journalTitle=安全与环境学报, columnName=安全评价, runingTitle=null, highlight=null, articleAbstract=码头施工由于交叉作业多、临水作业多、施工环境恶劣等导致事故隐患层出不穷,且传统评价方法依赖专家经验,评估结果的主观性较强,因此优化风险评价模型对降低施工安全风险至关重要。基于系统理论过程分析法(Systems Theoretic Process Analysis, STPA)和后果逆向扩散法(Consequence Reverse Diffusion Method, CRDM)法,构建适用于码头施工安全风险评价的指标体系;运用序关系分析法(Order Relationship Analysis Method, G1)与改进CRITIC法(Improved Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation, ICRITIC)分别确定主客观权重;采用博弈论进行组合赋权,避免单一赋权方法的片面性;引入云模型理论将定性指标进行定量化表征,构建基于组合赋权-云模型的码头施工安全风险评价模型,并将该模型应用于Z码头施工实例。结果显示:该码头施工综合风险为“一般风险”,其中桩基工程施工、安全意识、水文条件、安全管理制度建设是影响该码头施工安全的4个主要基础指标,云数字特征期望值分别为44.80、63.20、46.10、42.20,评价结果与现场调研的实际情况相符,验证了方法的可靠性。, 码头施工由于交叉作业多、临水作业多、施工环境恶劣等导致事故隐患层出不穷,且传统评价方法依赖专家经验,评估结果的主观性较强,因此优化风险评价模型对降低施工安全风险至关重要。基于系统理论过程分析法(Systems Theoretic Process Analysis, STPA)和后果逆向扩散法(Consequence Reverse Diffusion Method, CRDM)法,构建适用于码头施工安全风险评价的指标体系;运用序关系分析法(Order Relationship Analysis Method, G1)与改进CRITIC法(Improved Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation, ICRITIC)分别确定主客观权重;采用博弈论进行组合赋权,避免单一赋权方法的片面性;引入云模型理论将定性指标进行定量化表征,构建基于组合赋权-云模型的码头施工安全风险评价模型,并将该模型应用于Z码头施工实例。结果显示:该码头施工综合风险为“一般风险”,其中桩基工程施工、安全意识、水文条件、安全管理制度建设是影响该码头施工安全的4个主要基础指标,云数字特征期望值分别为44.80、63.20、46.10、42.20,评价结果与现场调研的实际情况相符,验证了方法的可靠性。
