可能对员工健康和安全构成威胁的风险因素,如爆破振动、飞散物、噪声、粉尘、爆炸冲击波、有毒有害气体等。通过风险评估,可以确定风险的严重程度和可能性,为制定风险控制策略提供依据。
在风险控制阶段,组织应遵循“先预防、后应急”的原则,采取系统化的措施来消除或降低风险。例如,制定并执行严格的操作规程,确保爆破作业人员佩戴合适的个人防护装备[20];通过培训提升员工的安全意识和技能,确保他们能正确应对潜在的危险;建立应急预案,应对突发的健康与安全事件;持续监控和评估施工场所的健康和安全状况,如爆破地震波强度、飞散物距离、空气质量、噪声水平、粉尘及有毒有害气体浓度等,确保符合法规和标准要求。
沟通与参与是ISO45000体系中的关键要素。组织应鼓励员工参与风险识别和控制过程,通过定期的健康与安全会议,让员工报告潜在的危险,提出改进建议。同时,为员工提供必要的培训,使他们了解工作中的风险,学习正确的操作和应急处理方法。此外,明确的信息传递,包括安全标识、操作手册和培训资料,能确保员工对风险有清晰的认识。
在监督与审核阶段,依据ISO45000,组织应定期进行内部审核,检查职业健康安全管理系统的运行情况,包括风险评估的准确性、控制措施的有效性,以及员工对健康与安全规定的遵守程度。外部专家的审核也是提升体系性能的重要途径,他们能提供独立的视角,帮助组织发现潜在的盲点和改进空间。
持续改进是ISO45000体系的最终目标。根据审核结果和内部反馈,组织应持续优化其健康与安全管理体系,引入新的预防措施,更新风险控制策略,确保管理体系始终与最新的技术、法规和最佳实践保持同步。此外,引入数字孪生技术,可以在虚拟环境中模拟爆破过程,预测可能的健康与安全风险,从而在实际操作前就进行风险的预防和控制,进一步提升风险管理的效率。
通过实施ISO45000职业健康安全管理体系,工程爆破系统能够建立一个以风险预防为导向、全员参与、持续改进的安全文化。这不仅能降低爆破作业中的伤害和疾病,保障员工的健康,也提高了组织的声誉,有利于吸引和保留人才,从而为企业的长期稳定发展打下坚实的基础。随着科技的进步,如大数据和人工智能在健康与安全管理中的应用,未来的职业健康安全管理体系将更加智能化,更好地服务于工程爆破行业的可持续发展。
ISO14000系列标准,作为国际上广泛认可的环境管理体系框架,为工程爆破系统提供了一套系统化、规范化的环境管理方法,旨在促进环境保护与可持续发展。该标准强调预防污染、节约资源、遵守环境法规、持续改进环境表现,以及与相关方进行有效沟通。在工程爆破领域,ISO14000的应用对于减少环境影响、维护生态平衡、提升企业社会责任感具有重要意义。
ISO14000要求企业建立并实施环境管理体系,这包括环境方针的制定、环境目标与指标的设定、环境因素的识别与评估、环境管理体系的运行与控制、内部审核与管理评审等关键环节。在工程爆破系统中,这意味着从项目初期开始,就需要将环境保护纳入项目管理的各个阶段,包括设计、施工、检查与纠正,确保所有活动符合ISO14000标准要求,减少对环境的负面影响。
ISO14000强调对环境因素的系统识别与评估,要求企业识别其活动、产品或服务中能够与环境产生交互作用的环境因素,并评估这些因素对环境的潜在影响[21]。在工程爆破系统中,这包括识别爆破活动对空气质量、水质、土壤、噪声、振动、生态等方面的影响,通过环境影响评估,识别潜在的环境风险,制定相应的控制措施,如使用环保型炸药、控制爆破频率与强度、实施爆破噪音和粉尘控制措施等。
