articleAbstract=为推动煤矿安全高质量发展,在科学界定煤矿安全领域新质生产力理论内涵的基础上,从新质科学技术、新质人才资源、新质产业形态和新质生产方式4个维度,构建了包含12个二级指标、39个三级指标的评价体系。采用熵权-逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)、核密度估计、耦合协调度分析、障碍度模型,测度分析了陕西省2014—2023年煤矿安全新质生产力发展水平及其阻碍因素。结果表明:研究期内新质生产力发展水平呈现逐年稳步上升趋势,综合评价指数由0.232增长至0.721;核密度图主峰位置逐步右移、峰值先升后趋于平稳,整体发展水平不断提升,进入平缓的增长期;耦合协调度分析发现,各子系统实现更高水平耦合,由轻度失调向优质协调转变;障碍度分析表明,新兴及未来产业、技术转化应用、数字产业是制约新质生产力发展的关键阻碍因素,进而提出煤矿安全领域新质生产力发展框架,以期促进煤矿安全领域转型升级。, 为推动煤矿安全高质量发展,在科学界定煤矿安全领域新质生产力理论内涵的基础上,从新质科学技术、新质人才资源、新质产业形态和新质生产方式4个维度,构建了包含12个二级指标、39个三级指标的评价体系。采用熵权-逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)、核密度估计、耦合协调度分析、障碍度模型,测度分析了陕西省2014—2023年煤矿安全新质生产力发展水平及其阻碍因素。结果表明:研究期内新质生产力发展水平呈现逐年稳步上升趋势,综合评价指数由0.232增长至0.721;核密度图主峰位置逐步右移、峰值先升后趋于平稳,整体发展水平不断提升,进入平缓的增长期;耦合协调度分析发现,各子系统实现更高水平耦合,由轻度失调向优质协调转变;障碍度分析表明,新兴及未来产业、技术转化应用、数字产业是制约新质生产力发展的关键阻碍因素,进而提出煤矿安全领域新质生产力发展框架,以期促进煤矿安全领域转型升级。
