articleAbstract=为实现矿山的安全生产与资源的可持续利用,将煤氧化自燃问题从被动治理转向主动预防,探究煤体在碱性环境中的氧化自燃现象,开展水质监测试验,检测原煤在碱性水溶液浸泡过程中pH值、氧化还原电位(Oxidation Reduction Potential, ORP)、电导率(Electrical Conductivity, EC)、总溶解固体(Total Dissolved Solids, TDS)各参数的变化趋势;通过程序升温试验,检测煤样受不同浓度碱性水溶液浸泡后气体的析出情况,分析煤样的氧化特性;运用分析计算得出表观活化能,探究不同碱性强度对煤氧复合反应所需突破的最低能量壁垒。结果表明:基于水质监测试验发现,碱性水溶液浸煤过程中会对煤体造成侵蚀,且溶液碱性越强侵蚀情况越严重;通过程序升温试验中所计算得到的耗氧速率和CO、CO_2生成速率及放热强度发现,溶液的碱性越强,煤氧复合反应的强度越剧烈,反应所产生的热量也随之增加;根据表观活化能计算结果发现,煤样在碱性越强的溶液浸泡下,煤氧复合反应所需突破的能量壁垒越低,煤的反应活性越强。, 为实现矿山的安全生产与资源的可持续利用,将煤氧化自燃问题从被动治理转向主动预防,探究煤体在碱性环境中的氧化自燃现象,开展水质监测试验,检测原煤在碱性水溶液浸泡过程中pH值、氧化还原电位(Oxidation Reduction Potential, ORP)、电导率(Electrical Conductivity, EC)、总溶解固体(Total Dissolved Solids, TDS)各参数的变化趋势;通过程序升温试验,检测煤样受不同浓度碱性水溶液浸泡后气体的析出情况,分析煤样的氧化特性;运用分析计算得出表观活化能,探究不同碱性强度对煤氧复合反应所需突破的最低能量壁垒。结果表明:基于水质监测试验发现,碱性水溶液浸煤过程中会对煤体造成侵蚀,且溶液碱性越强侵蚀情况越严重;通过程序升温试验中所计算得到的耗氧速率和CO、CO_2生成速率及放热强度发现,溶液的碱性越强,煤氧复合反应的强度越剧烈,反应所产生的热量也随之增加;根据表观活化能计算结果发现,煤样在碱性越强的溶液浸泡下,煤氧复合反应所需突破的能量壁垒越低,煤的反应活性越强。