ISO14000提倡污染预防和资源节约的原则,鼓励企业在其运营过程中采取措施减少对环境的污染,同时提高资源利用效率。在工程爆破系统中,这可以体现为优化爆破设计,减少炸药使用量,采用低有害效应炸药,以及实施废料回收和再利用计划,如对爆破过程中产生的有害效应进行控制,减少对环境的负担。
ISO14000要求企业遵守适用的环境法律法规和其他要求,并通过持续改进机制不断提升环境管理体系的有效性。在工程爆破项目中,这要求企业定期检查其环境表现,确保符合所有相关的环境法规,如粉尘排放标准、废物处理规定等,通过内部审核与管理评审,持续改进环境管理体系,以应对不断变化的环境挑战和企业发展的需求。

ISO14000环境管理标准的实践,不仅有助于工程爆破风险管理系统减少环境影响,实现可持续发展,还能够提升企业形象,增强社会责任感,满足日益增长的绿色需求。通过ISO14000标准的全面贯彻,工程爆破行业能够构建一个环境友好型的管理体系,为保护地球环境和促进生态文明建设作出积极贡献。

施工执行阶段(Do)是将风险管理计划付诸实践。在实际爆破作业中,严格按照计划执行,包括使用标准、计量、检验检测和认证认可等技术手段,实施风险控制措施。同时,利用数字孪生技术在虚拟环境中模拟爆破过程,实时监控和调整风险控制策略,确保现场操作的安全和高效。
检查监控阶段(Check)是对风险管理效果的验证[23]。通过收集和分析数据,如设备运行状态、环境监测结果、安全事件记录等,评估风险控制措施的实际效果,识别可能存在的问题和不足。这一步骤既包括对单次爆破作业的短期效果评估,也包括对整个项目周期的长期效果监控。
改进提高阶段(Act)是对检查结果的反馈和调整。根据数据和分析,对风险管理策略进行必要的优化,修正偏差,改进措施。这可能涉及更新风险评估标准,调整控制策略,或者改进施工工艺和操作流程。此外,基于数字孪生技术的实时数据,可以即时响应风险变化,做出动态决策,实现风险管理的快速反应。
通过PDCA循环的不断迭代,工程爆破B-NQI系统能够确保风险管理的系统性和动态性,将风险控制策略融入爆破作业的每一个环节。这种基于全链条设计、一体化实施的原则,不仅提升了风险管理的效率,也确保了风险始终处于可接受范围内。此外,随着技术的不断进步,如人工智能、大数据等的应用,将使得风险预测和决策支持更加精准,进一步推动工程爆破风险管理的智能化和精细化。这种持续改进的过程,是工程爆破系统风险管理体系建设的重要驱动力,有助于降低工程爆破过程中的各类风险,保障项目顺利进行,同时促进工人安全和环境保护的双重目标。
数字孪生技术作为现代科技的瑰宝,为工程爆破风险管理带来了革命性的变化。它通过创建物理爆破工程的精确数字模型,实现了现实与虚拟的深度融合,使风险管理更加精准和实时。在工程爆破B-NQI系统中,数字孪生技术的应用是提升风险管理效率和精准度的关键要素。如图5,数字孪生技术示意图。
在风险识别阶段,数字孪生技术能够提供全面的虚拟环境,通过模拟真实的爆破场景,提前识别潜在的风险点。例如,根据地质资料和爆破参数,模拟爆区的动态响应,预测爆破对周围环境的影响,如振动、粉尘和噪声,以及可能引发的结构损伤,从而在设计阶段就制定相应的风险控制措施。
在施工执行阶段,数字孪生技术可以实时监控爆破过程中的各项参数,如炸药使用量、爆破地震波的传播、设备性能等,与现场传感器数据实时同步。通过监测,系统可以在风险转化为事故前发出预警,使得决策者能迅速采取应对措施,例如调整爆破方案或启动应急预案,确保爆破作业的安全进行。
再者,检查纠正阶段,数字孪生技术的使用能提供详尽的数据分析[24]。对比虚拟模型与实际爆破结果,可以评估风险控制措施的执行效果,识别潜在的管理漏洞。这些数据可用于优化设计、改进操作流程,甚至预测未来可能出现的风险,从而提升风险管理的预见性。
