journalTitle=安全与环境学报, columnName=安全评价, runingTitle=null, highlight=null, articleAbstract=为提升依据事件信息评估航空运输系统安全风险的效能,选取中国民用航空安全信息系统802起偏离姿态/高度事件,基于屏障理论和事件风险分类(Event Risk Classification, ERC)构建事件风险屏障模型(Event Risk Barrier Model, ERBM)。该模型依据样本事件确定包含7个屏障类型、19个屏障功能和37个屏障因素的屏障分类体系,基于领结图-贝叶斯网络模型量化屏障的有效概率,通过敏感性分析确定各层屏障权重,并将事件风险等级结果与ERC方法对比验证。结果表明:依据所构建的屏障分类体系确定样本事件关键屏障因素为机组资源管理、自动油门和飞行技术管理手册等;ERBM模型与传统ERC方法相比,其屏障类型层和功能层的高风险事件评估准确度提升率分别为47.5%和76.5%,触发可控飞行撞地事故后果的概率为6%。, 为提升依据事件信息评估航空运输系统安全风险的效能,选取中国民用航空安全信息系统802起偏离姿态/高度事件,基于屏障理论和事件风险分类(Event Risk Classification, ERC)构建事件风险屏障模型(Event Risk Barrier Model, ERBM)。该模型依据样本事件确定包含7个屏障类型、19个屏障功能和37个屏障因素的屏障分类体系,基于领结图-贝叶斯网络模型量化屏障的有效概率,通过敏感性分析确定各层屏障权重,并将事件风险等级结果与ERC方法对比验证。结果表明:依据所构建的屏障分类体系确定样本事件关键屏障因素为机组资源管理、自动油门和飞行技术管理手册等;ERBM模型与传统ERC方法相比,其屏障类型层和功能层的高风险事件评估准确度提升率分别为47.5%和76.5%,触发可控飞行撞地事故后果的概率为6%。
