articleAbstract=非煤矿山一般应用房柱法开采近水平薄及中厚矿体,不仅开采效率低、资源损失大,还常发生冒顶事故。为了提高资源利用率、开采效率及安全性,提出了基于切顶卸压理论的长壁后退采矿法,并探索切槽放顶位置等设计方法。借助结构力学,采用弹簧岩梁承载模型计算岩梁的极限破断跨度,进而推导出切槽放顶位置的设计方法;依据切顶卸压理论设计切槽放顶钻孔深度;利用数值模拟优选切槽放顶宽度,并分析切槽放顶前后顶板地压运移规律。结果表明:依据岩梁顶板破断跨度设计的切槽放顶位置有利于覆岩充分冒落并及时接顶;随切槽放顶宽度增大,松石接顶坝的承载能力增大,采空区高达3 m时优选的切槽放顶宽度为10 m;随着工作面沿走向推进,不切槽放顶时工作面的支承压力峰值、采空区覆岩受拉区最大厚度和最大拉应力均不断急剧增大,初次达到极限跨度,尤其切槽放顶后,工作面支承压力峰值、采空区覆岩最大拉应力不断变平缓,切槽放顶前后采空区覆岩受拉区最大厚度变化趋势不变;切槽放顶后除局部覆岩垂直下沉量比放顶前略微增大外,其余均小于放顶前,其中,初次切槽放顶时顶板上方78 m以上的覆岩最大位移小于放顶前,二次切槽放顶时顶板上方15.67 m以上的覆岩最大位移小于放顶前,且初次切槽放顶时80 m、二次切槽放顶时110 m以上覆岩下沉值都不足10 mm。, authors=null, authorsList=null, authorCompany=null, correspAuthors=null, authorNote=null, 非煤矿山一般应用房柱法开采近水平薄及中厚矿体,不仅开采效率低、资源损失大,还常发生冒顶事故。为了提高资源利用率、开采效率及安全性,提出了基于切顶卸压理论的长壁后退采矿法,并探索切槽放顶位置等设计方法。借助结构力学,采用弹簧岩梁承载模型计算岩梁的极限破断跨度,进而推导出切槽放顶位置的设计方法;依据切顶卸压理论设计切槽放顶钻孔深度;利用数值模拟优选切槽放顶宽度,并分析切槽放顶前后顶板地压运移规律。结果表明:依据岩梁顶板破断跨度设计的切槽放顶位置有利于覆岩充分冒落并及时接顶;随切槽放顶宽度增大,松石接顶坝的承载能力增大,采空区高达3 m时优选的切槽放顶宽度为10 m;随着工作面沿走向推进,不切槽放顶时工作面的支承压力峰值、采空区覆岩受拉区最大厚度和最大拉应力均不断急剧增大,初次达到极限跨度,尤其切槽放顶后,工作面支承压力峰值、采空区覆岩最大拉应力不断变平缓,切槽放顶前后采空区覆岩受拉区最大厚度变化趋势不变;切槽放顶后除局部覆岩垂直下沉量比放顶前略微增大外,其余均小于放顶前,其中,初次切槽放顶时顶板上方78 m以上的覆岩最大位移小于放顶前,二次切槽放顶时顶板上方15.67 m以上的覆岩最大位移小于放顶前,且初次切槽放顶时80 m、二次切槽放顶时110 m以上覆岩下沉值都不足10 mm。