在改进提高阶段,数字孪生技术通过实时数据反馈,支持动态决策和持续改进。基于模拟结果和数据分析,可以对风险控制策略进行及时调整,提高响应速度,确保风险管理的及时性[25]。同时,数字孪生技术还能支持多场景模拟,为决策者提供多种应对方案,以应对不同的风险情况。
数字孪生技术与人工智能、大数据等技术的融合,将进一步提升风险管理的智能化水平。例如,通过机器学习算法,系统可以学习历史数据,自动识别风险模式,预测未来风险,大大提升了风险管理的精确度[26]。同时,数据挖掘和分析能力能帮助识别风险的深层次原因,推动风险管理从经验驱动向数据驱动转变。
数字孪生技术在工程爆破风险管理中的应用,不仅仅是技术的革新,更是管理理念的升华。它通过实现风险的实时监控和预测,支持决策支持的智能化,使得风险管理从传统的静态、事后处理转变为动态、预防性的管理,从而为工程爆破系统的风险管理体系建设提供了强有力的技术支撑,推动了行业的可持续发展。随着技术的进一步发展,数字孪生技术将在工程爆破风险管理中发挥更加关键的作用,促进整个行业的风险管理迈向新的高度。
通过对工程爆破系统风险管理体系建设的深入研究,本文揭示了全生命周期管理理念和系统工程原理在风险管理中的核心作用,同时展示了ISO9000、ISO45000与ISO14000国际标准在构建科学风险管理体系中的实践价值。特别是,工程爆破B-NQI系统的构建,通过融合数字孪生技术,实现了风险管理从传统模式向实时、智能化的转型,极大地提升了风险管理的效率与精准度,为爆破行业的可持续发展提供了有力的支撑。
理念与理论基石:全生命周期管理和系统工程原理为风险管理提供了科学的框架,确保了风险的全过程、全方位控制。这些理论的应用,使得风险管理超越了孤立事件的处理,成为爆破工程系统性提升的关键。
国际标准的引领:遵循ISO9000、ISO45000和ISO14000标准,将风险管理融入质量、安全和环境管理体系,强化了风险管理的规范化和有效性,为爆破行业设立了高标准,并为行业的国际接轨提供了依据。
技术创新的应用:数字孪生技术在风险管理中的应用,显著提升了风险预测和决策支持的能力,使得风险管理更加动态和精准。通过实时数据监控和模拟预测,使得风险管理更加主动,减少了事故的发生。
综合管理体系的构建:工程爆破B-NQI系统,基于PDCA循环,将标准、计量、检验检测与认证认可技术与数字孪生技术相结合[27],形成了一体化的风险管理框架,有力地推动了风险管理的系统性与持续改进。
展望未来,工程爆破风险管理将面临更多挑战与机遇:
深度智能化:随着人工智能、大数据等技术的进步,未来的风险管理将进一步智能化,通过机器学习和深度学习,风险管理将具备更强的自我学习和预测能力,风险的预防和控制将会更加高效。
跨学科融合:爆破工程的复杂性要求风险管理融合更多学科知识,如地质学、物理学、环境科学等,以更全面的角度评估风险,实现更为精细的风险管理。
法规与标准的更新:随着社会对安全、环境的日益关注,相关法规和标准将不断更新,风险管理体系需要与时俱进,确保与国际一流标准保持同步。
风险共享与合作:行业内的风险信息共享平台和跨企业合作,将有助于提升风险管理的效率,降低行业整体风险,培育良好的风险管理文化。
绿色爆破的推动:随着绿色发展理念的深入,爆破工程将更加注重环保和可持续性,风险管理将在保障安全的同时,更侧重于环境影响的控制。
工程爆破系统风险管理体系建设是一个持续演进的过程,它需要理论与实践的不断融合,科技与管理的同步创新,以及对全球最佳实践的借鉴。未来的研究应注重风险管理的系统性、智能化以及与可持续发展目标的结合,以适应工程爆破领域的不断变革,推动行业的长远发展。
