articleAbstract=针对极近距离煤层下行开采时再生顶板稳定性影响下煤层安全高效开采的核心问题,研究再生顶板稳定性评价理论与方法,以保障矿井的安全生产。构建了涵盖再生顶板自身因素、地质环境因素和开采扰动因素3个准则层及岩性组合、压实胶结时间等8个指标的综合评价指标体系。提出了一种层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)-熵权组合赋权与逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)相耦合的评价模型,通过组合赋权法均衡主客观权重以科学确定指标影响程度,利用TOPSIS法计算各评价对象的相对接近度,以此量化稳定性。基于ArcGIS平台采用反距离权重(Inverse Distance Weighting, IDW)法实现了再生顶板稳定性的空间可视化表达并提出分区管理对策。以胜利煤矿层间距极小(平均1.45 m)的14、15煤层为工程背景进行应用研究,分析方法的可操作性与科学性。结果表明:(1)岩性组合是影响再生顶板稳定性的主导因素,其权重高达0.543;(2)再生顶板稳定性可划分为4个等级,研究区15煤层再生顶板稳定区(Ⅰ级)和较稳定区(Ⅱ级)占比达80%,整体稳定性较好;不稳定区(Ⅲ级)与极不稳定区(Ⅳ级)主要分布于水文地质条件复杂、有少量断层、岩性组合差且胶结时间短的区域;(3)经相似回采工作面验证,模型评价结果与现场实际吻合度达80%。构建的评价模型与方法能有效实现对极近距离煤层再生顶板稳定性的评价与空间预测,研究结果可为类似条件下煤层安全开采提供理论依据和技术支持。, 针对极近距离煤层下行开采时再生顶板稳定性影响下煤层安全高效开采的核心问题,研究再生顶板稳定性评价理论与方法,以保障矿井的安全生产。构建了涵盖再生顶板自身因素、地质环境因素和开采扰动因素3个准则层及岩性组合、压实胶结时间等8个指标的综合评价指标体系。提出了一种层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)-熵权组合赋权与逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)相耦合的评价模型,通过组合赋权法均衡主客观权重以科学确定指标影响程度,利用TOPSIS法计算各评价对象的相对接近度,以此量化稳定性。基于ArcGIS平台采用反距离权重(Inverse Distance Weighting, IDW)法实现了再生顶板稳定性的空间可视化表达并提出分区管理对策。以胜利煤矿层间距极小(平均1.45 m)的14、15煤层为工程背景进行应用研究,分析方法的可操作性与科学性。结果表明:(1)岩性组合是影响再生顶板稳定性的主导因素,其权重高达0.543;(2)再生顶板稳定性可划分为4个等级,研究区15煤层再生顶板稳定区(Ⅰ级)和较稳定区(Ⅱ级)占比达80%,整体稳定性较好;不稳定区(Ⅲ级)与极不稳定区(Ⅳ级)主要分布于水文地质条件复杂、有少量断层、岩性组合差且胶结时间短的区域;(3)经相似回采工作面验证,模型评价结果与现场实际吻合度达80%。构建的评价模型与方法能有效实现对极近距离煤层再生顶板稳定性的评价与空间预测,研究结果可为类似条件下煤层安全开采提供理论依据和技术支持。
