articleAbstract=在“双碳”目标背景下,掺氢天然气输送技术已成为能源结构调整的重要研究方向。通过试验探究了甲烷-氢气混合气体的燃烧特性,重点分析了不同掺氢比例对射流火焰温度、尺寸及燃烧时间的影响规律。使用电火花点燃不同体积分数的甲烷与氢气混合气,利用多通道火焰捕捉相机进行记录。结果表明:体积分数为5%~30%的氢气掺入使火焰最高温度从992.0℃提高至1 021℃,提升了3.0%;氢气体积分数增加至80%和100%时,火焰温度明显增高;甲烷体积分数为80%时,稳定燃烧阶段平均火焰高度峰值为44.39 cm;氢气体积分数的增加能够缩短燃烧时间;纯甲烷火焰前期呈现蓝色,后期呈现橙红色,而随着氢气体积分数的增加混合气体火焰颜色逐步由蓝变红。研究结果可为天然气掺氢输送优化设计提供试验数据参考。, authors=null, 在“双碳”目标背景下,掺氢天然气输送技术已成为能源结构调整的重要研究方向。通过试验探究了甲烷-氢气混合气体的燃烧特性,重点分析了不同掺氢比例对射流火焰温度、尺寸及燃烧时间的影响规律。使用电火花点燃不同体积分数的甲烷与氢气混合气,利用多通道火焰捕捉相机进行记录。结果表明:体积分数为5%~30%的氢气掺入使火焰最高温度从992.0℃提高至1 021℃,提升了3.0%;氢气体积分数增加至80%和100%时,火焰温度明显增高;甲烷体积分数为80%时,稳定燃烧阶段平均火焰高度峰值为44.39 cm;氢气体积分数的增加能够缩短燃烧时间;纯甲烷火焰前期呈现蓝色,后期呈现橙红色,而随着氢气体积分数的增加混合气体火焰颜色逐步由蓝变红。研究结果可为天然气掺氢输送优化设计提供试验数据参考。
