为系统探究智能化煤矿背景下人机信任对矿工不安全行为的作用机制，基于认知-情感个性系统理论与社会认知理论，构建以风险感知和技术焦虑为中介、任务复杂性为调节变量的双路径影响模型。通过对山西省、辽宁省、内蒙古自治区508名一线矿工开展问卷调查，运用结构方程模型与层次回归分析法对相关假设进行实证检验。结果显示：人机信任通过削弱风险感知显著增加不安全行为，同时，经缓解技术焦虑间接抑制不安全行为，呈现出“双刃剑”效应。进一步分析发现，任务复杂性正向调节人机信任对风险感知的影响，负向调节人机信任对技术焦虑的影响，且在风险感知路径中起正向调节作用，在技术焦虑路径中起负向调节作用。研究丰富了智能化矿山安全行为领域的理论体系，为提高矿工安全行为和完善智能矿山人机协作管理提供了理论参考与实践依据。
