articleAbstract=甘肃省是长江、黄河及黑河上游的重要水源涵养区,有效管控其水生态环境风险意义重大。环境风险分区是环境风险管理的基础,也是有效工具。研究在现有网格环境风险场评估方法的基础上,首次引入环境风险控制机制因素,开展甘肃省突发水污染风险分区,结果显示:(1)高风险区占全域0.4%(1 565.6 km~2),较高风险区占0.7%(3 170.4 km~2),中风险区占2.6%(11 032.9 km~2),低风险区占96.3%(409 658.2 km~2);(2)从地市级空间格局来看,高风险区主要分布在兰州市中部及西部、白银市中部、酒泉市中部及东南部、嘉峪关市中部、张掖市中部、天水市中部、陇南市东北部等地;(3)从重点河流沿岸分布来看,高风险区主要分布在黄河干流兰州段、白银段,湟水河兰州段,渭河天水段,疏勒河酒泉段、黑河酒泉段、张掖段,嘉陵江陇南段,泾河平凉段;(4)从各流域与地市叠加风险来看,黄河干流水系兰州段、湟水河水系兰州段、渭河水系天水段、嘉陵江水系天水段及陇南段、黑河水系嘉峪关段及张掖段、石羊河水系金昌段的风险相对较高。研究结果可为甘肃省突发水污染风险防控提供决策支撑。, 甘肃省是长江、黄河及黑河上游的重要水源涵养区,有效管控其水生态环境风险意义重大。环境风险分区是环境风险管理的基础,也是有效工具。研究在现有网格环境风险场评估方法的基础上,首次引入环境风险控制机制因素,开展甘肃省突发水污染风险分区,结果显示:(1)高风险区占全域0.4%(1 565.6 km~2),较高风险区占0.7%(3 170.4 km~2),中风险区占2.6%(11 032.9 km~2),低风险区占96.3%(409 658.2 km~2);(2)从地市级空间格局来看,高风险区主要分布在兰州市中部及西部、白银市中部、酒泉市中部及东南部、嘉峪关市中部、张掖市中部、天水市中部、陇南市东北部等地;(3)从重点河流沿岸分布来看,高风险区主要分布在黄河干流兰州段、白银段,湟水河兰州段,渭河天水段,疏勒河酒泉段、黑河酒泉段、张掖段,嘉陵江陇南段,泾河平凉段;(4)从各流域与地市叠加风险来看,黄河干流水系兰州段、湟水河水系兰州段、渭河水系天水段、嘉陵江水系天水段及陇南段、黑河水系嘉峪关段及张掖段、石羊河水系金昌段的风险相对较高。研究结果可为甘肃省突发水污染风险防控提供决策支撑。
