FCM)聚类分析框架,通过引入模糊隶属度机制,构建融合温度、氧气浓度等多维指标的评价体系,建立从模糊相似矩阵到等价矩阵的完整数学推导流程,并借助MATLAB实现算法编程与可视化分析。设计基于λ-截集的动态聚类机制。在聚类优化方面,提出结合F统计量的自适应粒度控制方法,实现对过渡区域边界的最优识别。结果表明,调节聚类参数λ可有效控制分类粒度,近工作面区域测点聚类结果对λ变化敏感,反映其空间差异性较大;远工作面区域测点分类稳定,体现环境均质特征。进一步利用F统计量确定最优λ值,获得的“三带”划分结果:进风侧氧化带范围为72~96 m、回风侧为36~72 m,与现场“灾害综合智能管控平台”基于氧气阈值的划分结果进风侧72~103 m、回风侧36~66 m相比,该方法在进风侧识别出7 m“次氧化区”,在回风侧延伸出6 m“潜伏风险区”,两侧偏差均小于10%,验证了划分结果的可靠性。研究不仅实现了与现场数据的一致性,更通过多指标融合揭示了单一氧气阈值法无法捕捉的风险细节,为采空区煤自燃危险区域识别提供了一种更精细、更可靠的数据驱动划分手段。, authors=null, authorsList=null, authorCompany=null, correspAuthors=null, 针对采空区煤自燃危险区域边界模糊、传统划分方法难以有效处理不确定性的问题,基于模糊集理论,构建了一套完整的模糊C均值(Fuzzy C-Means, FCM)聚类分析框架,通过引入模糊隶属度机制,构建融合温度、氧气浓度等多维指标的评价体系,建立从模糊相似矩阵到等价矩阵的完整数学推导流程,并借助MATLAB实现算法编程与可视化分析。设计基于λ-截集的动态聚类机制。在聚类优化方面,提出结合F统计量的自适应粒度控制方法,实现对过渡区域边界的最优识别。结果表明,调节聚类参数λ可有效控制分类粒度,近工作面区域测点聚类结果对λ变化敏感,反映其空间差异性较大;远工作面区域测点分类稳定,体现环境均质特征。进一步利用F统计量确定最优λ值,获得的“三带”划分结果:进风侧氧化带范围为72~96 m、回风侧为36~72 m,与现场“灾害综合智能管控平台”基于氧气阈值的划分结果进风侧72~103 m、回风侧36~66 m相比,该方法在进风侧识别出7 m“次氧化区”,在回风侧延伸出6 m“潜伏风险区”,两侧偏差均小于10%,验证了划分结果的可靠性。研究不仅实现了与现场数据的一致性,更通过多指标融合揭示了单一氧气阈值法无法捕捉的风险细节,为采空区煤自燃危险区域识别提供了一种更精细、更可靠的数据驱动划分手段。
