AHP),构建包含管理制度、健康环境、健康管理与服务、健康文化4项一级指标及23项二级指标的多维度评价体系,通过云模型的期望(E_x)、熵(E_n)、超熵(H_e)实现定性概念与定量数据的精准映射,结合AHP专家赋权优化权重,并以国家能源集团下属56家子分公司为案例验证模型有效性。结果表明:模型解释力达83%(调整R~2=0.83),健康管理与服务(β=0.42)和管理制度(β=0.31)为核心驱动因素,煤炭产业企业得分率最高(90.9%)、运输产业企业最低(89.0%),健康检查分类管理缺失(94.6%)等为共性问题;提出了优级单位强化动态监测、良级单位优化检查流程、一般产业单位完善制度与经费保障的分级策略,为企业健康管理提供了一个可行性工具,也可作为其他多业态大型企业集团健康企业建设的参考路径。, 在“健康中国”战略深化实施背景下,针对现有健康企业研究局限于单一场景的问题,融合云模型和层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),构建包含管理制度、健康环境、健康管理与服务、健康文化4项一级指标及23项二级指标的多维度评价体系,通过云模型的期望(E_x)、熵(E_n)、超熵(H_e)实现定性概念与定量数据的精准映射,结合AHP专家赋权优化权重,并以国家能源集团下属56家子分公司为案例验证模型有效性。结果表明:模型解释力达83%(调整R~2=0.83),健康管理与服务(β=0.42)和管理制度(β=0.31)为核心驱动因素,煤炭产业企业得分率最高(90.9%)、运输产业企业最低(89.0%),健康检查分类管理缺失(94.6%)等为共性问题;提出了优级单位强化动态监测、良级单位优化检查流程、一般产业单位完善制度与经费保障的分级策略,为企业健康管理提供了一个可行性工具,也可作为其他多业态大型企业集团健康企业建设的参考路径。
